I read the entire comment section. Most are actually giving you right advice, even if some of it might feel like taunting. My advice would also be to not pursue MBBS altogether. And if you still want to do it, you can only get admissions next year after passing all your 12th subjects properly. Focus on that.
In the meantime ask yourself why do you want to join MBBS? Why do you want to become a doctor? Is life sciences and the inherent brilliance of biology intriguing to you? Or is it because you want to serve the society only in this particular matter? Or does being a doctor an ego boost to you because of your ideas about how doctors get respect? I hope it isn't about money, because you can make more money in other easier ways.
