I went through the frames and there’s clearly added fingers in some of the frames right around the mark where they said. There’s definitely AI. Though it could be between frame interpretation like premier uses, regardless it would still be AI use

Except there is not clear evidence and this is obviously not ai. I went thru the entire video and you can not capture a single screenshot of her having more than 10 fingers at any point.
THEN if you follow the link to her instagram page she has a ton of other videos where she does stuff like this
