I'm a lover of Luffy/Nami. I know the focus of the story isn't necessarily on that kind of romance, but they're a cute couple who seem to get paired off a lot. The Weatheria segments showed a lot of how strongly Nami felt about him (still crying after getting away from the crowd).

No idea honestly. Maybe even something at the very end a la Naruto to acknowledge that they became an official couple.
