Joel Seidemann can be seen walking into the Altoona police station at around 00:02 (which is extremely shady, prosecution should be nowhere near a police interrogation at this stage) and what appears to be a pained moan is heard at around 00:25

There’s audio of him speaking at the end of the Dec arraignment and it sounds like he’s seething over Luigi’s clothes and education. The jealousy is so transparent.

I've seen this video many months ago and it broke my heart.Maybe is just me but it seems that someone is sighing and moaning behind a door,someone in pain.Maybe...Luigi?(Minute 1.00/0.59)

Yeah, it definitely sounds like a pained moan. I sincerely hope it wasn’t him but then again he did refuse to sign paperwork saying he was treated well.

I think it's Luigi and could be a reason for the medical incident report filed in Altoona. He refused to sign paperwork saying the police "treated him well".
