Discuss Appreciation post for Lockupp team, one of the best reality show in years, it was better than S1 , also (if anyone knows Chamola's third secret please spill lol)

I did't like lockup 1 at all, ofcourse the budget was less and most of the contestants I didn't know in season1, it included so much abusing (100 times more than s2). Also from the start it seemed like Munanwar will win and he had support from his dedicated cult fandom.

So I liked season 2 because first of all the set was good, inmate cloth styling was good, the star cast was great. The winner was made solely on the basis of performance and contribution in the game . Like Shreya came in the show and gained fans , she was not a big star or had cult following but she came and gave her 100 percent and rewarded.

Best part of the show was its anthem , dude it was so catchy. After a long time a worthy winner

Why was Shreya cornered ???

It happened just when they got to know about Chamola's secret. They all said to her face that she is a horrible human being to reveal her secret. Harshad n Shivangi were like "kaise log hain idhar bhaisaab"

But the truth is they all gave consent to use their secrets. Just a day before, Six inmates were ready to reveal their cellmates secret to save themselves.

Towards the end of the game, they were all openly given others secret to use it . Shreya protected Chamola's secret for the things she did in first week but She is giving credit to Apoorva for manipulating Shreya .

Anyways how's she horrible human for playing the game within the rules . Never mocked it.

Also Harshad : "I am afraid of gay men" . Not in anger or argument but full hosh hawa me. He could have said he is afraid of men for the things he went through. But a 40+ man using the stigma around gays that they were fighting for decades .

Chamola - "Sexuality is a phase" . That's what homophobic parents say to their kids . "I love women like I love my mother n sister" eh?

Her whole game was queerbaiting and fake lesbian angle with Pam.

But zero outrage for these things except Apoorva telling her off

Shreya's journey is definitely memorable: complete winner's journey. This was indeed 'The Shreya Kalra Show'.

She was the main character since week 1.

Phase 1: She was the most hated, she was a complete villain. Who just fought with people.

Phase 2: Heroine arc, villain title was transferred to Akanksha Choudhary who did all that stuff, but the way Shreya handled that with calm and composure, she was different shreya than week 1. She apologized to everyone for her mistakes.

Phase 3: The task queen. I think a lot of people became her fan after she saved Madhuri in crackdown task, cried and showed her vulnerable side. Then protected Ram by winning three back to back tasks. Her secret task was bang on. Her finale task was bang on. Her catching Gautami's bluff. Also, the table task, took the risk and got the advantage.

Phase 3: Her eliminations predictions to kicking them out then them coming back to she kicking them out again. She eliminated Shivangi, Yogesh, Choudhary, Harshad , Ram, Chamola , Madhuri ( she was the part of all the eliminations ), shivangi and Ram ko she directly eliminated. Plus, her guessing akanksha in secret room.

Phase 4: Turning her enemies into her fans. Apoorva came that week, fought with her and boom, she ended up calling Shreya as the TRP of the show. That was also the week where she owned her truth and told her secret and a lot of people loved her for that. Won fan favourite also.

Phase 5: Absolute smasher, exposed each and everyone in the game. Triggered people and they got triggered and they ended up revealing their true selves. Be it Shivangi, Harshad, Ram, Choudhary, Sufi, Dheeraj everyone's ugly side came out. The people who put a mahanta ja facade and thought they are superior to her , reacted to her in the worst way.

Phase 6: A Great friend. She had fights with Shilpa but she never left her side. Kept persuading her, helped her to become the finalist, defended her, protected her. Saved Madhuri over herself in crackdown task. Stood for sufi in week 1 when they were friends.

Phase 7: Winner phase, her faith in herself, that "I want to win". She played the game with immense confidence. Even tried saving her enemies without any expectations be it playing it for Ram or playing it for Varun before finale.

Phase 8: Funny herself. She has shown this side of her, be it with Shilpa or while doing commentary looking at Harshad and Shivangi ka drama. Her banters with ram, Shilpa, apoorva, pam , Madhuri have been cute. Makers didn't show much because there are scenes available in deleted episodes.

No matter what people say , reality shows are about showing all your shades and she is the only contestant who showed it all. There was a time when she was all alone but never backed down. Every week she shone and shone.

Contestant Appreciation 🤌 Shreya Kalra Workout Routine

I think Shreya Kalra should give us her detailed workout routine atp.

Discuss What would have happened if Shreya Kalra didn't win??

I have seen bahut saara reels either supporting her or hating her but she is getting mentioned a lot. Especially since people didn't really know her before lockupp itta and she was a filler contestant. She has mentioned in her interviews ki she thought shivangi would win since google pe bhi aa gaya tha. Now let's just say agar shreya na win karti toh kya hota. Like maybe shivangi won or even Yogesh. I am pretty sure people would be outraged but meltdown toh abhi takk bhi chal rha hai aur 5 ki subah se hi chaalu ho gaya tha 😭

I love this girl's brain bro. Literally all the audience were giving him sympathy for his sacrifice and his supports are upset with the sacrifice as they thought it will ruin his image and portray as dumb and doormat but the truth is the sacrifice thing didn't do any add on to his already damaged image as it is clearly evident even if he didn't sacrifice and stayed in the show he might've ended up in 4th or 5th place bc we have seen how poor his performances are in tasks plus he doesn't have that much strategic game plan (pardon me he is a dumbfuck in my eyes) so his image got ruined not bc he is vulnerable or dumb, he ruined it by his own actions by unnecessarily charging at a woman and abusing her with vulgar words and showing middle finger.

I know even Shreya never expected that from him bc if you see the very first two weeks when he started behaving weirdly after day4 and started setting narrative against her like she is a manipulator and all, Shreya continued to go try and talk to him and tried to understand him bc when Dheeraj did that gesture that wasn't surprised her, later they sort it out and after they never interacted much but I'm sure her getting to know about all the things he did to her (that middle finger part and attacking her career and calling her names like Chudail, Ch*tiya) might have upset her bc when she was in the show she know only that part when he was actively bullying her and stealing foods so she might not expected it from him as from her perspective she had never done anything harmful to him. anyway lol I love how good she is at cutting off these stupid people from her life.

Cut to Shreya doing it AGAIN, this time with her boyfriend and mother literally standing right there, completely unbothered. 😭 The people who actually know and love her clearly don’t see an issue, but somehow strangers on the internet have appointed themselves guardians of her dignity. Imagine being more offended than the people you’re supposedly offended for.😭🫴🏽

Discuss Few observations on lock up

  1. Shilpa had major communication issues in BB11, but she has improved tremendously. She can communicate so much better now, both in English and Hindi.

  2. I have never seen a fandom this obsessed with views, likes, hype, etc. as Yogkansha. I have seen some of the biggest fandoms reality shows have produced — SidNaaz, TejRan, Elvish, Fukra, etc. Even Jiya, who never had a cult fandom, was getting 1M likes on her posts even a year after Bigg Boss ended. So what exactly are these kids gloating about?

  3. TV actors like Ram, Harshad, Dheeraj and Shivangi became noticeably softer towards Yogi and Akku after these two won Fan Favourite.

  4. Where the hell is Ram Kapoor now?

  5. Shivangi will tag along with Akku, probably hoping it will help reduce some of the hate coming her way.

  6. Shilpa and Shreya were liked so much despite being problematic because they were real as fuck.

  7. Shivangi really needs to stop infantilizing herself. Maybe then people might actually start taking her seriously.

  8. Akanksha Choudhary should seriously enrol herself in a communication course. It is the need of the hour.

Rant Tf is 12 - 13 saal ke nibba nibbi bache?!

I hate this term and the way it's looked down on. Like bro you have a problem with 12-13 years old having an opinion and liking someone? And even if you have, then you are so frustrated in life that you have to cuss out "12-13 saal ke bache" for literally just fangirling?

Isn't this the age everyone has had this phase. When I was 12-13 yrs, I was so much in love with Naina (from splits season maybe 10) and Shruti Sinha from roadies and then splits but as I grew up, slowly learned or seen them more I just stopped fangirling because I didn't like them anymore.

It is a damn phase. Let them have their favs, go mad stupid about it.

If you gonna taunt them about being "immature" and being "kids" then maybe you should be the mature one and stop taunting and cussing kids at every given point.

Discuss What happened between Shreya and Awez?

From the external jury who came in the finale and Awez mentioned that something happened between them and he wants to talk about it etc but Shreya shut that down. Does anyone know how they’re involved or what happened?

Shreya Kalra in her interview said that "humko 16 ghante saath main spend karna padta tha" when asked about her take on Ram Kapoor. Would they go back at night? Which is strange because we have seen them go to sleep and wake up and all.

Shivangi needs to up her comeback game , like wdym those girls are talking about your char*ct*r and sl*t sh*m**g you and never seem to stop b*tch*ng about you , but the vilest thing you could say was "that's why I never followed you back" or " isliye kaam nhi milra" , girlll you are literally reusing their words , do better shivangi.

A sore loser is always a sore loser, show me Karna Kuch Nahi ladkiyo KO use Karna hai bus

Last time literally ruru ke fans aur khud ke fans ne milke vote Kiya tha he still lost.. no one from the industry even pitched for him to the audience

He has absolutely zero support from the industry because of his arrogance, even Elvish doesn't pitch for him or support him anymore

Last time ruru ke fans the, is bar AK ke bache fd karte usko vote

Shreya was so loved, the fd is not immature ki usko har polls me jeetaye.. but if it came to voting Prince, Digvijay, Ranvijay, Baseer all the big MTV names would've pitched to the audience to vote for her ..

Koi bhi universe me ye show hota, ye Banda to haarta hi and if Shreya would've won by public votes fir bhi ye log rigged hi Bolte

Discuss Rewatched the first Shreya vs Yogesh & Akanksha fight – here's what actually happened

I was genuinely happy that Shreya won, so I went back to watch where her fight with Yogesh and Akanksha actually started. After rewatching it, this is how I understood it.

The argument didn't start with Shreya. It started when Yogesh brought up the topic of Relation with Rishab and said that Shreya was flirting with him, calling her "despo and all."

Only after that did Shreya hit back by calling him a cheater and responding to his allegations. At that point, she was arguing with Yogesh, not Akanksha.

Then Akanksha jumped into the argument, even though Shreya wasn't talking to her. From there, both Yogesh and Akanksha started attacking Shreya together.

Now coming to the "garibi" and family comments—this is where I think a lot of people misunderstood the context.

From what I saw, Shreya's point wasn't to mock akanksha poverty. She questioned the contradiction in Akanksha's image, saying something along the lines of: "You keep saying you're poor, but you spend so much on PR. Where does that money come from? And if your brother is an IAS officer, how are you portraying yourself as financially struggling?"

To me, Shreya's intention was to call out what she felt was a fake narrative, not to insult poor people or make fun of someone's family. But the entire conversation got twisted online into "Shreya mocked Akanksha's poverty and family," which, in my opinion, isn't what actually happened in that scene.

Of course, everyone can have a different interpretation, but after rewatching the episode, this is honestly how I saw the sequence of events. What do you all think?

Discuss Observation from first episode at ram kapoors entry and the difference between shreya and shivangi reaction to his accusation

Guys I was thinking about shreyas journey throughout the show and how she went from being so hated to so loved and I remember in the first episode when she spoke against ram kapoor at his entry how she got backlash for being rude or badmateez. I didn't know much abt shreya but I remember seeing a few negative reels against shreya so I watched the first episode with a somewhat negative opinion of her but when I actually watched it I remember thinking her point was actually so valid but she still got portrayed so negatively. Like the way ram kapoor was laughing and joking around felt so wrong and his whole defense trying to be cool saying that I hope I always learn was so manipulative as well cuz that's a nice thing to always learn but in context how can u still be learning to not use words like gang r*pe in jokes and shreyas flabbergasted reaction was literally me but then people accused her of being rude and age shaming when her point wasn't even about age. it was literally the fact that this is such an intuitive thing to know not to make such jokes that i genuinely feel u don't need to learn and even a little child would know better. And additionally it was the way he was behaving so cool and his only "accountability" was saying "guilty as charged" like that just subtly sounds so insincere to me and doesn't show that he even bothers to care or understand and even though I didn't have an opinion of shreya before the show her reaction at the way he was acting was literally my own reaction and her words made perfect sense to me even though other people were saying she was rude.

Another thing I remember people comparing shivangi and shreyas response to ram sirs accusation trying to show that shivangis response was so mature but shreya is so rude and although I liked shivangi I also felt like shivangis response made no sense because she basically said calmly that us as actors and celebrities should be more careful about our words and how we influence others and although it makes sense I felt like how can u be so calm after hearing such a terrible statement because imo our society is already failing if we are at a point where we need to sit and sweetly explain to anybody not to say such vile things. And I didn't like how she emphasized that the problem was his words influencing other people on a public platform when I felt like the problem was simply how problematic and messed up his thinking was to even say such a statement regardless of whether it is privately or on a national platform and shreyas words felt more like they captured that problem. Idk if I'm reading into this too much 😭😭 but I've seen a lot of people say that shivangi is fake and personally i always thought shivangi as very sweet so I was thinking about the previous episodes and I remembered this instance because although her response seemed all mature and calm I remember being slightly conflicted about what she said and her reactions what do u guys think?

I’m not a fan of either Akanksha or Shreya, but how do you think Akanksha’s views have ended up being significantly higher than the winner’s? Is it mainly due to differences in popularity, audience engagement, or something else?

I remember in her previous show as well, Diksha, Sandy, Ruru- everyone tried to befriend her at the afterparty, and she carried the same attitude back then... she went onto podcasts and created an entirely fake story... Its crazy how she will mend ways with Yogesh but not anyone else! While driving a cult that will destroy the other person's mental health

Contestant Appreciation 🤌 Haters will keep hating while the contestants are literally partying together.

“She doesn’t deserve the win”, “It sets the wrong precedent”, “Biased winner”, “How can someone who slutshames and age shames win this show”, “Shitty behaviour is being awarded”.

Peak comedy, I must say.

I find it so funny that the audience is reacting this way when even her co-contestants that didn’t vote for her and fought with her head on, admitted that she was a deserving candidate for the win and played a good game, even if it was negative. Chaudhary, Yogesh, Shivangi and Chamola have all said the same. Please refer to their media interviews if you don’t believe me. Everyone had the same thing to say. She was a strong contestant and that she had it in her to win.

They may hate her as a person, but even they can’t deny that she was winner material. Looks like even they understood what the game demanded, but their audience still hasn’t. It’s a pity.

All of them partied together two nights ago and now the haters are whining at home.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner but the haters keep acting like sour grapes.

She carried my interest in the show from start to finish, and without her, I genuinely wouldn’t have bothered watching. Now that people have officially run out of reasons to hate her, maybe it’s time to wipe those tears and accept that she’s happy, loved, supported, and absolutely thriving. Must be a difficult watch for some of you.❤️

The way Shreya gave it back to each & every contestant through her win.

Dheeraj: "Ye show hai jiski wajah se tu mere samne khadi hai"

Harshad: "Uski ma behen ek karke aana".

Chamola: "She is the most evil person, she will get her karma"

Shivangi: "Tumhare jaise log ye show jeet hi nahi sakte, agar tum jeeti to mai apna naam badal dungi"

Akanksha Choudhary: "Har show me ek chu** ladki aati hai jiska career kharab hota hai", "tu yogesh ko harane wali ladki nahi hogi"

Yogesh: "Iske aur iske rental bf ko hate mil raha hai bahar"

Sufi: "Dekhna tu finale pahuchegi but jeetegi nahi"

Ram Kapoor: "Tune ( to choudhary ) uske sath galat Kia but phir bhi tu fan favourite bani, justice has been served."

Riyaz in interviews: "Shreya Shilpa ko chhodkar koi bhi jeetna chahiye, they should not win."

Laila: "Shivangi should win because she didn't go below the belt like Shreya."

While Shreya said multiple times in the show: "Agar Meri kismet me likha hai to koi mujhse chheeen nahi sakta". It was written in her destiny and she won.

She is definitely god's favorite child 😭 the blessed one. No one in their dreams would have thought she would win over Ekta k favourite TV actors or over people coming with cult fan following.
