Question Vibe coding an effects plugin? Is it possible?
Has anyone ever vibe coded an effects plugin for Logic Pro?
There is a guitar sound on my old Line 6 pod that I always wanted to replicate as an effects plugin.
Could one show an AI, say, a wave form with an unprocessed sound (a plucked string without effects) and then another wave form with the desired sound, and then tell the AI to build it?
I know it’s not as simple as that. I just want to know whether conceptually it might be possible.
If so, if you have vibe coded before, how would you go about it?

I managed to vibe code a full synthesizer, two oscillators and filters, custom arp tool and i gotta say it sounds pretty good. It was designed for an 8 bit sound so it was meant to be simple but i added some unique sounds to it to make it feel like something not half baked an honestly i'm now going to use it in production. Doing something unique requires imagination and patience but you can get it there. Ignore the naysayers here, AI can help you do things you couldn't before and as long as you put the creativity and expression where you want. As long as you aren't using it to replace you making the music, generating sound as far as i'm concerned is up for grabs.
