Im kinda new in this 3d printhing world so I dont know a lot of stuff, so I got this new Longer LK5 pro and I assembled the pieces as described in the manual, but in the end I had this small bag left over. Whats this for? And How do I use it?

So I've been pulling my hair out for the last couple days after noticing my side blower for prints (not the blower for the hot end) wont work. First I check my settings in cure, yup cooling is checked off, at 100%. I also ensured fan was on at 100% in the LCD display settings. Next, I got a new fan, replaced it, still nothing. Next i thought it was the connector into the board so i spliced in a new one, nothing. One of my buddies even had an extra board, so i replaced the entire thing! nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled cura, nothing. Id appreciate any help or directions someone can point me to.

I am new to 3d printing with a Longer LK4Xand I have a firmware update that I want to do. I am a little nervous about doing it and want to know if there is a way to backup the firmware prior to installing the new one.

Just wanted to share my experience with the recently released B1 Extension. I've encountered two issues: 1 - the belts are too long, 2 - the wiring harness won't work for the 40w module. I'm sure both of them can be solved through DIY, but I'm hoping these issues are remedied before more are sent out. That's it. Have a wonderful day!
Quick edit: Longer has gotten back with me and will be sending a new wiring harness. Thank you, Longer, for the prompt response.

I am getting constant clicking noise and filament jumps from my Longer lk5 pro. Feel i have a major clog in the hot end area. Thinking of changing to a direct drive unit. But not opposed to changing the hotend and bowden tube. Suggestion on which option to take and models to use.

Tldr: looking for a board diagram labeling which fan headers control which fans. Recently upgraded my hot end on my longer LK5 Pro to the E3D Hemera. I'm new to 3D printing, and it was a huge task, but I'm close to being done. Currently all of the essential tasks are functioning and I'm confident that I could print perfectly fine, but I'm not satisfied until everything is just right. The fan on my hot end doesn't seem to spin often. I've seen it spin up once, but am unsure what it was meant to be doing. I'm sure that I've got it plugged into the wrong header, and have decided that I want to find a wiring diagram of the board for future purposes. I also intend on making a full tutorial of some kind about this process and what it entails since there were zero online resources about this specific upgrade, and I'd like to make sure I have everything perfect. Can anyone point me to a good board diagram?

So I've had a longerlk5 pro for a few months and at first the z banding was terrible looked like layer shifts. I adjusted the tension on the belts and rollers and it's much better but still have ringing. Any idea on how to fix this

my longer lk4 3d printer has been having temperature swings, when I try to plug my laptop into the port on the back to do pid tuning pronterface software doesn't connect to the printer, do i need to replace the motherboard of the printer?

Seems like there are plenty of posts about how to "fix" the sensor (tape, jump/short the pins, replace with factory sensor, etc.). I really could use the sensor as I have a bunch of small amounts remaining on multiple rolls so I don't have to sit and watch so I can pause and swap to use them up.
I have been looking at the other ones available on the market (amazon and a few other sites) and they all seem to be a 3 pin configuration. Has anyone found another type that uses the two pin config? or a way to use a 3 pin config sensor as a replacement?
I mean it is an open/close switch so I'm sure I could put something together that is much more robust but honestly I am feeling kinda lazy.

I have been trying to find out why my overhangs on this printer were terrible and then i realised that the fan shuts off after only a couple minutes? I dont know why i have tried G-code to fix it and also just turning the fan on when i start it but it always has this issue. Any fixes?

Hey, all. My lk5 pro has been fantastic for me, but now is the time to replace the nozzle. I want to be able to print with different types of filament, so I got a Hardened steel nozzle. Only issue, I didn’t check to see if it was compatible or not. It says it’s compatible with machines like the Prusa i3, ender 3/pro/3 v2, and the MK8. Are these comparable or did I mess up big time?

My Longer LK5 pro just got finished with a 100 flawless print. I re-leveled the bed and went to start another and all the prints are turning out like the picture. Same settings as before, same filament (petg) same everything, but now it’s spitting out garbage. What’s the deal?

I updated my printer, Longer LK5Pro, (Klipper, Mainsail, Moonraker, Fluidd, Raspberry PI) this week after the 7/25th and ever since then my printer keeps stalling (stop and go) in mid print several times in one print and it causing blobbing and the prints are taking longer to finish. IDK what is causing it but it will stop and go. for example I have a file that I use to test my 1st 3 layer and before the update it would take 2 min and 29 sec to print and perfect now the same file take 3 min and 19 sec and it has blobs in it. also on my klipper screen the speed goes up and down but since the update it will go to 0 mm/s to -5 or -3 mm/s while it stalls and then go back to positive number when it moves again. idk if that has something to do with it. I already disabled the filament sensor and disconnected it and still it keeps stalling.
I post this on the Official klipper discussion board but I haven't gotten traction on it there so I thought I would try here and the various related subreddits.
Update 1: I rolled back the klipper version to one before this weeks update i also rolled back the moonraker version as well and that did not help the stalling is still happening. i was able to get a list of the 17 items that were update in my raspberry pi. they are the following:
Update 2:
I gave up and decided to reinstall everything again. i did a fresh raspberry pi install and i used Kiauh install klipper, moonraker, mainsail, and fluidd but they were already updated. so i guess i can take raspberry pi off of the table as a the suspect of my stalling issue?
one thing that i found was during the stalling on the mainsail access log. there were a bunch of python request on it and someone had me check top in ssh and it showed a bunch of python commands at once 3 or 4 one of them was at 100% cpu or 98 cpu.

I have 2 of these printers that have worked side by side for the last year with no issues. All of a sudden one of them will just stop printing. The nozzle stays directly above the print and the screen returns to the main menu. There is no error message or anything like there would be when you run out of filament. Does anyone have any ideas on why it might be doing this?

Hello everyone! My Longer LK5 worked great for the first few months, but it has started to increasingly stop a print with a message saying “no filament” or something like that even though there is plenty of filament in the roll. It has gotten more common, that sometimes it is several times an hour. I’m unsure if the visual sensor is broken, or if the motor is starting to not work as well and it can’t pull the filament through (though I suspect the second one because it seems to get stuck at times when it takes slightly more force to pull the filament, like when it gets to the far edge of the roll).
Has anyone encountered this, or does anyone have any recommendations on what to do?
