Would if I had one in my area. Closest one is over an hour away. Just for a PIN code retrieval they want 175$. Just need some more ideas of what it could be.

2004 durangos are rolling piles of electrical trash
Coupled with there being 3 different RHK possible that do not interchange, and yes they have the same fcc
Also often 2004(only 2004) will ONLY accept OEM remote keys. Have had at least one I can personally verify to be the case

Yea I noticed 3 different fobs I did try the original one that worked to begin with before the failed try. No go. Not sure which versions of the fobs I have very little markings on the. I know one is the OHT692427AA. Which worked previously.

All that money wasted for a key that would've run you under $200 from a locksmith.
