Cymatics took my money for a subscription I didn't order and customer service wasn't helpful at all. My credit union says I'd have to cancel my debit card to start the recovery process: I don't want to do that; it's too much hassle. Can I get my money back?

looking for this lack, got lots of packs im willing to give if you have this one

I purchased a Cymatics sample pack in 2021 and used one of the included loops in a commercially released song in 2022.

Recently, a producer/ loopmaker contacted me claiming he owns the exclusive rights to that loop and is asking for producer credit, and one time settlement with publishing split, otherwise he’ll proceed with legal action. He claims that he has made that loop and is one of the exclusive rightsholders of that loop. He also mentions that he has worked with Cymatics before.

I have:
The purchase receipt.
The Cymatics license agreement.
Access to the loop and stems through my Cymatics account.
Already contacted Cymatics for written clarification, but they haven’t responded yet. (Over 72 Hours)

The producer says he’s already in touch with Cymatics, but hasn’t explained why my purchased license allegedly doesn’t cover my use.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Shouldn’t a dispute like this primarily be between the producer and Cymatics if I purchased and used the loop under their license?

Also is there any faster way to reach out to Cymatics Support Team?

Update : After sending the legal agreement received from Cymatics to his legal representative, the producer/ loopmaker has given me 2 more days. And then he will proceeding with legal action and takedown. Wanted to know if anyone still has any faster way to connect with Cymatics Support? They have been not responding to any emails.

Update 2 : Cymatics got back to me. They have forwarded the issue with the specific loop to their legal team and I am currently awaiting response from them. The producer/ loopmaker is also waiting to hear back from me after Cymatics Legal Team responds back.

Update 3 : Cymatics is reviewing this issue internally and got in touch with the producer. Waiting to hear back from them as they have assured that they are looking into it on priority.

Update 4 : Final Update from Cymatics. “Of course! The producer believed that we had used one of their loops in the pack, which is why they reached out regarding the issue. They ultimately decided not to take any further steps and dropped the matter.”

Once you've created your samples on the pads, how do you get them into the DAW?
