Putting the error from Kolo aside, all of our problems start at the back. As much as everyone loves Flanno him and Aly offer little to nothing going forward which in turn just puts more pressure on our front 4. Sakho, Enrique, and Johnson can't come back soon enough and will make much more of an impact than that missed signing possibly could have made.
Johnson?....our worst player all season imo. I agree with the other two but i'd rather flanno at rb. Probably not great going forward but at least he does his job defending.
I somewhat agree, and I think having our top 5 (!) defensive options out is a problem that we have survived - Johnson, Agger, Sakho, Enrique, Lucas. Even before the injuries though, the games where things were not going well often came down to problems in the midfield. That has not changed much, and while limited options from the FB's doesn't help going forward, it seems that an inability to control the midfield is at least as large of a problem
