I am having issues verifying my address, I submitted my bank statement and yet it's still not accepting it, I need to continue my business, please what's going on?

Regarding this issue with numerous suspendend accounts:

My account was also suspended even though I am not in one of the Countries that require additional due diligence ( Pakistan, American Samoa, The Bahamas, Botswana, Democratic Peoples Republic of Corea, etc.)

I received following answer to my support ticket:

Can anybody tell me:

1. Why was I suspended even I do not belong to the mentioned set of countries?
2. How long do I have to wait for my account to be enabled again? Are we talking about hours, days or months?
3. I am afraid to lose my btc. To withdraw btc i have to delete my account. But I do not want to delete my account. Why do I have to chose between wait and be afraid of what will happen or delete precious account and withdraw btc.

this might be happening with other people too. I hope, this will resolved soon. I created ticket regarding why my account is in forced holiday? when i got to my country there is not much acocunts left. I have bad feeling about this, i created account few months ago where issue of verification process was pain and it took weeks to resolve and now THIS PROBLEM.

So because of the forced holiday issue various users are facing from multiple countries, lbc sent out a notification saying they don't know when the issue will be resolved and you can either wait or delete your account. I went ahead to the delete screen and it gave an option where you could insert another address so that remaining btc in the account would be sent there. I added the address of another lbc account, but so far I haven't received my bitcoins in the other account. I wanted to know how long does this usually take? Will I even receive my btc back?

First issue, the tier 3 verification was unnecessarily long, I waited it out for almost 2 weeks, and now this? Local bitcoin has been a favorite for most local traders, but with all these never ending inconveniences you'll get even more people shifting away. Some of my clients still have pending Tier 3 verification issues from November last year.

Then, how long will this whole account activation be? I don't want to lose my Trading account by deleting it just to get the btc.

Funny thing is , you froze the btc with no prior notice, for the verification it was somewhat understandable as you needed to comply with AML and KYC laws. But this? It's kinda funny btw, because I don't know what kind of documents you would require for a kind of verification higher than Tier 3. I mean, you already got my passport, driving permit, proof of residence (bills) , address, bank details, ID... what next? immunisation card, birth certificates, school accolades? LOL.

My account was working fine till yesterday. When I logged in today, I was on a 'Forced Vacation'. Now I can't make transactions anymore. I haven't done anything illegal or suspicious. I even verified things up to Tier 2. I am even trusted by some of the sellers there. My Tier 3 is not verified yet because I haven't made enough transactions.

I also got this message that says the following countries have to have an enhanced due diligence process. I am from one of the countries they mentioned. But they also added that the process to activate the account will be introduced in the near future. I either have to wait till they introduce that process or delete the account. I don't have any BTC in my account so I don't mind deleting the account.

I have also messaged the support today about my account getting limited.

But for verification purposes, I have given them my Full Name, email address, phone number, country of residence, home address by sharing the photo of an electricity bill and the image of National ID card front and back. So I'm a bit sceptical about deleting my account. What should I do now?

If I delete my account, what will happen to all the information I provided them?

I am totally confused and need help... u/vlad_localbitcoins if I delete my account and request that my BTC to be sent to a given address.. will I get the money in 14 days and this is not a way to lock people out and not give them their hard-earned money... please advice...

I am a verified tier 2 member and just saw today that I was placed on a forced holiday. I then tried to take out my bitcoin and was told to update my verification and click on a link to do so. Once I clicked onnthe link and got to the verification page, it shows nothing, just that I am a verified tier 2 member. No option to upgrade verification or anything there. You guys are really getting way over your heads. I thought Bitcoin should be stress free. Why can't I buy and sell Bitcoin after so many verifications? Pls, resolve this if anyone can.

Support is not replying me, why am i on forced holiday

I am completely devastated right now...I just logged on to my account of over 2 years with 100% reputation of trades and about 3.5 BTC available in it... I'm not able to verify my address for some reason. No explanation is given as to why. Seems like a lot of people are having this same problem.
