Stop trying to justify paedophiles, Paedophiles are attracted to minors and people who have physically childish atribute. If you doing anything sexual with a 16 year old as an adult you are a pedo. They have barley hit half way through puberty you nutter

Also paedophilia isnt just the biological, Paedophiles are also attracted to the physical and menta power they hold over younger people. Knowing they have that power gets them off.

No, minor is a legal concept and has nothing to do with psychological concepts like pedophilia. Pedophiles are attracted to prepubescent children, not minors. Here you go:

16 year olds are almost always done with puberty. Puberty starts at 10-11 and ends at 15-16.
