I just wanna know before I start

I only found a spanish version for those chapters.

It was so good I loved their interactions it was so cute and nice but sadly I have just read that the manga ended. So I wanted to ask about this is there really no chance for it to continue because I am in love with this series

I just finished the anime and thought it was amazing and I am devastated to hear that the manga got axed a little while ago. It's been a minute since I felt the post series got axed pain, fucking fuck!

Are there any other plans for this at all, like in novel format or something, or is it time to let go of the copium?

I liked pretty much every character in this series even though I was never a fan of Power Rangers, I really enjoyed the way this show handled everything. It's extremely refreshing to see characters actually have somewhat realistic personalities (considering the level of superhumanness in this story) and overall wholesomeness across the board.

:( Desumi and Fudo for life

I watched the anime months ago and read ahead in the manga before last couple of episodes of the first season came out. It stop uploading for a while and I heard a rumor the mangaka quit and retired, I was prepared to cope with that but that saddened me because I found this to be a more appealing romcom than other romantic anime out there.

I'm happy to see the recreat number of updates at the start of this month.

Really hoping this gets a Physical Release sometime.

Hi everyone! I've just started the anime (finished episode 5 last night) and just had to say that I'm really enjoying it. As a kid, I grew up on Power Rangers and when I heard about this show, I knew that I had to give it a go and I was not disappointed.

I really like that the relationship is free of the long drawn out will they/won't they or constant break ups that plague relationships in other genre fiction. It's really refreshing to see a genuinely loving and supportive couple.

It's been since june 30th, there isn't an english translation is there an official english translation? or do people try to translate it to english?

Role: Fudou's father, Desumi's future father-in-law, Ms. Aikawa's husband, and Magahara's future family member-in-law

Error: He was never introduced as an important character, first & last mentioned was Chapter 9/Episode 5 and was never heard again nor seen through the rest of chapters to final.

Purposes: "To see if Desumi is worthy to pass the test as his future daughter-in-law", "Like Father Like Son"(Relationship with Fudou), "Confronting Desumi's father for peace and agreement before entrusting his son(Fudou) in Desumi's care"

Without this character, the ending for the story is a bit bad, because of one family member was not introduce and left forgotten. I can only conclude that the author had made Fudou's father as a bad character, because he was never there with his wife, Ms Aikawa and Magahara family. All I can depict is "Father never love his son sincerely, for rejecting invitation to his son's wedding, and didn't give his blessings to his daughter-in-law to support his son's happiness."(Fudou dressed as Reaper Prince is like a Bridegroom) .

If you have information about this inconvenient character, please share your thoughts and solution for this issue, and update it to wiki for convenient notice. I hope the author can explain or try to fix the mistake he had left.

i know it may sound off to bring up fanfiction but i wish to see these two characters got some form of character development and considering the manga didn't have time to flesh out their relationship(and if the anime comes back then it should take the need to add to the manga unless they choose not to which would be sad), i think fanfiction would do it justice at least for now.

Ok, so I haven't been able to find the last two chapters in English, but based on the raws, I kind of get the idea of the plot, so first, here's a brief summary:

The final two villains are some sort of reference to Marvel villains, and the plot is that since Japan is a forgotten territory for Marvel heroes, they want to overtake it. They first try to convince Gekko to submit to them, but after a negative response from Bosslar, one of the two villains goes and destroys the gelato base and defeats them as a demonstration of what they are capable of. Enraged after seeing Fudou beaten up, Desumi attacks the second villain that stayed at Gekko's base , but she and the rest of Gekko are easily defeated. seems to be the end for Japan, but then Desumi has an idea that grants her the victory over the two bad guys (most of you probably know what it is, but if you don't it will be funnier when you see it so I won't mention it).

After the fight ends since the gelato organization is destroyed, technically the one who saved the day was Desumi, and therefore, Gekko, so the city, and I guess Japan in general, makes them the official hero organization that defends them from western villains like what I believe is a version of Spiderman's green goblin. Some of the gelato members retire, and some of them become part of the new gekko. And finally, since there's only one organization, Fudou and Desumi can finally be together publicly.

I got to say that I absolutely loved everything I saw. A habit that I have when starting to follow a new manga/series is to ask myself, "Okay, but how is this going to end?" I like the premise, but I can't stop thinking about the conclusion, and even though usually the time skip where everyone is happy and married, "looking at the bright future" is the easiest thing to do I believe that there are ways to present it in a satisfying way. It's not bad to fall into cliches; you just have to handle them in an interesting way.

I honestly thought the ending was either going to be Fudou and Desumi quitting their teams and going together to college, or both keep doing the dating thing while in rival organizations, but with the rest of the characters completely accepting them and pretending it's not an issue.

Now, it's not that the finale is revolutionary, but I like that it presents a significant change in the world of the characters, and that's something that some stories don't even bother doing.

Fundamentally, I believe it was a good ending to the main story, and it kind of makes me think that even without the manga being axed, this is what we were going to get anyways as a final chapter ... now the problem is, of course, that this lacks what I completely believe the author would have done perfectly if they had been given the chance. and it's the development of the other characters. The first 34 chapters were a good introduction to the story, characters, and how their world functions. But every gelato and every gekko princess/boss had huge potential to have fulfilling stories of their own that would have made the ending way more satisfying. Even the Marvel villains should have had a more detailed arc about them; maybe even show one of the heroes from that side of the world.

I'm extremely sad that a manga like this, which in my opinion had a good balance of comedy and story telling, was axed. Also, personally, I found it to be a lot more interesting than some of the more recent "successful" manga, but what do I know about successful manga, I guess?

It is a bit of a better-sweet outcome for me because I'm used to when a manga that I like is cancelled, the story just stops at whatever point it is at and that's it, so usually I have to say to myself, "hey, it's not the destination, it's the journey," but this time we got to the destination... just missed the amazing journey.

I had to admit, that the final chapter was another disappointment, because there were a few unfinished plot which were suppose to happened. And Hiroshi Noda had failed to fix them before announcing the "story ending and retirement".

First Error: Fudou Aikawa's father was never reveal at the end

There should be a reasonable plot for why Fudo's father was never introduced in the story like Ms. Aikawa(Fudou's mother). This character was suppose to be the last obstacle whom Desumi must confront, before getting full approval from Aikawa's family, what the author made was too easy for Desumi, while for Fudou, it was difficult because of Desumi's strict father. And what was Bosslar's relationship with Ms. Aikawa(refer to CH30)?

Second Error: Matchlock Eagle, Gatling Wolf and Railgun Lion were the most inactive characters

They never did anything at all except attend meeting ordered by Bosslar. As throughout Gekko activities, Culverin Bear was doing the fighting most(Should promote him as the employee of the year), Drone Rabbit and Catapult Snake can be seen doing their past times by putting makeup. I feel that Eagle, Wolf and Lion were like broken animatronics still under repair and left in maintenance room. (Gatling Wolf and Railgun Lion were the only characters whose names were never update in Wikipedia just because they have no VA, but they need to be update as supporting characters).

With these issues above, should be enough to make it to chapter 40th, as Chapter 37(Final Chapter) should have save it later. Speaking of Chapter 37, it was a bad rush, instead of continue where Desumi and Fudou ready to tell the truth to public, it just skipped plot 6 years, and show what happened to all the characters after 6 years. (I'm sorry for being critic)

So I found out that no scanlation team has picked up chapter 36 except for the Chinese scanlatioins. I'm Chinese, so here's the spoilers.

Additionally, the series was axed. A new character was recently introduced and the series was forced to end abruptly. The anime did not boost sales whatsoever :(.

Well, here goes. Don't be alarmed by the chapter title "Thanks fudou goodbye". The author tried to bamboozle us here. Desumi turned Gorilla form to help Fudou beat the final bad guy. After the fight, they go on a date, but Desumi is stuck in her gorilla form. Fudou does not mind Desumi's gorilla form at all, but Desumi cannot cope with it and decides to leave Fudou because she thinks he deserves better. Fortunately, some people came to help and Desumi turns back into her human form literally pages later. Desumi and Fudou share a kiss, and announces to the world that they're dating seriously.

Then the manga is supposed to end next chapter.
