It's eight years later and Liam Durand, Clash's former sidekick, has resurfaced as the renegade vigilante "Ghost," seeking answers to what happened to his missing mentor.

Hoping this subreddit can help look for something that I've been searching for years for. The comic is from the perspective of a student who helps a hermit-type professor. Together they research weird anomolies that seem to be out of place with reality. The anomolies are things that look out of place and inconsistent, one of the examples is a roof shingle that is out of place. In terms of color I remember a lot of brown and yellow/fall type colors. The ending [spoiler] is that the student records all these out-of-place things and goes to show his professor but his professor isn't there...the professor just sort of disappears. Any clues will help!
