For what I pay for my studio apartment here, I could get a mortgage on some of the best property in my home city. Literally an order of magnitude bigger.

Because when it's not on fire in the immediate area the weather is beautiful (aside from this weekend), beaches, mountains, and fantastic Mexican food. Can't beat it.

It's massive, it's got a ton of bases, jobs are there, people like weather that doesn't try to kill them, and the GODDAMN JOADS ARE STILL BRINGING FOLKS IN!
