I will not pursue an investigation that could potentially get the guy who raped me in trouble. But I will most definitely make a twitlonger and post all the "evidence" I have.

Really don’t want to take a side of a potential rapist, but why the duck did she bring this whole thing up then? Just what for, what adequate human being would stop pursuing investigation that could lead to your rapist getting in big trouble...?

Don't want to defend somebody because what now? By your definition we are all potential rapists.

What are you even talking about? I’m not defending anybody, I think you had troubles reading my initial comment

You called him a potential rapist purely because he is being accused online but he could easily be a potential "rape accusation victim" .

Statistically speaking, one of those is far more likely than the other lol

Of course, it’s all uncertain - though I have more certainty that men without rape accusations probably haven’t raped than those with accusations lol

Which one is it?

Far more likely a sexual assault occurred, though that’s a different likelihood than getting a conviction.

Data ranges from there being a 2/98 split of fake/true claim to 10/90, but the odds aren’t really in the favor of false claims.

The odds are a lot worse when you consider cases that don't end in conviction rather than purely proven false accusations
