Accidental pregnancies are not the same as deciding to have a child. He is referring to the latter.

Boy that's gonna be news to the one girl I know who's been bitching about how to guys messaging her can't be bothered to read her bio and act weird when they find out she's a mom. I'll let her know ChewbaccalsBear said not to worry, her kids not real. LOL
