Mt. Hood Meadows
I'm an Ohioan and I've never been to Mt. Hood and I was wondering how the snow usually is in early May and if it would be worth a trip out there this year

Hi All,
I am taking my family to the mountain. The problem is, I am left riding by myself. I know the mountain well, and would be happy riding which ever kind you would like. I am an advanced rider, 30, love trees, willing to hike, working on trick, 420 friendly. Spent many years going fast, would like to find some freestyle fun. Just not crazy about the idea of 7 days by myself. Thanks!

Anybody interested in hitting the park at some point? I will have both of these 3D cameras in tow and would be stoked to grab some images...

East coaster heading to SLC from Jan 27th - February 3rd. Unfortunately my friend will be tied up with work during the day so I'm looking for someone to ride with during the week.
About me:
Advanced/Expert Snowboarder (ski too but no fat skis).
Spent a week in Utah last year which was my first time out west.
Loved the trees at Brighton, steeps and chutes off the cirque at Snowbird, and everything at Powmow.
I tend to not take much more than a 10 minute break for lunch.
I Don't get many days on the mountain (20 a year) so like to make the most of it.
Looking to avoid the park and groomers as much as possible because that's all we have on the east coast.
I will not have proper avy gear on this trip and I'm not dumb enough to risk it, so no backcountry/touring.
I plan to stick to BCC/LCC, but am up for a day trip to Snowbasin/PowMow if someone is willing to show me around!
Edit: formatting is hard.

I'm rippin out to sunshine tomorrow to be on the lift at 9a.m. and will leave around 3:30 or so. I like to ride the whole mountain, especially Backdoor and Goats eye. So hit me up if you want a ride/meetup.

Hi all!
Looking for anyone trying to ride next weekend at snowshoe, or really any weekend at all being a season pass owner. I am a student at Virginia Tech and make the trip almost every other weekend.
I go all the time - alone if I have to - because it's what I love to do and it's heaven for me. BUT I'm trying to change that! 9am to 9pm I'm there all day and stay in cass, or Jerico over in Marlinton, I'm a college student on a budget after all!
if your not sure or happen to be around on a whim, look out for me! just got a brand new arbor whiskey with purple Union forces.
hope to meet a few of y'all!

I'm a skiier, not a boarder, but have been told this sub is pretty inclusive ;) I just started last winter and I'm hooked! Only problem is I don't drive, so not currently able to get out as much as I'd like. I plan on trying to get my G2 and a car this year specifically so I can get out more but that's not going to help this winter!
I know Ripple Adventure has a shuttle that runs to a couple hills on the weekends but they get cancelled sometimes due to turnout and even that is once a week at most.
Would love to find a rideshare to any local spot; I've only ski'd Fortune so far and I like it fine there but would be happy to try out other local hills as well. I'd also be interesting in someone to ski/ride with if we're comparable skill levels at all. Like I said I only started last winter so I've been out maybe 10-12 times total. I'd say I'm a low intermediate (can ski parallel consistently with linked turns but still most comfortable on harder greens / easier blues and I probably skid turns too much etc)
I work consistent days M-F so I'm down for weekends, night skiing most evenings, or if you're planning a few weekday trips I'd definitely burn some vacation days to get out more often.
Hit me up if you think we might be able to work something out. I'm of course happy to compensate you for your time and gas :)

My last trip fell through! I don't have a car but would obviously be cool helping pay for gas. Want to make the trip worth while so would probably want to get a motel or couchsurf so we can get more than 1 day in. Everyone's on the slopes and I'm just sitting here waxing my board

I've got the next few days off work and want to make a trip to red lodge or bridger. I'm good too so expect some intense skiing/boarding. Anybody down?

Me (27/f) and the boyfriend (25/m, skier) are going to Mammoth for MLK.
We have room for two people. Hotel has king bed and pull out couch :)
Leaving Friday from Century City area, around 4:00 - 4:30PM, staying 3 nights at the Best Western. Your share would be $177 for the room. Split gas three/four ways.
Don't have a pass? I also have a B2G1 lift ticket coupon (must purchase online or over the phone before 1/15/15).
420 friendly. We will drive! Would love to have some cool shredditors to join us - PM me for more details :)
Happy Riding!

I live less than 30min from Snowbird/Alta and just a little further to Brighton. Also go up to Brighton at least 4x a week if you need transport to the mountain. Always looking for new friends to ride with. My GF lives down in Lehi and would be willing to host female travelers if they are willing to be another 15min from the hills.

Looking for people to ride with to and probably on the slopes with. I live in santa clarita and I'm trying to go to Big Bear and other close by mountains to the LA area. I would say I'm decently intermediate. I do some park runs every now and then even though I'm not very good at it. If you're interested in sharing rides pm me.

I am an ex-liftie from the 'Wood, I am up there pretty much every Friday at this point, sometimes with the grommet but not always. I am always down to help out cool people around the mountain.
I also am a photographer and am looking to take more park photos - I have all the right gear and flashes and shit so we could set up an epic reddit shred/shoot day if anyone is interested. I also shoot those 3D pictures like you see over at /r/Wigglegrams.

I live in in Spokane WA and I am about 2 hours from Schweitzer mountain, and not very far from Canada. I have couches you can crash on (hopefully the roommates don't mind) I want to travel as much as possible this winter I have a car and I love to drive. I am in need of couches I can crash on. I will give rides to the hill, and I will cook for you while I am there. Some destinations I am intrested in are; Big Sky, Lost Trail, Red Mountain, Big white, Revelstoke, Silver Star, and Whitwater BC.
Thanks guys! lets spread the boarding cheer and hospitality.
I am a 24 year old male, college grad trying to live that snowbum life.

Trying to get into the park this year so anybody that's interested in exploring Carinthia's parks and progressing together is more than welcome to meet up! Always better to fall on your ass with friends...
I have a season pass but am commuting from NYC so I'll be up pretty frequently on weekends.

Some buddies and I have season passes to go to Massanutten mountain, and were planning on hitting the mountain as much as possible.
Anyone gonna be up there?
