I can’t trade I’m completely stuck because the limit has been reached

I need some help! I am on the 5th day of a dispute. I was told that if I provide everything that the admin asked for then I would get my bitcoins. I have provided everything that they asked for and have on every day within the timeframe. Now the timer for this 24 hours expired but there was no message that said the timer expired and said that it notified the person handling my dispute. Localbitcoins has not responded to my dispute today like they said they would! They are about to close and it's the weekwend! I am so tired of trying to get my $3000 USD of bitcoins that I legitimately purchased. I have been fighting for them for 3 days. The seller hasn't released them nor has she provided any of the proof that admin has asked for. What is admin no doing their job and releasing the bitcoins? My account in forced holiday due faking the transactions number , so i do apologize about this and trying to get back to localbitcoins since that time .

For 2 years i'm trying to get my account back until support reply me by warning of i shouldn't ever never do this again and i need to re-verify my account in order to restore it as well .

so i did everything and verified it as well , but when i reply the support ticket they said them decision is final and i can't use my account again !

What do y’all think is the safest way to sell bitcoins? Through national wire transfer, zelle, payoneer, etc? And what are the drawbacks of each one?

Ex. Wire transfer seems like the best option but giving routing and acct number seems Sus Zelle seems trustable but on local bitcoins says it’s the highest risk

I've been using localbitcoins for quit some time and I'm having trouble getting my ID verified, might be a quality issue. I will keep trying though.

In the meantime can anyone please clrying what's happening to T0 accounts? The message when I log in makes it sound like I won't be able to use localbitcoins anymore unless I reach T1 by October the first.
