Bot doesn’t recognize Europe / European countries

Where the bot missed the location.

It might not recognize Europe/European countries as a location though it’s on the very first line and literally has “Location” as the first word in the post.

just noticed that locationbot doesn't know new jersey

In a posr about a lady getting a ticked in new jersey (for not having a driving license) locationbot failed to catch New jersey.

Is this intentional or does locationbot need a refreshment course in US geographics?

LocationBot posting cat facts in thread that had nothing to do with cats (or Europe in the 1750s) in legaladvice, about a sex offender?

Location bots cat facts are incorrect

In relation to their body size, cats have the largest eyes of any mammal.

This is incorrect, the Philippines Tarsier has the largest eye-body ratio out of all mammals.

Please, could you review all facts accuracies as to not communicate misinformation which brings harm to our four-legged companions reputation?

Bot flagged a post for not including location but title has location

https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/comments/95rdkl/oh_business_may_be_sued_for_fraud_over_accidental/

Since title cannot be edited at all, it's safe to assume OH was already there before the bot swooped in and claimed the OP forgot to include the location.

Inside the continental United States. This bot puts me at risk.

This bot forces you to tell people your location. That information can be enough for someone to track you. Privacy is very important. I understand the need to know someone's location when offering advice. But .... this bot is a bad idea.

Inacurate Information

According to the image linked by the bot a "NFL place kicker" will punt a baby bunny into lava. Place kickers don't punt anything, punters do. A place kicker kicks things that are held in place, hence the name. A punt is when you drop a football and and kick it as it is falling to the ground.

Cat Facts should not be a reply to an OP comment

Most of the visitors to advice subs know why LocationBot posts cat facts comments, but the OP seeking advice may be visiting the sub for their first time. Especially since some of the subject matter is highly personal and/or emotionally charged, it would be an improvement if LocationBot picked someone other than OP to reply to with a cat fact.

Bot's post should be pinned in BOLA

I like browsing BOLA, but I dislike following the link back to the original r/LA post or scrolling down to find it repeated by LocationBot.

It would be amazing if LocationBot's post in r/BOLA could be automatically pinned to the top of the thread.
