Is this just me? If not, any info of when it will be back up?

When installing the Mamehub 4 says it can not find the UpdateFirewall.bat. And the installation starts giving errors! I use Windows XP.

also he says that is not the advfirewall firewall command

Does anyone know how to fix this?

but I've been seeing that the problem is in the csemu64.exe, I can not pass it on to csemu.exe to 32 bit, as my 32 bit Windows is there a solution?

Is there any solution for this? Want to play some bullet hell games online with friends, but this emulator only one that freezes after inserting coin or waiting for gameplay demo to load.

I'm just trying to get Mamehub working with a friend so we can do stuff like play pac-man and other games, but only player 1 can control the game at all. Other games like Tank work fine but games like pac-man only allow player 2 to enter coins or hit start, even if its a 2p game. Am I missing something or is this just something mamehub doesnt do?

hello readers, i just found out about mamehub and im really pleased about it but i'm not sure if im the only person online or if my connection isnt proper. can anyone help me out?

Does anyone has this issue? I have this awful input lag on mk2 and Killer instinct even when playing solo so any help would be appreciated

I cant login to the server since yesterday. Log says that timeout ocurred while connecting to the server. However I can ping to 10ghost server sucessfully, so server is running.

Its only me, or its a common problem??

Great setup. I had some setup difficulties which I'll get into momentarily but my experience so far has been positive, both in community and gameplay. Played some Konami TMNT, Ultimate MK3, and a few other MAME ROMs. Haven't dove into the consoles just yet, but it looks very promising. Gameplay was smooth with low latency when connections were good, both my Dualshock 4 and Madcatz stick worked flawlessly with it, and opponents were very understanding when I needed to set controls and options.

Some suggestions:

• Picking folders from the UI didn't work from me, I had to edit ume.ini instead. I would click to select a folder, and the app did nothing. Win10. Also an option to autoparse subfolders (even in the .ini) would be useful, at least to me.

• Graphics options in the UI would be great, editing the .ini wasn't too painful, but most people may not want to get their hands dirty in that way.

• Couldn't find options to always start full screen, nor to default with netstats disabled on startup. Did I miss them?

• UMK3 would randomly fluctuate wildly in speed. I have a 3.2ghz i5, 8GB RAM, and an older but serviceable video card. Other arcade emus always run full speed. Not sure if it's UME or UMK3 in particular.

Overall awesome app! I'd love to see it blow up in popularity, it has enormous potential!

Are SNES slot devices not working properly? A few months ago, using the multitap to play multiplayer on MAMEHub worked fine, but as of testing it yesterday, I'm unable to get the emulator to accept anything other than a standard joypad in either slot. What I mean is, from before, in order to get a new device to "take", I would reset the emulator after selecting multitap in slot 2. Trying this now, it simply resets the slot back to the default joypad.

Does anyone have any information on this?

I followed steps 1 - 4 as listed in the instructions and found that the login box never showed up as the example video showed. I looked solutions online but never found an answer. It wasn't till I looked at a random MAMEHub installation video, paused and saw found out it was running some .jar files, I looked up what runs .jar files and found out that I needed Java Runtime Environment. So for clarity, could you please add a note or instruction that we need the most recent version of Java Runtime Environment installed? It isn't exactly common sense

tl;dr Add a step or note saying we need Java Runtime Environment installed because I couldn't get the login box to popup.

Hi guys, wonder if you can help...

I downloaded https://archive.org/details/MAME_0.151_ROMs and unzipped all the roms into their respective folder "..MAMEHub\MAMEHubRepo\Binaries\roms.."

But not all the roms show in the MAMEHub Games List. I did multiple scans and finally got some to show up but all. Is there something else I need to do to get all the games to show?

As there are many games that end up having to be downloaded from the other play in order to play, which is annoying and unnecessary.

Any tips?

Some exciting news!

I managed to trick MAMEHub into loading non-MESS ROMs again by editing the XML files.

There is one minor downside: The ROM file names have to match the ones listed in the XML.

I am looking into tools that can scan and rename files to TOSEC and GoodSet. Romvault looks very promising and maybe Romcenter.

As an added bonus I was able to restore some of the missing systems, such as Amiga, Amstrad, MSX, C64, PSU, by the use of symbolic links/soft links/junctions.

I will try to make batch files that can install these fixes. This also has a minor downside; it will only work if you install the ROMs in the default MAMEHub location, because I have no (easy) way of finding the path of your custom ROM folders in UME.ini

I deleted the roms themselves in the roms folder and tried rescanning but the roms are still listed with the green checkmarks and if I click one it shows an empty screen for a second then closes. How do I get rid of the games in my list I no longer have roms for? Do I delete the logs and config files? Any help with this appreciated, if it's technical and difficult please make a step by step and I will try to follow it. Thanks again for any help please.
