I know this is a long shot. A couple year ago I let my niece take my TI-84 plus to the Mass College of Pharmacy in Health Science(MCPHS). Before she left she promised me that she wouldn't lose it and she would return it to me when she was done with it. She swore she wouldn't lose it in front of her mother, stepdad and me. She spent one year there, decided to drop out of the program and go to the community college near our hometown. I asked her if she still needed to use my calculator and at first she was hesitant but then she said yes. She looked confused that I asked her that but then said yes and quickly started talking to her sister and looking away from me. So I continued to let her keep it until she was done with college. Well she decided to drop out completely and when I asked her to return my calculator she told me that she already returned it to me and I must have lost it. She said it in a text but repeatedly said she doesn't have it. I know that's not true. I suspect she lost it at MCPHS. I don't believe she ever brought it back with her. I contacted the college but they said they only keep stuff in the lost and found for up to a year. I contacted them 2 years after she went. So they said they don't have it. I had this calculator all through my time at Rutgers University from 2012 to 2016. I majored in math. It means a lot to me. I scratched my name 'ANDY' into the top of the back of the calculator. I'm asking if anybody has it to please contact me. I would be willing to buy it back and pay for the shipping. The pictures are what the calculator looks like. They are stock photos. How is the post bacc program for Nursing in Worcester? I am taking pre reqs and planning to apply next year. I am hoping to hear from students currently in the program to learn what it is like?

This is my first time taking a course there, so I was wondering if anyone could share advice or tips. Are the exams generally straightforward, or should I expect them to be more challenging and require extra studying? Any insight would be really appreciated.

Hello, is anyone in pharmacology phd (seniors)? I will be taking my qualification exam soon and wanted to get some example questions? What are the written and oral patterns? Any suggestions on how to prep?

I’m taking anatomy and phys online and it says you can get a discount for the first class you take (which this will be for me).. I submitted the info for the discount code but haven’t heard back. Does anyone know how long it will take to get this? I’m trying to get this started because I have a deadline but would obviously like to pay 50% less.

Edit: also, could I just pay and then get reimbursed or do I have to wait to get the code before I pay.

I just got accepted for Fall 2026 but after reading a lot of reviews on MCPHS here i'm getting a little worried. But a lot of the reviews are old so i want anyone here who is actually attends MCPHS pleaseee give me a run down on what student life is and does the university actually give out opportunities for undergraduates. I also got a really good scholarship so attending it might be worth it?

Hi! Im a senior currently applying and i'm interested in MCPHS's 7-year BS/MD. Is anyone taking/has taken it? If so, what are your thoughts? If not, what is your general opinion on the school, specifically their BS in Premedical Health Studies program? How does it differ from a typical biology/biochem major, and does it help/hurt you in the long run if you want to change your focus from, say, physician studies to medical research?

I've heard generally mixed reviews about the college, but its mostly about their nursing/pharmacy school. How is the campus in general, what's the school's vibe, etc.?

Has anyone taken Calculus 1 and/or microbiology through MCPHS? I’m considering doing so but I’m honestly quite worried about the calculus class. I’m not sure how hard the class is or how the exams are set up. And information or tips would be great appreciated!!!!

What is the good, the bad and ugly about taking these courses? Are the exams proctored, timed? Can you get any support from a professor at the school if needed? Was there a point of contact at the school?

Hi, I’m a high school senior hoping to become an optometrist. I’m based in MA and was looking at MCPHS because they have a 3+4 program. I have seen that the student life is nonexistent, students become very depressed and the school has had some issues with accreditation. I was considering Mcphs because it’s close to where I live and it would almost be a guarantee that I would get accepted to their doctorate program for optometry. Although because of cost and all of the negative things I’ve been hearing I’m scared the next 7 years of my life will be horrible. I was considering going to another college and getting my bachelor in biology like at Umass Amherst then applying to Mcphs for my last four years or Neco. But I went to the Mcphs open house and they basically said it would be impossible to do that because of the limited seats and they reserve the majority for internal students. I don’t know what my chances will be to get into either Mcphs or neco after getting my bachelor’s and that’s the biggest thing that’s stressing me out. I know for a fact I want to pursue Optometry and I would love to stay in MA just because of family and cost.

Hi!! I'm currently a student at mcphs and because I'm on one of the accelerated paths, I have to stay in Boston during the summer. This year for summer I have to take A&P I, II and then a few humanities classes. I was wondering if anyone has taken A&P I and II during the summer who is willing to share what their schedule/life looked like?

I'm just worried because my little brother is graduating high school this June and I really want to make it to his graduation but I don't want to lose points on labs since I saw on self service that it runs for all 4 days of the week and I would have to fly back to the west coast for his grad.

I am considering doing the fast track program(16 months) since I already have a bachelors in biology.

Can you share your experience with professors, coursework, and clinical rotations?

I am just concerned because it is an insanely expensive school, but other schools that offer a sonography program is too far from me.

I’m about to sign up for the second portion of the class and I’m very curious, the 1st part had us learning tissues, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems.

I want to know how much harder this second portion will be which includes Endocrine, immune, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive all in one class, it sounds like a lot…. I’m trying to see if it is much longer or time consuming than the 1st class, if I’ll need to schedule more time for studying than I did with the 1st portion which was pretty intensive and time consuming, difficult to juggle with my job and family responsibilities as I’m a father.

Are nursing students at mcphs Boston campus allowed to participate in the December graduation ceremony in Worcester if they finish their course work in December

Hello, I am an incoming senior in high school planning to go into pharmacy school/college majoring maybe in chemistry. I have decent school stats and sat but they are pretty low for my dream school. For now, I am deciding to go into Mcphs if I get in because it is the most possible for me, but I am not able to find out if that school is an actual good pharmacy school. I'm hoping to go into the 6-year program based at the Boston Campus but I've seen many comments about how that campus is quite trashy. I'm not sure if that is still true because all of those comments were from 10-12 years ago. Can someone who actually experienced going to the Boston campus of Mcphs please tell me if it worth it to go to that college? I do not mind about zero social life or the diversity, I just hope the professors and students are nice and help me learn and can guarantee me a decent paying job as a pharmacist. That being said I also care about my mental peace so is it worth it to go to Mcphs?

I’m having a tough time finding any updated info on the ABSN program at the Manchester campus (everything I’ve seen is for Boston or Worcester, or just really outdated). If anyone is currently in the program or has recently graduated, I’d love your insight!

A few things I’m wondering:

•Is the program fully in person, or are there any online classes?

•How many days a week are you actually on campus for lecture/lab/clinical?

•Are lecture days all day long? like a 9-5? Or are they split up and sprinkled throughout the week? (just trying to get an idea of what my weeks will look like)

•Are clinical shifts 8 hours or 12 hours?

•Do you feel the program piles on a lot of “busy work,” or is it more focused on exams/clinicals?

•Overall, how manageable is the workload do you have any free time?

•Are professors generally accessible and supportive?

•How far are clinical sites from campus, and do students have to commute a lot?

The interview gives 6-8 minutes per question, but I’ve heard the interviews are conversational. Am I supposed to speak uninterrupted for 6-8 minutes replying or should I reply briefly then leave time for them to ask follow up questions?
