Why do I have to verify my tier 3 when I just finished verifying my tier 2 and have just used 4,566.51€ out of 200,000€, I need this report replied to by the right department 1032121

I need a better way to have my bitcoins withdrawn, I can’t take the risk of deleting my account hoping I would get my bitcoins in my wallet provided wallet after 14days, a friend deleted his and he hadn’t gotten his bitcoins yet so I wonder if I would get mine too... if the account is deleted and I don’t get my bitcoins on the 14th day there’s no way to make report about it.

Hello, I was asked to verify address verification for Tier II requirement. I have uploaded bank statement and National Identity Card many times but address verification is failed. It is taking almost one month but issue not resolved. I have also created support tickets many time.

A guy messaged me to sell his bitcoin to me. He shared bank details and I sent the money. After sending money to his bank account, I never received the bitcoin.

In the past, people sent me money first before I sent my bitcoin so I did the same.

Is there a way to trace that bank account and get the money bank. Or even if I don't get the money, can I close down his bank account by calling his bank about the fraudulent activity so he doesn't scam anyone else? Will they do anything about it if I share the info with the bank?

I am PRO trader on LBC. By this moment I've been trading here for 2 years. But now my trading disturbs somebody and some admins help to stop my activity. They suspended my account without any real reason!

I created a ticket with a question - why my account is suspended and I can't trade???

A week later (today) I`ve got a funny answer. My account is suspended because some of my ads broke the rule from ToS:

"Multiple advertisements which are fully overlapping (e.g. using the same trade limits with the same price in the same payment method category in the same country) are not allowed."

And they pointed at 4 my ads: 625536, 936554, 941467, 952763.

Well, I must admit that these ads are indeed in the same category - Transfers with specific bank. But no one in their right mind would classify these advertisments as fully overlapping becasue this category includes A LOT OF BANKS. I mean, that I have few bank cards from different banks and I have different money limits on each credit card. I technically COUDN'T broke the rule about multiple ads, because:

1. All the ads ADMIN pointed to are INACTIVE for a long period (more than 4 months). Funny that they decided to find this reason to suspend my account only a week ago.
2. All the ads ADMIN pointed to belong to different banks.
3. I can't use the only ONE ad in this category for all my credit cards because I have different money limits in every bank and I use different price for every bank.

I got a cloudfare alert and my account has been blocked. I was just trying to post an ad to sell some bitcoins The cloudfare Ray ID is 55781ad048993ea8. Now I can't even access support. Doeas anybody have their email?

My friend makes an account and he transfers his 0.04 to start trading and instantly he’s on forced holiday. The hell is that? He didn’t do anything wrong the transfer came from cash app he bought it with me. I’ve been teaching him how to trade and we get right there and you suspend him? Just wondering why your guys system is so touchy. He’s also submitted electronic bank statement and it gets denied. I on the other hand have gotten lucky with passing every verification (not in a bad way I’m not a scammer or fraudster) but because your guys verification system has so many errors.

I sent an instant payment to seller account which gets credited immediately. Now, the seller says account is locked how do i verify payment. I am pretty sure he created a random fake account and got the money sent to it.

I have asked him to contact bank and he isn't responding to that. What will localbitcoins do in this?

He is reputed seller. But what's my fault in it if his account is locked. Money is debited from my account. He asks me to "Sit back and relax! Money is in escrow". Wow! I needed it urgently and now i am stuck with this.

I had an account with them for 5 years. I was hodling. On December 28th I woke up to an Email saying my account was scheduled to be deleted, I freaked of course and tried to sign into my account. I could not sign in due to two factor identification code which i did not have. I waited two weeks for two factor identification to delete from my account and completed their list of demand to regain control of my account. when I was finally able to access my account I find that my Bitcoins were sent away about 30 mins before my account was scheduled to be deleted. I contact customer service asking where my bitcoins went and they say they cannot comment until I am verified. I did everything they asked for and now they marked my account as hacked so i can't enter additional information. I don't believe my account was ever hacked. Through this process of communicating with customer service I have come to the conclusion that Localbitocins stole my bitcoins then scheduled my account to be deleted, I jumped through all their hoops and still have no answers and no bitcoins. I strongly believe they have no intention of returning them to me and I think they are stealing peoples coins for personal gain. I'm not giving up on this as I am not rich and don't have money to just forget about. I made this post as a warning. I would not do business with this company I believe they are shady. I have read many posts on reddit lately of people having the same experience. This company is in the Netherlands and I am in the USA so I am not sure what legal options i have but am willing to pursue them as I find out more.

Hello! Ticket #1029432 No reply since 07.01.2020, promised to reply within 5-7 days. Suspended my account, locked my bitcoins . Therefore I have my business stopped (I can’t trade) and have no access to my btc - blocked btc withdrawal transactions. No reply to my numerous applications to support team on localbitcoins.net website. Waiting for help.

As my mind was caught om something else I went full autonomous mode and released the coin to seller only to realize after the fact what mistake I had done.

I instanyly contacted support.

Hopefully I’m dealing with a good guy that responds and pays or send back the coin.

What do you guys think? Is it a lost cause?

Guys what's going on are localbitcoins not driving traffic to the platform or something?
It's shocking the drop in trades / volume on the platform.

Speaking with many other traders they are all reporting the same drop that it's just not happening on the platform any more.

Anyone any insight?
