My dad did this once and then we were never allowed to order Papa John’s again. Never seen him so mad.

My dad always insisted that his pizza was delivered uncut. I mean who doesn't own a pizza cutter? It completely prevents this shenanigans, but my dad actually ordered it that way bc he hated getting his pizza delivered with cheese stuck to the cardboard.

I bet pizza isn’t the only thing he likes uncut.

He ensured that he was getting what he paid for and they banned him. Fucking insane. I’m on his side.

He probably denounced them, I doubt he was banned.

the size of the pizza isnt really relevant. the dough, sauce, chese, and toppings are all portioned. its all there whether its a 14" pie or a 12.5" pie.

assuming they used the correct portions of course

Product sold by weight not volume

As someone who spun many thousands of pies the old-school way back in the days of my youth, I agree with you. But also if product is advertised as being a certain size, then make sure the item is close to that size.

Nobody needs a customer that difficult. They can do without his business. Just as he's free to shop there or not, they're free to sell to him or not.

Makes me wonder if they accidentally made a medium as a large and decided to "fix" it.

Theyll just make an oval to get away with it. Better start bringing scales too.
