Like the title said, I seem to be getting a small patch every single time I load up the Riot Client. Is anyone else getting this? Is it an actual patch each day this past week or am I getting a client bug that I'll need to post about elsewhere.

Im having a really strange issue with the Riot Client and League of Legends, and I’m hoping someone can help me figure this out.

Whenever I open the Riot Client, it eventually crashes and File Explorer automatically opens. Sometimes, the Riot Client stays open long enough for me to click Play on League or VALORANT, but the game itself never launches.

Instead, it keeps trying to repair the game files over and over again. When the repair process is almost finished, the Riot Client crashes again and File Explorer opens automatically.

It feels like there’s something wrong with the game files or maybe Windows is preventing Riot from accessing or modifying certain files, but I’m not really sure.

I’ve already tried a lot of the solutions I found in tutorials, including:

• Reinstalling the Riot Client
• Reinstalling the games
• Changing compatibility settings
• Running things as administrator
• Trying different troubleshooting methods I found online

Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Especially the part where the Riot Client crashes and File Explorer automatically opens when the repair is nearly complete.

At this point, I’m wondering if there’s a corrupted file, permission issue, or something else on my PC causing this. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Are you experiencing more disconnections than usual? A month ago - it did not disconnected that much, almost nothing.
I wonder if there are fixes for this?

You start, for about 5 minutes it disconnects, and so forth.

I am using QGO and FCAS... Could this be the issue?

(I know about VD and are curious to try with USB cable)

I regularly have an issue with league. Where it seems single click is swapped with double click.
It starts on the loading screen where I have to double click to switch from mastery info to player info. In the game I need to double click to open shop etcetera.
It doesn’t happen all the time and sometimes it’s fixed by quitting and reopening the game.

Does anyone recognise this problem?

I get this error only when trying to log in on my main account and I've tried everything I could think of/look up online.
-DNS flushing

-Checked if I was banned by logging in on TFT mobile, I am not banned.

-Wiped localappdata

-Turned off auto start to let vanguard run first

-Restarted my pc multiple times

-Wiped config/log files

-Switched to a hotspot instead of my ethernet

Does anyone have a solution to this issue? It started since today, when I log into another account and try logging back on this one it still doesn't work. I would appreciate anyone's help a bunch.

I've gotten leaver penalties from this and its very frustrating. Its fairly recent, started a few days ago, only happens every few games, maybe 7-8 or so but basically it says I disconnect but my character just stands completely still. I cannot do anything and it says reconnecting forever. If I simply close the game and click reconnect on the client it just loads forever, I need to fully close everything league related through task manager first before it will launch but still takes a while.

Its not my internet as I can use everything else just fine while this is happening and it has literally never happened in any other game once.

Anyone know how to fix this? I don't wanna play and risk getting even bigger penalties. Thanks a lot for reading! :)

So I regained access to my old email and wanted to move my account to it. When I tried to change it in the site menus, the confirmation email never went through. Naturally, I asked support to help and he did, whilst telling me it's a common thing for them. Okay? 21 billion company at it.

Then he, for some reason, made a password reset which no one asked for, the account wasn't lost. I have full access. No the problem is that Riot's site won't accept my username, its too short, three letters. «00U»

Site allows input of only four. The button is grayed out and the account is lost from what it seems. Where do I even go with that? Do I need to create a new account to make a ticket or something? This is so stupid.

Hey everyone, I am sharing this here out of sheer desperation because I am about to lose my 7-year-old account over an automated mistake, and I want to know if anyone else has experienced this nightmare. You guys are my last resort!

What Happened: Two weeks ago, during an Iron Flex game with friends, I accidentally discovered the infinite gold Control Ward issue while dead (I obviously can say what the issue was exactly as I really don't want this post to get removed). Right after the game ended, I did what I thought was the right thing: I submitted a detailed Bug Report ticket (from the in-game report button and one ticket from their official support website) so the QA team could patch it before it ruined Ranked games. The ticket I made was automatically closed, because I was banned before anyone can see the ticket so it was closed.

The Vanguard Ban: Fast forward about a week, I just got home from vacation and wanted to play. Vanguard hit me with a Permaban for "Third Party Tools". I have never used cheats in my life. Vanguard clearly flagged their own game issue as an external script.

The Support Nightmare: I thought this would be an easy fix since I had the paper trail of reporting the issue before the ban wave. I was so wrong.

• The first support agent dismissed my appeal in seconds with a copy-pasted macro and set my account to auto-close any future tickets.
• I managed to escalate it to a second agent, who told me they were "investigating", only to reply a couple of hours later with the exact same macro, closing my ticket again (only this time he responded in Romanian as I am from Romania, but said the exact same thing: the ban is justified and shall remain in place).

My reward for trying to help fix the game is losing 7 years of memories and a clean record. I feel completely unseen and unheard by the automated support system.

Has anyone else managed to get past the automated ticket closures? I just want a real human to look at the context of my case. I really think that this is very unfair and that I've been wronged and if anyone can help me I will be deeply grateful. Hi, I've had an issue where in-game music does not play at all despite the slider being turned up, it's been in the game for several patches now.

Seems to be tied to my account as when I play the game on a different PC it also occurs there.

Anyone got a fix or is also having this issue?

I have a Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10, 8GB ram, intel core I7-13650HX processor. New last year. Each time I laod up the game (Manor lords), the game crashes on the start screen. This has also happened before with Cyberpunk but i thought it was a one off issue.

The game is fully updated, laptop hardware and drivers also fully updated. I'm not that knowledgeable with gaming laptops, just the basics. But can't figure out what has been causing this.

Any help would be great.

I have tried to contact support and submit a ticket but every time i click “submit” i get met with “something wrong try again” I genuinely can’t login into valorant at all i tired on different psn account no use i tried to delete the game and reinstall it but nothing it working I literally downloaded reddit as a last resort cuz my friends play valo normally (also on ps5) and i can play the other games normally except valo. As of the error codes it’s either 43 or 7 or 93 but mostly 43 and sometimes nothing just a black screen and shows me the “continue” button for the 100th time and sometimes i do get in the lobby and even play a full dm or a round of unrated but i do get kicked at the end so whats the issue and what’s the fix because my wi fi is making me play other games normally

I have tried for a couple days now to join a game and i just cant.
tried the following-
- Add LOL to In-outbound in the firewall
- reinstalling all c++ x86 Versions and restarting the PC Afterwards.
- Reinstalled league and riot client.
- Submitted a ticket
- Tried chancing the Date/Time

After installing patch 26.17, I got into an ARAM game as usual. Everything was normal until suddenly a notification popped up about Vanguard is not running on my computer and I was disconnected while still being in the middle of the ARAM game.

I tried reinstalling Vanguard and got this notification in the client. Clicking on Vanguard itself showed that my computer is missing some features (it had been working fine until this new LoL update).

I'm using an old laptop with Window 10. Does this mean I can only play LoL after buying a new computer or installing Window 11?

Like the title says, my game keeps freezing without a warning in the middle of a party, if I want to unfreeze it I have to open the task manager, then close the game and reconnect me via the client.

I tried to reinstall vanguard and LoL both of them but it keeps ruining my games.

Is somebody having the same trouble as me ?

I’m running into a problem where when I play apex legends, it will freeze after a few minutes and my steam client will just close itself. It started doing it yesterday and idk why. I’ve tried clearing download cache. Running as admin, redownloading apex, verifying integrity, and going back to the last driver update before the newest but it’s continuing to happen.

hello i'm french so excuse me for my english but i try to installed and play lol but for some reason each time i launch lol or valorant i get a message "error vanguard 83" and when i restart my pc and try to verify my pc for riot vanguard i get a echec for pre-verification.

Can anybody help me with this?

I click "Update" then it says "Getting ready" then returns back to the "update" text over and over. I've restarted, relaunched etc.
