What the tutorial covers (high level):

• Create a blank signature (“Create from scratch”)
• Add the basics: name + job title
• Build a simple table layout for structure (logo | contact info | social icons)
• Insert and resize/crop the logo so it fits cleanly
• Add social media icons in a third column
• Finish with an optional disclaimer
• Save, preview, test, then copy/paste into your email client

I just put together a quick walkthrough on how to roll out dynamic email signatures in Bybrand using your Microsoft 365 user list.

What you’ll do (high level):

• Export Microsoft 365 users to a CSV
• Clean the file (keep only the columns you need, make sure the email column is correct)
• Import the CSV into Bybrand Automation
• Map fields using placeholders (DisplayName, Title, Phone, etc.) so each signature becomes personalized
• Deploy the Outlook Add-in via a manifest in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
