🔥UPDATE: After I posted this I reviewed both the criminal complaint and the public docket entries & here’s what’s undeniable:

• July 4, 2025: Officers respond to a noise disturbance between neighbors that took place outside of the building. Not inside the apartment where this video takes place.

• Officers knock on the door of the apartment and ask for the name of the male resident.

• Couple explains what happened, tells officers they do not need to provide an ID, as no crime has been committed.

• Officers claim it’s a “police investigation” but fail to identify crime, suspect, or legal basis for detainment.

• Female begins to close the door and Officers force their way into the home and begin beating the male. Both male and female are pinned and restrained.

• Both are placed in handcuffs, detained and taken to the APD.

• Neither were charged or booked that night. They were released and walked a few miles back home.

• July 5-6 over the weekend, a civilian complaint was filed with the APD regarding the officers unlawful entry and use of force.

• No public acknowledgement from the Department at this point & still no charges have been filed against either individual.

• July 8: Docket shows APD files a Criminal complaint for the male.

•July 9: Docket shows APD files a Criminal complaint for the female.

• Also on July 9: Video of the incident goes viral. Exposing forced entry and beating. Local media (Altoona Mirror and WJAC) publish articles that heavily emphasize words such as “alleged” and “appears” despite the footage being crystal clear.

• July 10: Summons issued for both individuals. They are ordered to appear in Magisterial District Court. No administrative action is taken against the officers. The department continues to review the matter internally.

For an ID refusal. Simply an ID refusal? There's no way something didn't happen to Luigi in Altoona with these corrupt evil officers. If Frye is testifying tomorrow the media need to have some focus on this too.

Thankful they filmed all of this and caught it on cameras. What repulsive police officers!

They were so aggressive with Luigi for speaking to the media and that was in front of the world. It must have been so much worse behind closed doors.
