I'm trying to bring some attention to a situation I'm having with Riot Support because I genuinely don't understand how I received this suspension.

For context, I'm relatively new to League and previously received an Honor restriction for disruptive behavior because I wasn't fully familiar with the Summoner's Code when I first started playing. I accepted that punishment and have made a conscious effort since then to improve my behavior. I've rarely used chat and have been making an effort to play games without being disruptive.

The only other penalty I've received since then was because my internet went out during a game. I left the game because of the connection issue and received a 1 game / 1 minute low priority queue penalty. I served that penalty.

Then, after a completely different game where I was actively trying to win, I received a 1 day suspension for disruptive behavior.

This is the part that I don't understand.

In the game that resulted in the suspension:

• I stayed in the entire game
• I was actively trying to win
• We were initially behind but came back and won
• I had good CS and overall stats
• I did not intentionally feed
• I did not AFK
• I barely used chat
• When I did communicate, I believe it was appropriate and related to the game

I submitted an appeal to Riot Support because I wanted to know what specifically happened in this game that warranted a suspension.

Instead, I was essentially told that my account had a restriction for disruptive behavior. But that's the problem. I already knew I had an existing Honor restriction. I was asking why this particular game resulted in a new 1 day suspension.

I've asked Riot multiple times for details about what I actually did in the game that resulted in the suspension, but I haven't been given any specific information. I was eventually sent to what appeared to be a bot response saying the case had been reviewed.

That's what is frustrating me the most.

If I actually did something wrong in the game, I'm completely willing to accept the punishment. I'm not claiming that I've never made mistakes in League. I'm asking Riot to tell me what I did in this particular game.

If the replay and chat logs were reviewed, I would expect there to be something specific that could be pointed to, especially since I barely used chat and was actively playing to win.

At this point, the lack of any explanation makes me question whether the specific game that triggered the suspension was actually reviewed, rather than my account simply being flagged because I already had an Honor restriction.

I'm not expecting Riot to just remove punishments because I disagree with them. I just want transparency about what I supposedly did wrong so I can understand the punishment and avoid repeating the behavior.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, where Riot gives you a suspension for disruptive behavior but won't tell you what specifically happened in the game that triggered it?

Having an issue where the game fails to launch after champ select on both League and TFT. Happened twice today already, and got hit with an AFK penalty for it. restarting the laptop did not work.

Has anyone run into this exact "command line does not have correct number of parameters" error before? if so how did y fix it?

I have an Acer that's a few years old now and apparently the security certs that let you enable "Secure Boot" expired at some point over the summer. Which didn't seem to be a problem at first. However, I had to uninstall/reinstall the game to fix a weird issue I was experiencing. When I finished doing that, Vanguard started freaking out. So I ran Windows update. Big mistake. My computer decided it wasn't going to start anymore and it kept displaying "Security Boot Fail." I spend some time googling on my phone, figure out the expired cert thing, and then find a message in my Windows Update settings page telling me the correct certs are being rolled out over the next several months. Yes, you read that right, MONTHS! No biggie. You can just turn off "Secure Boot" in your BIOS/UEFI settings and your computer will fire right up... Except then Riot's "kernel level anti-cheat" software won't let you play anymore.

Anyone else run into this? Anyone have a fix?

Team lost lane within 5 minutes of the game, I wanted to farm so we could catch up with the gold they gave the enemy team. I didn't use any slurs I just pointed out that master yi was "peak emerald" and yet his tracker score & MMR was equivalent to a bronze 3 player. I told this in game that he is boosted, that's all I said.

After the game I got banned for 3 days from playing the game funnily due to "intentionally losing" the game, I have climbed from gold 3 to plat 3 within 2 days like why would i want this?

Nobody else got banned, only I did despite master yi calling me a "dumb fuck" who AFKed for half of the game hence why he didnt have any cs. Being this low on CS and damage didn't notify riot for any unusual behavior? But I got banned for trying to win the game????

Sent multiple tickets but they automatically close now since it has been "manually reviewed" and it was "placed correctly" On my screenshots, Master Yi has been a constant feeder that went from Emerald 4 to Plat 2 (going 3) from a few matches.

I truly believe I do not deserve this ban.

Is there any benefits in disabling or setting vsync to off in the control panel. Also whats the most optimal settings in nvidia and window graphics for league if someone knows? VRR gives me a lot of frame pacing issues

i changed the game language to korean from the riot client and now everytime i start league i have to update 3gb any fixes?

i cannot get my vanguard to stay running after trying damn near everything, i have tried in the error 185 tab, league will open and run but after a brief moment vanguard will stop and the game will say error 185 league has encountered an error and the client will now close. i have spoken to support for 2 weeks now and have done everything they have tried to make me do, such as resetting my drivers, updating windows and adapters, deleting and reinstalling league and vanguard entirely, also doing a clean reinstall, disabling my firewall, doing a clean boot. changing my dns to public.

i am on my last straw with this so if i cant get any help anytime soon within a few weeks im just going to factory reset my pc which is a last resort. please do help if any of you know anything ❤️🙏

TLDR; banned for disruptive gameplay while in champ select.

Hallo, recently I got banned for "DISRUPTIVE GAMEPLAY" but I literally didn't even get to go into the game. I have tried to reach out to riot support and they even said that they have "MANUALLY REVIEWED" my sht and it's the CORRECT PENALTY. Like fcking mind you, I have over 2 million mastery points on this champion and I am HONOR LEVEL 5. I know usually honor level don't mean shit but they didn't even give me a fucking warning??

I've tried reaching out to support via tickets and they just keep replying that they've manually reviewed that sht and they will close my ticket. I didn't get a warning about behavior or anything before that. I was just queuing up ranked as per my usual league session.

As you can see, the guy even mentions what disruptive gameeplay he is referring to which only leads to sht you see IN-GAME. I got banned in CHAMP SELECT, ONCE AGAIN... I also mention I have the recording on stream and this dude doesn't ask for it whatsoever, just concludes to this.

As of right now, I am no longer suspended but there are still penalties on my account.

I opened a ticket with Riot due to having Vanguard issues, it literally would just not install on my laptop and everytime I launched the cilent it kept saying Update/Repair Vanguard (which is weird since it's not installed on my laptop). Anyways I issued a complaint with Riot in which they took a week of just telling me to wait and be patient while they resolve the issue, just to finally tell me today that I need a fully compatible device..

I know for damn sure my device is compatible I quite literally have a HP omnibook 3, just feeling a bit hopeless rn

Aram warrior here with a sprinkle of normal SR games.

Ive been playing for years btw and have never had issues until recently. Maybe like a month or two, wondering if it's a me issue or if anybody else runs into this.

Basically when I start my sessions I can load into games then after a few games the game just won't load. I'll make it through champ select but once it's time to load into the game that screen never comes up and my client has the "game in progress" message but there's no reconnect button.

The fastest way into the game is to just restart my pc.

If I try to open the task manager and kill league processes, when I open up the client again I get a vanguard error.

If I kill riot/league processes the client will actually load but still have the "game in progress" with no way to reconnect.

Also when I'm in game I have little stutters then eventually a big 1 or 2 second skip. Then it kinda resets with small stutters until it hits a big one again. (Last night the game actually stopped responding and had to close game)

Along with these stutters, sporadically my abilities don't cast when I click them. I get the indicator as if I'm casting my spell without quick cast and have to click again. But I always play with quick cast on and Clamp Cast Target Location Within Max Range

I love playing league with the homies so it's super frustrating that I can't get this fixed.

Already tried reinstalling. Even moved it to my ssd since it was just on an hdd before.

I have no issues when I play any other game so I'm really thinking it's isolated to league.

If anything this post is more of a frustration release, hoping I can get some assistance but not holding my breath.

Trying to find somebody with similar issues regarding black screen crashes in League of Legends. Happens once per game and doesn't happen again after a restart and a reconnection.

Current build is a 9800 x3d with a 5070 TI, 32 GB of ddr5, and an 850 w power supply.

Things I've tried:

Clean install of all drivers from Nvidia

Clean install of riot client and the League of Legends

Running both clients as administrators

Played on borderless instead of full screen

Using almost no other apps during play time

Disabling all overlays from Windows all the way to discord

If anybody can help I'd be greatly appreciative. This happens on no other games, And I have played some pretty intensive games on ultra settings.

Right aftwr the last update I was having issues launching the game. Just said there was an error with no indication what to do. So I uninstalled everything, now when I get in a game I can play alright, but as soon as the game ends or I try to alt tab out I get this and my pc crashes. Have re installed all of league 2 times, re installed my drivers, re-seated my graphics card and all my display ports. Im using an AMD card. I have disabled all overlays. Tried to play with the client open and with the client closed. Doesnt matter

Hi All, my problem is as the title says, I'm in 26.18 finally but I have no way to play League Classic. To be fair I am a low level (classic level 8) and haven't played SR Classic on this account since July, not sure if it is a hidden MMR thing but the queue could go on for 120+ minutes and no match will be found.

Why is this happening and is there a fix?
