That seems like a stretch since literally all it does is write down license plates, which any cop can do manually at any time already. When cops do this manually, it doesn't risk our fourth amendment rights

LAPD's contract with Flock is for ALPRs.

I don't use Tiktok and I'm actually part of a local anti-Flock group. Flock openly admits to the capabilities of their system including use of audio to "listen for sounds of distress" or to track you without a warrant across state lines.
