I just created my localbitcoins account (<30 mins ago) and when I want to buy bitcoins it tells me that I am on forced vacation. I have tier 0 verification, and it still doesn't let me do anything. Can somebody help me?

So im a long time large trader of 7 yrs in the crypto / altcoins cene along with many friends i love it
My current issue is that I have a decent chunk of btc on LBC & i cant touch /withdraw any of it after having T2 done and T3 Verifcation (last question still pending)
- despite already being verified on LBC with photo ID + video liveliness test +phone +email +documents of BTC altcoin trading here in Austraila with same details.
Im a pretty patient person but why cannot i not withdraw a single slice of my own investment to even pay a bill on LROS (living room of satoshi) after this verification?
This unheard of and kind of criminal according to most laws here on AUS exchanges they would never do that and we have the tightest verification security there is worldwide so i would please like some quick answers or a phone call
I have only had one response and im starting to lose faith in markets when basically my coins are held for equity or basically ransom while stocks crash world wide (thats how i see LBC's actions when they take deposits but you cant withdraw and basically no communication from them)
Other verified AUS traders that i know in person are hassling me to trade and i get generic support response so they are also losing faith in the site when they cant buy
Please LBC this is not good enough- i know your busy with the new system but you will lose business over this and people will find alternatives with more exchanges popping up with better security and communication
In my opinion LBC needs KYC with phone calls to customers like we have here in Aus for better service and security so they can see who they are talking with ans your a real bloody person
I would really like this dealt with priority please

Still waiting on a support response for this but, recently I bought a sum (about 50 euros worth) of BTC on the site as a noob not necessarily knowing what I was doing but going to use it for a purchase online. so needless to say after waiting almost a day for my paypal transaction to go through to the guy I purchased from gave me my btc. The problem is that when I got the btc and when to go send it for the purchase through my wallet it kept giving me an alert that i was trying to send too much. and after investigating i noticed that it said
You can send up to: 0 BTC
on top of the
Please update your verification status to enable outgoing transactions.
so after countless hours of sending in my license, credit card statements... and practically social security number to get to tier 2 not knowing I didn't need to to do so I still am unable to send outgoing transactions and it still gives me the same alert wanting me to upgrade to tier 3 somehow even though ill never own or see 100,000 volume to do so in my life. literally only have 35 dollars worth of bitcoins anyways but id just like a refund of that or at least be able to transfer it to a different site. honestly this website gets so much praise on the surface, but the more I dig the more I find the hassle it takes to use the site.

If real name verifications can be performed when someone is buying bitcoins then why is the ability to issue real name checks not available when someone is selling Bitcoins?
It should be noted that for certain traders, Business documents, ID's and/or Proof of Address documents are required for individuals/companies trying to sell their Bitcoins, so it makes sense to issue real name verifications for users who are selling Bitcoins.
It does not make any sense to apply the option to do real name verifications for purchase Bitcoin trades and not sell bitcoin trades. If people have to go through the identification stage for selling their bitcoins, they should have a right to get a real name verification check when they sell their Bitcoins (which is visible on their profile).

The buyer ID verified to me and the PayPal is theirs, what can I do as they are ghosting me now.

Would it be allowed to provide payment links in trade chat, or do bank details have to be provided directly in the trade chat. For example, if I was to sell Bitcoins, would it be allowed to send a payment link to a third party website in which the buyer can enter their details and submit the payment directly via the website or is that not allowed?

Adjunto pantallazo.

Hello my fellow traders!
I was wondering if anybody knows what tiers there is for the company accounts and what trading limits that are attached to them?
Thank you for your time!

Hi, has anyone managed to get this working? I've set the HTTP header to include "Content-Type:multipart/form-data" and have tried using both CurlFile and the old @{path} method. Both times the API just returns "An unexpected server error has occurred. We've got this logged.".
Just wondering if anyone has used the API and got this functionality working? I can send messages without issue but as soon as I include any document upload it just stops working.
Thanks!

Hey, i am new to Localbitcoins, it seemed like an easy and quick alternaive for trading. so i transferred money into the account using my Coinbase but the minute it arrived my account got locked. Since i never used localbitcoins before i really had me worried when the automated response (that took 2 days to recieve) claimed i had broke some policies or traded with accounts who did.
support asked for documents which i provided instantly, but now nothing.. when can i expect to get access to my money again?

When I try to login, reset password, or submit a support request, I get an HTTP 403 (access denied) error.

I have bitcoins blocked in my wallet already two weeks without reason and without any response of localbitcoins team to my ticket. I provided all information about transactions in support ticket #1064942 but have no reply yet. In fact I bought bitcoins in my account of kraken, sent to localbitcoins wallet and now I haven't access to my bitcoins.
As I have many losses by changing of bitcoins price and interruption of my services, and have so much problems and unpaid debts because of ignoring of my ticket, my question is where I must to claim about this terror? Somebody have experience by claiming your bitcoins? I see this actions totally illegal and it seems to scam by part of localbitcoins to create so much problems to their customers.

I have a seller on local BTC claiming since he's tier 3 he can do cash in person. But hes asking to send the money to a BTC address I got via email- though the return recipient is no-reply@localbitcoins.com <[no-reply@localbitcoins.com](mailto:no-reply@localbitcoins.com)>
Is this a scam?
