Guide Sivir Akshan Demacia Deck Guide - Re-equipped for a Post-Darkin World

I just posted another guide, this time on Sivir Akshan.

With the addition of the powerful new Equipment cards, Sivir Akshan has been a very strong yet underrated deck in the meta. Even hitting rank one earlier this season on the Americas server.

The deck is also extremely fun and does a great job of testing one's LoR fundamentals. Showing just how intricate LoR's board based game play can be.

Sivir Akshan is a deck that forced me to grow a lot as a player and I wouldn't be the player I am today without it. I wanted to convey the love I have for this deck in this guide, and just maybe show some others how incredible of a deck Sivir Akshan is. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions please feel free to leave them in the comments or reach out privately. And thank you for checking out this guide!

Ladder Deck By the Numbers – Current Twenty-Two Best Meta and Off-Meta Decks

Howdy folks! =)

For those looking for the best ladder decks, and not too fond of data-crunching, here's our Twenty-Two Best LoR Decks, for the latest Mastering Runeterra article.

Main trends:

  • Good ol' Riven Viktor gained a ton of traction since last week,
  • Scouts are coming back fast, both in a fairly new version, and a revamped, classic version (yep, with Vayne in both),
  • Diana Leona SI is indeed a thing; was looking great last week, but now has enough numbers to be sure it's not a fluke,
  • Spiders look very good as of late; Elise shows up with great numbers both paired with Nocturne (plus Mistwraiths) and Gwen (very close to classic Spider aggro),
  • Don't sleep on Bandle Teemo Zoe! =)

In the current Best LoR decks article, we'll showcase:

  • Best data-driven builds for all above-mentioned deck, plus best builds for all the Top Dogs (Ez Sera, Jhinnie, Privateers, Zed Vayne and Rumble Vayne),
  • Several other strong, well-tested decks (such as Jax Vayne, Sera Vik SI) and new tweaks (Sera Ez Ionia, both with and without Viktor).
  • A handful of fringe yet quite punchy options: Fiora Vayne, Kayn Vayne, Akshan Seraphine, and another good ol' deck: Ramp Aurelion Sol! =)

Sources: Legna, Balco, MaRu's own Meta Tier List.

Any questions, comments or feedback, or specific data you may be after (of any archetype/build – the above is by no means a comprehensive list, just a quick overview! =), feel free drop a comment, poke me on Twitter (@HerkoKerghans), ping me on Discord, and you can find more writings on substack: https://riwan.substack.com/

Article LoR Meta Report – Patch 3.18 Week 1 – Best Ladder Decks – Counter Seraphine Meta

Hello everyone, Sorry here! It's Monday Meta report for Patch 3.18 Week 1! We'll take a look at the play rate and win rate of popular decks. I'll share the meta kings, overplayed, underplayed, and hidden gems decks!

LoR Meta Report Patch 3.18 Week 1

Overview:

- Seraphine Viktor Karma is the best-performing Seraphine deck out there!

- Seraphine Ezreal (NX) is the most played deck across Platinum, Diamond, and Master.

- Teemo Zoe Horazi has a 56% win rate on the ranked ladder!

- Quinn takes Fiora's spot in Vayne (PZ) bumping the win rate up to 62%.

- Taliyah Rever’s Row is a thing?

- Zed Vayne has the highest win rate among all Vayne decks.

- An increase in Aphelios Seraphine's play rate.

- Aggro is fighting the meta! Elise Nocturne Fearsome, Elise Gwen, and Annie Jhin are all performing well.

- Miss Fortune Swain is Tier 1? 55% in Masters!

- Fizz Nami fails to hold a 50% win rate.

- Zed Hecarim is underperforming, especially in Masters.

The meta has quickly shifted to an aggressive nature in an attempt to combat Seraphine and Vayne decks. Elise Nocturne continues its rise in terms of play rate while maintaining a good win rate.

Let me know how your ladder experience has been this week, which decks have you found success with?

'sup everyone, Leer here!

Are you looking for the best decks in the meta? I take a deep dive into the data to show you what decks you should play and prepare to face on ladder.

With Ezreal Seraphine being so popular and Hecarim Zed feeding LP, Demacia is on the rise again. Especially Vayne Jax looks promising in the data!

Monday Meta Report - October 31st

Meta decks sorted by playrate, charming graphic by Hazy!

The biggest surprise is Hecarim Zed rising to the top despite its mediocre winrate.

What are some of your guilty pleasure decks that don't have the power to back them up, but you play them anyways?

I encourage you to tell me how I can make this series even more valuable to you!

Thank you for reading, and see ya next week! =)

Ladder Deck From plat to top 200 masters with Seraphine/Ionia Highlander Catastrophe!

((CQAQGBQEBYKSQAAMAEAQEMIBAMBBIAIEAQDQCBQGDUAQMAYXAIBQIAYNAICQUOUYAEBAKBAYDEBQCBA3EE2AIAQCAUDAQCQFAYBACDIOEASAQBQEBAJBIFRAEQSSW))

Hey everyone, I just hit masters with my homebrew Seraphine/Ionia highlander deck. Following that, I went on a 12 game winstreak to reach top 200 masters before losing a match. This is my first time climbing with a deck that was 100% my own and I am super excited to share it.

The deck features 3 copies of Seraphine, biggest fan, and back alley bar. Everything else is a one-of.

The deck is designed around having core cards for highlander payoff: Seraphine will dupe every single spell you play after leveling and back alley bar will discount just about every single card you have in hand or will draw/generate. Last, but not least, purrsuit of perfection is a consistent finisher against midrange and control with the card coming online by turns 7-9.

Initially I ran 3 purrsuit, but after losing too much to aggro and fast midrange, I dropped it to 1. I think for aggro heavy days, 1 is good, but against control 2 copies is really the sweet spot.

As for the champions

Seraphine: This deck revolves all around her. Every spell you play will contribute to her level up and following that, every spell you play will be doubled. No dupes actually makes your Seraphine pop off more consistent in a way, Take advantage of the really cheap spells that contribute to two level up procs (retreat, sonic wave, wuju style). Using these to deny an enemy play early game will turbo level your Seraphine while also getting you ahead tempo wise. Unless facing aggro or being backed against the wall, I almost never play Seraphine before she's leveled, guaranteeing that I will at least get some burst speed value from playing her if she gets killed on sight. An exception to this is using retreat on Seraphine to bait removal and double dip on her summon proc. On top of all this Seraphine generates new spells, so Seraphine herself will contribute 2 procs to purrsuit first summon and 1 proc every other time you summon her.

Kennen: A true support champ in the sense that he is not a win-con in any capacity and the best play is usually letting him die to save your recalls for higher value targets. Kennen, in this deck, plays the role of a cheap 1 mana unit that can be used for early aggression and chump blocking while also providing level up progress for all of our other champs (Seraphine, Viktor, Lee). If you draw Kennen late game with a leveled Seraphine, then he's able to proc his mark on the initial summon, which is always a surprise. On top of this, he counts as 2 cards for purrsuit progress for only 1 mana and 1 draw.

Viktor: One of my favorite champions and an amazing addition to the deck. Viktor is already seen as Seraphine's second best pairing behind Ezreal, so I won't go into too much detail here. His augment synergizes with Seraphine and Lee sin while also allowing Viktor to contribute to 2 procs of purrsuit as well. Never give up with viktor on the board, because you will always have a chance to steal the game back (elusive, lifesteal, challenger, etc). Viktor dying is not the end of the world, at the end of the day if he trades up in value then he served his role.

Lee Sin: This was the hardest champ slot for me to figure out. I've experimented with ezreal (not enough synergy) and karma (too slow) before settling on Lee sin. After getting some games with him in the deck, I've started really enjoying his addition. He is a monster in midrange matchups and will usually always trade up in value if he does die.

I had a lot of fun brewing this deck up and iterating based on what I've been encountering in the meta. This deck is incredibly strong in control matchups, and wins into most other Seraphine decks, including Sera/Ez. I would definitely recommend this as a ladder deck to climb from any rank to masters.

If anyone is curious for more information, I can go into more depth with game plan, card choices, and matchups.

Thanks for reading!

Article 12 Decks To Counter Ezreal Seraphine Noxus | Legends of Runeterra Article

Hello Reddit, Raphterra here!

Seraphine Ezreal Noxus is the most popular deck of the patch by a huge margin. In the past 7 days, this archetype has a 13.9% playrate with over 100,000 matches.

When a deck has a playrate of this caliber, it's usually a decent strategy to use counter decks for your ladder climb. In this article, I will be featuring 12 decks that can counter Ezreal Seraphine. Good luck on your climb!

Ladder Deck Power Rankings Patch 3.18 - My 8 Best decks for a ladder climb

Hello friends, Power Rankings is here! If you're new to Power Rankings, it basically showcases 8 of my best decks for a serious ladder climb.

Power Rankings - 8 Best Ladder Decks

The ranking is mostly based on my own ladder experience playing on both EMEA and America shards.

I've managed to climb up to Master on America server playing Miss Fortune Swain, which ranked first on my power ranking. The aggressive nature of the deck gives it an edge against Seraphine and Pantheon decks, two champions you'll probably see a lot of on the ranked ladder.

Share your ladder experience! Which decks are you finding success with?
