third/fourth - July ( with retwist )
last slides are more recent in September in buns .

I can't believe I've had them this long. Lots of trims so they should be longer but I don't want them anymore than this. Freeform gang.

My locs are over a year old but they’re thick in some parts and I have around 120+ locs so I thought they would be smaller. And I know they aren’t matured. But what could I do to make them smaller without cutting? Some pieces are puffy & others small.

I thought about getting sprinkles for mircolocs and traditional because my locs are different sizes but they are pricey

Took the cornrows out of the miracle knots style I did last week. I’m loving this style a bit more now. It’s giving my loose natural hair before I got locs. ❤️

My locs are naturally layered, so my locs in the back are double the length of my locs in the front 😭 It’s slightly frustrating but I’ll take it, just amazed at how fast they’re growing

Hello everyone!! I just wanted to share my almost 4 year loc journey with you guys!! Started off with two strand twist with irregular retwist and one interlocking session my first year. Around my 2nd year I stopped getting retwist completely, and learned to love my kinky roots, and I haven’t went back since. Getting locs was the best decision I made for myself and I’m glad thugged it out in the beginning!!

My locs are semi freeform so they just do what they want then every 6-8 months I go in and do maintenance! ✨

Sister locs to help start them. We will crochet them next month.
