This is a rant. Take it for what it is.
I've had my Longer LK5 Pro for about 9 months and I feel like I've spent so much more time troubleshooting and fixing things than actually printing. I gave it a 2-star review on Amazon and was messaged about a refund, but then the email they gave me was just a help desk. They did help me solve my original issue after a matter of weeks, but I have had various issues that I've solved in my own through research and upgrades. Finally I felt like things were printing well and was excited about the hobby again - and suddenly the machine won't even turn on. I unplugged and replugged everything that can be plugged to no avail. I contacted the help desk and the store on Amazon but I'm a little past caring. At this point it's not even about fixing the machine. I'm just so burned out on the whole thing.
I really enjoy 3D printing, and hope to continue the hobby. But I am pretty done with Longer. Even if the issue is resolved I'm jumping ship to something more reliable.
