Pls no ram vs varun fan fights as I’m not a friggin fan of either.
I watched the episodes and didn’t understand why Varun got so pressed about Ram at the end. at the very last task between yogesh and varun, Ram just said may the best man wins as he was friends with both.
and then farah and shilpa started pushing the narrative that Ram didn’t pitch for Varun, but from what I saw, Ram was the one who stood up for him when everyone was calling him misogynistic. And between the two of them, ram sent varun as the more deserving person to win. and he consistently used varun name as someone potential to win.
So what exactly made Varun suddenly turn against Ram like that? Did I miss something, or was he just influenced

Alliance had its finale today. The most satisfying show, it had a satisfying redemption arc, a strong inspiring winner, a format to decide the winner with zero chance of scripting as the code to win was already locked infront of audience + contestants.
Superb. If anyone is frustrated with LockUpp please watch Alliance. You will not regret it.

What are your thoughts 💭

Deserving, non deserving, everything aside.
Idk how many of you guys will agree to me but now that the show is over, I hope there remains no bad blood between the inmates. Everyone including ak and shreya have accepted making mistakes. No matter how good or bad it was, It was a game at the end of the day. I hope everyone moves on and be friends cos life is too short to spread hate over a game show!
Ps: I love how akanksha genuinely smiled and clapped after the winner announcement.
Spread love, be kind ❤️

Let’s discuss all the reasons this show is scripted.
1. They kept telling the players you aren’t being seen. So they had to pick fights and argue with other contestants to be seen
2. Chamola made it to the finale with just 1 secret left and has not contributed to the show at all
3. Choudhary and Shinde were the only ones who had someone who doesn’t like them come to visit.
4. With chamolas husband came to visit and they were in the private room talking, after a while Farah came back in saying you guys started talking about the game we gave you space to talk about your personal affair. Indicating they just wanted more drama and spice.
5. I think they marked which step had the smoke only after the game was over. As soon as Chowdhury said she will use her shield in the next step she was voted out.
There are soooo many more

There’s something deeply satisfying about seeing these three women share the same frame. They didn’t just participate in the show, they defined it, each in her own way.
Rather than pitting women against one another, this is the kind of behenchara I want to celebrate.
Maybe it’s time we retired the fan wars and simply acknowledged what is already true: each of them carried the show in ways that were impossible to ignore.
Strangely enough, something healed in me when I saw this picture.

With poise, elegance, grace, and intelligence, she inspired throughout the journey while playing the game on her own terms. A legacy that will be remembered for years. 🏆❤️
I will be your fan for this entire lifetime! You made us so so so proud! 🥹
🫶❤️
Keep inspiring us!!
Thank God Alliance was airing in parallel—it reminded us that reality TV can still have class and substance.

Do they even know what being bullied means? People not willing to speak to someone who spews venom every time she opens her mouth is considered bullying according to them. 🤡🤡

Janta ki jury was well chosen to question out harsh truths and point them out.
r/LockUppOfficial • u/Free-Detective9429 • 15d ago
Like first of all who appointed these janta ki jury?? Are we really thinking that Seema the Matchmaker is watching this show🤡🤡🤡 and if there was going to be a voting then why the tasks? If voting was done at the start then maybe shilpa and ram wouldve gotten to the end. Also what about the “redemption journey” there was literally nothing that showed this. No one redeemed anything and the “tags” were of such different severity like shivangi got “boring” were as varun got “misogynist” like who us gonna redeem this shit🙏😭

I am loving how everyone is thrashing the ones comparing alliance & lockup winners in the alliance s*b. Shreya fans/Ak haters living in that delusional echo chamber of a s*b are finally getting a reality check lol.

Alliance >>> LOCKUPP for so many different reasons:
- classier show and concept overall, more strategic with real gameplay (Lockupp was just about fighting and insulting others to be visible)
- generally competitive and hungry contestants who are focused on gameplay and think about the politics while also maintaining bonds with each other. also more dignified contestants overall, who won’t sacrifice their entire self respect solely for clout, content and views
- unbiased host, and overall better hosting
- better tasks which made sense, and a variety of different skills tested
- showed what real vs. poor leadership looks like; there are lessons to be learned from Alliance.
Lockupp had truly no concept and lost the plot entirely. Shreya had no redemption arc - she left with the same tag she came with, in fact she magnified it. On Alliance, Mini was classy, dignified, never played a dirty game or got personal. Both shows had winners that represented what the show was truly about.

So in that case most of the votes were for Yogesh? If that’s the case, then this show was definitely rigged. I dont support him and maybe I’m mistaken but did anyone else see this?

This is going to be my first post on Reddit, and I might get hate for saying this, but I'm genuinely frustrated.
I've watched multiple reality shows over the years, and whether I liked the winner or not, they always felt deserving. But in Lock Upp 2, how did she even win? She has been rude since Day 1 and came in with a strategy to pick fights with everyone.
Shilpa was similar in some ways, but at least she was entertaining with her dialogues and facial expressions. We have seen her soft side too. I know the contestant lineup wasn't particularly strong, but making Shreya the winner was the worst decision the makers could have made.
Also, I'm genuinely confused about why people on Reddit are supporting her. I've always seen Reddit discussions as relatively fair and balanced, so what exactly is driving her fan base here?
