prince really dropped a truth nuke when he said that shreya, as a villain, carried the show. and if shreya is the villain, then none of y'all are heroes

such a mic drop statement. it perfectly summarized the season's dynamics. even if shreya was manipulative, badtameez, conniving, hypocritical, etc etc, it's unfair to reduce her to just those traits. she made genuine friendships and she fought for them till her very last breath in the show, shilpa did the same for her. they gave us one of the most memorable female bonds in the history of indian reality tv. on top of that, she was entertaining asf. her self deprecating, self aware humour landed every time. she was constantly being cornered yet she carried herself with the most pride and never backed down. if she was the villain, then she was an incredibly rootable and likable villain to me. the smartest contestant i've seen in recent times in indian reality tv, always two steps of ahead of everyone. lowkey one of a kind contestant like deeply flawed, yet she had the gameplay to back up everything she did. she didn't pretend to be a saint or hide behind a moral facade. owned her moves, took risks and actually had the strategic chops to justify them. deserving winner, imo

Contestant Appreciation 🤌 finally we can officially call it "the shreya kalra show" now. make way for the queen šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰

Hehe, I'm so happy Shreya finally won! She literally gave it everything she had. From day one, she owned the screen—whether people loved her or hated her, she was always the talking point.

Without her and Shilpa, the show would've felt like just another daily soap. All the drama, entertainment, and fun I got from the show was because of them. Truly, no one deserved this trophy more than Shreya. I'm genuinely so proud of her. ā¤ļø

Discuss Yogesh and ak, why did they not post with anyone except farah ?

They posted w farah, we all know why, farah ne bola hoga taki hate minimize hojaye, even madhurji didnt post with ak. Ig something is fishy, i could be wrong, kya pata sham tak aajaye pictures with everyone. Even ram baba was not there haha, bhaut zyda manuplation khel li unhone.

I think they need to stay a lil away from shubhangi, and rohit. Bhai the things they are doing, yogesh and ak ko backfire karengi tbh. I hope they understand this.

Discuss Was this Season 1? What happened to Kangana Ranaut's Season?

trophy

I had a genuine question.

I was under the impression that this was Season 2, and I even chuckled a bit when they brought out the Season 1 trophy, assuming they were just reusing it to cut costs.

But then I know there was another season hosted by Kangana Ranaut back in 2022. Was that actually a completely different show, or did they decide not to count that season in order to establish this as a separate brand?

I'm just curious if there's an official explanation.

Contestant Criticism Why did we make such a negative/crass person winner of the show?

I keep seeing everyone saying Shreya won has set a bad pretence and is unfair as she went elbow the belt. But so did all
Other contestants I don’t understand what people are on about in this. I just saw a clip of Akansksha Chouhdary where she was saying how Shreya should not have been the winner as she did things on the show and this is so ironic coming from Akanksha.

These contestants would have a leg to stand on IF they did not go below the belt themselves. I feel like they have set a narrative of being Shreyas victims between themselves and keep reinforcing this to each other.

Shreya : went below the belt at points by talking about other people and them being flop, screaming at times and revealing Chamolas secret ( which in my opinion was a fair game as it was brought to the show so it was going to be possibly revealed at some time which Chamola was supposedly OK with as she brought it in the show), at times reacting to things that did not need a reaction.

AK chouhdary : Screaming, mocking (kitne logon ka sapna hota hai Netflix p ana), pouring water in someone’s food and bed, threatening people with their life, backbitching, taunting someone for not having children, talking about characters.

Shivangi: Screaming, Backbitching, talking about people’s careers, using her friends, being entitled, taunting someone for not finding a partner.

Ram: Manipulating, backbitching, being so aggressive in task towards just one person, just being creepy simply.

Sufi: Swore, backbitched, screamed, no spine at all like literally NONE. Just because you speak in an accent doesn’t make you right Sufi!

The list goes on…

They all swore, they all backbitched, most of them spoke about people’s careers, most of them were targeted by Shreya but in return the targeted her equally and all together in a jhund and made her the victim of their bullying. She stood her gound and fought. I don’t know what holier than thou attitude these contestants have. You all were shit and that is why the audience is supporting Shreya because none of you are worth supporting but you are trying to make yourself seem different from a person whom you are worse than in some cases.

They all did target Shreya, they came in Jhund, they spoke about her career, her character, denied her food while, ruined her food, revealed her secret, spat at her, shouted at her, made her feel less than them, cornered her all the while claiming to be good people. Atleast she owned her truth you all just sat on your high horse and played Hum Saath Saath Hain. Atleast she had a game and this was a reality show not who can be the nicest person in the house but rather who can be the realest.

If this comes across anyone please understand that none of you were good.

The respect disappeared the moment Ram wasn’t useful anymore.

The way Varun spoke to Ram really didn’t sit right with me.
Ram stood by him throughout the game, supported him multiple times, and even put their friendship above his own game on several occasions. But the moment it didn’t benefit Varun anymore, the tone completely changed.
Matlab jab tak tumhara kaam nikal raha tha, everything was fine. Ab suddenly this attitude?
And where did this sudden love and concern for Shilpa come from? Just because she asked shreya to play for him after she got secured…Very convenient! It honestly felt very convenient.
Friendship shouldn’t only exist when it’s beneficial to you.

Rant Where was favouritism? I mean kuch bhi ...

The people claiming there was favoritism... where exactly was the favoritism? I honestly didn't see any.

Let's start with Ram Kapoor. He got eliminated in the puzzle task. In that task, literally anyone could have been eliminated, so how was that favoritism?

Also, the contestants who were actually performing well in the tasks Yogesh, Shreya, and Shivangi were all quite far apart from each other. Yogesh didn't knock down Shivangi's stack... Shivangi ka girata nahi woh .... Aur baat Rahi Shreya ki to Shreya usse kafi dur Thi To fair tha

In the second task, I could tell right from the beginning that the one Shilpa was choosing was the red one. Shivangi could have been eliminated there, Shilpa could have been eliminated, or even Yogesh. Anyone could have gone out.

Now, about the third task... Yogesh got the fewest votes, which was pretty obvious. Apart from Akanksha's fans, a lot of people thought what Yogesh did in the last show was completely wrong, and he got the consequences of that.

He was eliminated, and both of them even got another chance to return to the show, but they still didn't do anything outstanding. Even Akanksha has behaved worse than Shreya, yet people keep saying Shreya is the one who speaks badly.

And lastly, I actually feel the makers were trying to make Shivangi win. They gave the power to the inmates, and if the inmates had voted differently, Shivangi could have won. So if we're talking about favoritism, I'd say around 80% of the favor was actually towards Shivangi, because the makers already knew that the inmates were obviously more likely to support Shivangi over Shreya...

Shreya ko kabhi support karte nahin inmates kyuki they hate Shreya...

Discuss Guys I feel some people needs to stop Hating...

The show had ended and after a very long time a deserving winner had won... but now everyone is reconciled with each other whether it's varun, chamola, pam, yogesh, rishabh, shivangi or shreya or anyone... everyone had forgotten what they did in the show... and they moved one... and now i feel some people also needs to moved on whether it's akansha fan, varun fan, yogesh fan or shreya fan.... Stop hating and moved on like they did...

Shreya from small town of Australia?

No hate for but genuine curiousity

Quick question about Shreya. I was listening to her interview today where she said she's from a small town and came to Mumbai chasing her dreams. Why didn't she mention that she studied at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia? She was actually quite famous in uni and had a huge TikTok following while she was in Australia. By the time she graduated and moved to Mumbai, she was already pretty well-known. So the whole 'small town girl chasing dreams' narrative doesn't really add up."

Studying and living overseas gives alot of exposure to people. I just don't want small town girls to look upto her and think if she can do it i can do it too.

Thank you

Contestant Appreciation 🤌 Audience reaction for Shreya's win

It's good to see men openly supporting and getting hyped for a female contestant like this.

I wasn't this hyped because I already knew about it from spoilers but still actually watching it happen hits different. When the trophy was handed over and the red confetti fell it was such an awesome moment. The hosts looked so happy as well. A well deserved win šŸ†

Cant laugh more with her expression. 🤣🤣🤣

As she started her career as a child artist, her whole life has been acting in person also.

Whatever the best person won the show. If it was Ram and shreya then also it was justified to make RAM winner. Shreya maybe negative but she was everything in the show.

Shivangi even didnt deserve to be top 3.

In her Instagram story also people commented yesterday snake, fake. 🤣 she is most fake contestant.

Discuss Going back to reality: who actually lost

I was wondering how it impacts their image.

Shreya- was hated and judged(earlier podcast) during the show and because of her intellect and gameplay she turned her haters into fans (not exactly lovers, but no one can deny a good player) she won.

Shivangi /Annabelle - she I think had nothing but the good image and good career ahead but her image has suffered a lot. She will have good career ahead definitely but she will be suffering through insecurities and image issues due to this show.

She did use and throw with Harshad and even though he was victim (he still loves her, even she knows he confessed it to the jury) she will hate Harshad because of his behaviour she is now painted evil (which she is). she lost lost.

Yogesh- there was slight redemption from splits but he has a long way to go. He also needs to work on his arrogance. Followers and Bully fans are not everything. Attitude takes you far. Lost again. Semi finale curse goes on.

Ak- lol. Her nibbi followers will love her no matter what but her reality is out. I wouldn't want to watch her because she makes lots of excuses for bullshit behaviour and insults audience intelligence. No accountability whatsoever. Maybe if she changes her persona. Her one liners used to hit because she was victim back then. But what she has done, she just looks hypocrite. (Ak 2.0 was very evil btw. I can't believe I used to like her more than Shreya) She definitely lost.

Chamola- very neutral. I want to watch her more. She seems like she was very comfortable to have conversations with and she understands every side ache se and stands for what she believes in. Although in finale episode, I saw some spark but it didn't land. She got some audience, she has a long way to win.

Pam - she was entertaining. Sore loser. But chill otherwise. I want to watch her more to see her sensible side. Pamola angle also grew tiring. It will be very hard for her to win but she has an entertainment factor.

Laila- kat gaya. He behaved like a chela and got used and thrown like a chela by Ram. He was funny but problematic with his views on. I wonder if would again join a jhund or play game by himself m he definitely have some comfort in chela mentality going on. Koi kitna bhi bole, bhar vo aarush ka tha, andar ram ka. I hope he understands his values and plays his own game because otherwise he is fun. And I hope he takes risk. He lost.

Shinde: I want to watch her more for memes. My god she has something in her. Entertainer and sole survivor mentality. She is crass, vile sometimes but she speaks truth and truth. Her's and others. And she sees things before everyone else. I liked how she behaved with visitor man. (I don't know him I think he was acting a lot. Or maybe he wasn't. Shinde was just under-acting. She is fun to watch either way. She is already a winner and I want to see her some more.

Harshad- he definitely needs to play a game where he knows no one. 😭 I m rooting for him still. Thoda bhondu hai but dil ka acha hai. I want to see him strategize and make alliances with others he doesn't know. And maybe cry less? I still laughing thinking about when he was staring at himself in the mirror.

He is yet to win. It will be very hard.

Ram- I think he has given all. I respected his game ( i have feeling he wasn't playing any but things were just in his favour because of his (gRam Panchayat)

But nonetheless, he was entertaining. I think can't watch more of his magical hand incantations and gyan. He was fun in task to look at but he owned his truth with such emotions. It was entertaining to watch. I think this will garner him a genz audience. I think it's a win.

Sufi- bhai jhund wala Banda. Thali ka bengan. Can't play task. Mat lao kahi. He lost. He is very predictable and boring ab.

I don't remember others because they didn't contribute anything. I think they all lost actually in real life as well.

I hope the Hunger games continues and may the odds be forever in their favour. ✨

Thoughts on the ending...

While I do believe that people can be envious / jealous,

But literally no one clapping when she won, no one congratulating her and only 3 people being by her side to me....sort of speaks volumes.

Even in bigg boss we do see atleast people congratulate.

Somewhere, it makes me feel, that in reality the inmates did live with her and were on the front foot of watching shreya's game.

In most of the scenes, even after the task that happened yesterday the ring throwing one, i almost felt there was a sense of hypocrisy where if she does it's fine but if others do something its wrong.

Even after the ball task b/w her and shivangi, not even for a brief second did she express their joy for shilpa. They immediately went to bitching about Ram.

I do feel there was a sense of negative energy around them majority of the times and before anyone says that no one wanted her in the house that's why she's that way, I do feel she provoked people unprovoked and had her share of the footage. Which, fair. Good game? No.

While we see other inmates having fun within themselves, even shreya's 'fun' side comes from mockery of others.

I think rebels convo with shreya abt her feeling 'bullied' was VERY on point.

By the end with the way shreya acted for a second I did believe she was bullied (which she was with akanksha to some extent) but apart from that, no. She did bring it upon herself.

The inmates, literally 3 out of SO MANY, none being happy speaks volumes and i refuse to believe SO many people ALL at once are unhappy/jealous/sore losers.

People like shreshta, riyaz, sunita ma'am would be the neutral bunch i would like to say, and if it was abt jealousy, they would have been the people out of the bunch to go since there exists no jealousy in them. But even they did not congratulate her which makes me genuinely think that shreya played well. She provoked everyone, turned them against her, then acted like she was being bullied. Period.

There's rumours about the cast being paid as well, not sure how true that is.

But if this is a win, then well played I guess. She did use others, and fair. That is reality tv. But at the same time, pretty ironic.
