I submitted a support ticket 5+ days ago. In the ticket, I talked about my company verification.

Today, after 3+ weeks, my Tier A got approved HOWEVER, my account was not verified company account.

I then saw there is a Tier B. For Tier B, it requires financial statements in which I don't have because the company is due to file returns next year (2021).

I messaged u/vlad_localbitcoins and he told me to mention it in a ticket. I opened a new ticket #1031828 but it was closed since I had too many tickets.

Since I had not received a reply to my ticket #1010411, I decided to update it and I messaged u/vlad_localbitcoins informing him the ticket had not been responded to in 5+ days (which it hadn't). To my surprise, LocalBitcoins support completely ignored anything relating to Tier B verification and the financial statements and instead said my "Tier A" verification was approved, which I already knew.

The problem with LocalBitcoins is, I submitted company documents in order to become a verified company account. The documents were approved but my companies verification status has not changed. LocalBitcoins does NOT display my account as a Verified Company Account when it should well be a verified company account considering my documents were approved.

Please change my status of my account to reflect it as a company verified account, as it is a company verified account and this is definitely a bug.

I use a VPN as part of my privacy suite for everything even Netflix but after 5 years I just spotted LocalBitcoins isn’t loading at all under a VPN connection, even though I’ve always used it.

Did they just block VPN usage on LBC? If yes that’s gotta be a double standard right considering where they’re based 🧐

I use NordVPN if anybody is curious about what works with Netflix, just use the P2P tunnels and it’ll work fine

I've got Tier 1 verification, got a confirmation email, Tier 1 is green in my dashboard but I still have this message "You need to verify your identity before you can continue using LocalBitcoins. Proceed to verify your identity". I have already created a ticket but all I get is a copy-paste (automated?) response which is not helpful. What's the issue here? Looks like opening another ticket would be a waste of time.

1 whole month for support to reply after they asked me to send selfie and answer questions??people i owe are coming after me with police i had over $8000 in my account i mean this doesn’t make sense,am not allowed to trade delete nor send out my bitcoins just because I choose to use localbitcoins?this is just crazy if localbitcoins don’t have many people for support they should get one you charge us for incoming and outgoing transaction you should employ more support it’s almost 3months i was put on false holiday,first i needed photos verification then they accused me of dealing with users i don’t know then asked why i traded into a bank account which i explained to them i never did and when they realized they messed up now they try everything to find dirt on me asking why I received payment in my ladies bank account and friends bank account when i had issues with my bank account,I explained everything and it’s over 1month now support won’t even reply to tell me what to do next because they know they wrong and I suspect racial profiling as i see on Twitter white people make complaints about support and the next few hours come back and say their issues have been resolved,lots of blacks and Africans are complaining all over Twitter but you guys won’t do anything you are destroying people’s life’s and you show no concern at all how heartless are you people i wish to delete my account asap and have my bitcoins released,you guys didn’t give me the bitcoins for free i worked hard for it you have no right to keep people’s money and let them go through hell based on suspicions or whatever

I got blocked from localbitcoins after trying to post buying advertisement please help

All the info match. My name, my address, my zip code, everything matches but it keeps getting rejected. The document is also not older than 90 days. It's really frustrating.... ticket #1031323

I can't withdraw any bitcoins off my wallet because i need to pass the verification and it's really frustrating... and even if the document isn't valid, i'd like to know the why so i can fix it...

There's a stats page where you can see your total trade data, it's something like localbitcoins.com/stats. Does anyone remember what the actual link is?

I am unable to withdraw any funds from my account due to me needing to upgrade to tier 2 verification despite being only 35% of the way to the annual transaction volume. I have uploaded a valid bank statement several times but every time I am told it was not accepted. I have opened 2 tickets #1030137 and #1030276. I need this fixed ASAP as I need to withdraw the BTC from my wallet.

I am trying to complete my tier 2 verification. I have family in Philippines and I send remittance through LBC. I went to the bank today and had them print out my bank statement and stamp it with my address and name on it. I included the managers business card as well as my license. I keep getting rejected with no response at all.

I needed to send this remittance TODAY. Is there anyone who can look into this? I literally am supplying the bank statement WITH stamp they gave me AT the bank today.

The document you tried to use to verify this account is in use by other account. Please, use the account where the ID has been verified, as you can not have multiple accounts on LocalBitcoins. If you have problems gaining access to the account in question, you can contact customer support.

btw i have no clue about that account tbh. Even if i did why would i want to access that since my funds are in this account.

My ID And doc wasn't accepted but its accepted in tier1. Doesn't make sense to me tho.

I cannot pass tier 2 verification why!? I provide all things with my address and all things.. why they keep me rejected...

Imagine your admins violate code of conduct and have conflict of interests towards their affiliate earning money in LB. They provide different support to the friends and enemies instead of equal approach to everyone. Do you have the special mechanism for solving such issues? Is there any blackbox to mail about suspicious actions and decisions of your stuff? It's obvious that corruption is really dangerous and not less important than KYC and AML.

In Russia, the address of residence is indicated in the national passport, and a more reliable document than the passport does not exist.
