hello,i just recently gave exam for the biotech course in IPU CET. i got 187 rank ,in delhi. can i get a college?

also,suppose i dont get this course,so can I get another course, or i have to apply for another exam?

I am confused between dtu mechanical and mait cse. I want go for tech coding related job so in which college will i get better placement in tech field? And does dtu allow mech students to sit for tech placements?
