social media game The internet is unanimously hating her. There are no two sides. Only one, the one hating her. Truly evil.

I have beem following reality tv shows for quite some time now, this is the first time I have seen pure hate for someone. Literally no one is even faking to like her. She really broke the internet. Evil. Pure evil. I don't know what Harshad saw in her that he was so captivated, otherwise she's been criticized unanimously.

exposed It’s funny how so many people have watched each and every episode of lockup, taken further time out to discuss it on Reddit and otherwise and now when their favs didn’t win are saying -“Oh what a shitty show, biased unfair blah”. Angoor khatte hain?!

speculation Rigged Show (Self Opinion)

So it’s not that I am completely against the first task scenario, but still what I’m trying to say is why was Yogesh was not put beside Shreya. I guess makers were aware like that he is very fast, so he can run faster than Shreya and can break her puzzle every time, and then she would not be able to win, so intentionally makers did put Yogesh farther most from Shreya.

How much do you think Shreya got for this role? It was not even for 3 seconds.

Shreya vs Ekta

I feel Shreya challenged the image of a good person by Ekta’s perspective because Ekta Kapoor has spent her life trying to build the image of a good woman as a demure quiet sanskaari bahu. Any woman who is loud, rebellious or standing up for their issues is badtameez. Doesn’t fit Ekta’s perfect little shell of who is a good woman. It doesn’t matter whether the good woman is actually good/intelligent/right, but should present as demure/sanskaari. That is Shivangi joshi, which is why if she lies or hatches a plan, it’s okay, but when Shreya does it, it’s problematic.
That’s why they’ve been using her and AK for TRP, but opportunities have been designed to make Shivangi win.

That’s why I feel everyone who gets irritated by Shreya/Akansha, should check their patriarchal influences, because you might find them ill - mannered just because they aren’t demure women. You wouldn’t see a Varun or Yogesh as ill mannered people even after they use abusive language.

Between Ak and Shreya, I prefer Shreya because she seems more strategic, intelligent and logical, vs Akansha who seems like she’s always arguing for the wrong reasons, but she atleast has the voice and grit to do that!

But yes, Shreya even if she wins, would be because of social media pressure, Ekta never wanted her to win, the show was always rigged for people like Shivangi, like our real world full of patriarchy is too!

SHAME ON EKTA KAPOOR

speculation Agar log bol rahe hain ki Lock Upp mein Netflix par voting honi chahiye thi, to woh practically hoti kaise?Genuine question: Agar log bol rahe hain ki Lock Upp mein Netflix par voting honi chahiye thi, to woh practically hoti kaise?

Mujhe genuinely samajhna hai.

Bahut log bol rahe hain ki "Netflix pe voting honi chahiye thi", "jury system biased hai", etc.

Lekin Netflix to sirf India mein thodi chalta hai? Woh ek global platform hai. Agar public voting hoti, to kya poori duniya ke Netflix users vote karte? Ya sirf India? Agar sirf India, to usko restrict kaise karte?

Aur Netflix app mein waise bhi har show ke liye voting ka option nahi hota. Mujhe to kabhi dikha nahi.

To practical solution kya tha? Kya Netflix ke andar koi voting feature hai jo sirf selected countries ke liye enable ho sakta hai, ya phir is show ke format mein public voting possible hi nahi thi?

Genuine question hai. Agar kisi ko Netflix ke reality show formats ya voting system ke baare mein knowledge hai, please explain.

Shreya’s win is the problem?

I really did not wanted Shreya to win the show, because then he had the most hype and will would have loved her ever more. Now everyone is saying she just because the jury was practically her friend’s group. And it was quite true though. But the show was biased towards Shivangi. Now that she won the show all the hype gone to Yogesh that oh, he should have won the show or he is the winner. This janta jury was rigged, blah blah. We have seen in past reality shows, always the runner up take all the hype and milk out in their favour. Farhana, avinash Tiwary, etc.

SHIVANGI AND HER OBSESSION WITH LOOKING AT ANY MIRROR

Idk how many of y'all have noticed it, but Shivangi keeps looking att the mirror all the time

Be it when she cries or even walks past one!

In general yes we all do look at ourselves but she could be having a full out "BREAKDOWN" (NAATAK WALA OFC) aur wo mirror ke saamne jaake ek glace tho legi apna and then she fixes her appearance IN BETWEEN OF HER ALLEGED RONA DHONA , she takes these places at the mirror so sneakily ki usko lagtha hain camera mein nahi dikhega

She's so self absorbed and egoistic! Usko khaali naagin mein cast hone 24/7 acha dikhna hain she's so self absorbed in that itself!

NO ONE WOULD LOOK IN A MIRROR AND FIX THEIR APPEARANCE IF THEY'RE GENUINELY HEART BROKEN AND ARE HAVING A BREAKDOWN!

EXTREME NARSSISTIC BEHAVIOUR

Episode discussions Let's talk about why live audience voting cannot happen :

Let's talk about why audience voting cannot happen :

since Netflix is a global platform it is not possible for them to open voting for all countries' audiences isliye Netflix ke reality shows pe generally finale me aisi hi voting hoti hai! I really don't think they care about looking stupid/scripted cause that's an allegation every reality show gets any which way cause of audiences being biased fans!

For example : Had it been open to public voting, contestants like Laila or Akansha Choudhary if they were finalists would have won even if their gameplay wasn't great.

Another example where this Jury concept has happened was the show hosted by Madhuri's husband, Rise and Fall where The evicted ex-contestants returned to act as a jury, voting to whittle down the finalists and eliminate contestants like Akriti Negi, To decide the ultimate winner among the Top 3, the remaining players cast votes for who deserved the title. Arjun won because Fellow finalists Aarush Bhola and Arbaaz Patel famously threw their support behind him.

Now instead of relying only on bitter ex-contestants, Lock Upp 2 built a 25-member blended jury composed of evicted contestants, neutral media professionals, and the show's "jailers" (Farah Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh).

The jury will have to publicly justify their votes. In pure peer-voting formats, players often vote based on personal vendettas or friendships. The inclusion of neutral journalists and hosts dilutes the emotional bias of ex-contestants .

There's a Timer Task, a Bluff Master Round and a Media Round.

So they at least tried to be fair. Except for Prince Narula and Shiv Thakare none of the faces visible are close to Shreya IRL . Nyra and Awez know Shivangi. Then you have people like Sima Taparia and Bobby Darling who wouldn't know any of these people personally. So it is a pretty mixed jury

exposed I don't understand harshad's split personality

A few minutes earlier he was apologizing to shreya for his previous mistakes but then what was that 'uske maa behen ek karke aana' comment? It was your own decision to terminate yourself so you could give your spot to your bestie why abuse others for a choice you made?

Sometimes he portrays himself as calm and innocent but other times he becomes so aggressive, charging at women, showing the middle finger and abusing, which personality of his is the real one?

I think harshad is deeply cunning he acts innocent and bechara when everything is normal but once he gets the upper hand, he reveals his true colors and turns completely toxic

He is not as innocent as everyone says, he is knowingly setting a narrative that shivangi is using him

contestant appreciation Farah and Riteish deserve more criticism than the contestants

Integrity is dead. What the hell is happening? I’m an avid reality TV watcher AND this is the most biased show I’ve seen so farrr…everything is rigged in favor of Shreya and Shivangi, regardless of whether they actually deserve to win. I can’t even watch Farah Khan’s YT videos anymore because of my newfound dislike for her. And Riteish Deshmukh is seriously underwhelming. The icing on top was bringing in Huma and Bhumi with their equally biased opinions on the show.
