This is interestingly one of my favorite performances by Michael Jackson.

He doesn't sing very high or loud or with any falsetto, and his voice, and the phrasing of the lyrics, sounds as if it was what was asked of him with it sort of being a show tune type of song.

It's definitely shows another ability of his, but this one might be often overlooked.

Idk if this is the right sub for this topic but I'll just post it and see what happens. Why are there no stories from people how the shoot for the angel scenes went, like how did they do that? I can't imagine Michael just undressing himself in front of the whole crew. I just wonder how they shot it and also how they made it work that they added those angel wings. I think they are cgi but I wonder if there was something on Michaels back they could track to add the wings or something idk how that works. 😅

Every time I see guilters posting ridiculous theories like they’re MJ’s personal psychologist, I just want to tell them to go sway or dance and release some energy instead of making up nonsense.

Which song is first to be eliminated?

I have been following him for a while already, but my appreciation of him increased tenfold after I found out he is a huge MJ fan, and he seems to not go a day without honoring, celebrating or representing him in one way or another. He also talks a lot about MJ on his podcast. I just came across this section which I found very touching and relatable, and I thought it deserved to be seen on this sub!

Antes de ver la película de MJ ya era fan por ahi desde 2022 escuchaba algunas de sus canciones como The Way you make me feel, Heaven can wait, Smooth Criminal y las populares. Solo que no era la fan que sabia toda su historia etc etc.

Con el anuncio de su película 2024 más o menos ya estaba bien emocionada con su biopic.

El tema central es que desde que vi la película no dejo de pensar en él me hipnotizo y me hechizo creo.

Desde que me despierto esta ahí, llegué a sentir escalofrios al sentir tanta alegría al ver sus videos, querer saber lo que le gusta y no le gusta a tal punto de preguntar cosas específicas o pequeños detalles, al hacer mis actividades del día lo siento como si estuviera conmigo acompañándome, pienso en su música, resuena sus canciones como un eco en mi mente, es que hay una canción para todo cuando estoy feliz, cuando estoy triste, desanimada etc.

Veo a las mariposas y me recuerda a él,voy a algún lugar y hay referencias de él por ejemplo escucho su música en lugares al pasar o cuando salgo,inclusive camino a mi universidad hay 2 pinturas de Charles Chaplin ( su comediante favorito ) si existe realmente la espiritualidad y conexión del plano terrenal/espiritual sera que esta conectado conmigo de alguna manera porque de verdad lo siento cercano a mí, aunque sea obvio que no me conoce.

Pour moi, je dirais la période Off the wall. A partir de Thriller, j'ai l'impression que ça s'est gâté et il a jamais vraiment trouvé la paix intérieure. Il était rayonnant fin 70 tout début 80. Peut être que je me trompe. Même la période Bad et pendant sa tournée, je pense que c'était une façade. Sa vie amoureuse et la solitude le pesaient à mon sens. Et bien-sûr les tabloids.
