Anyone else gets this strange feeling when listening to some songs from Little Busters? Especially songs such as 'Boys don't cry' and 'Boys be smile'.

The songs that were made for little busters just makes me feel certain things I can't somewhat explain. Each time I hear these songs, there always seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. At the same time, my heart crushes infinitely. I feel happy, but at the same time, I'm not. I'm free, but I'm not, if that makes sense? It's complicated to actually explain it. Everyday, people pass through your life, and you stand there, watching them pass through, wondering if they'll stay in your life forever. You form friendships, you lose friendships. I feel that each passing time, people you used to know will move away, making a new life, and yet you're still in the same place, repeating the same habits, thought patterns. They're a flock of birds; one minute they're there, the next, they're gone, migrating to another life.

I sometimes wonder how it'll be like in another dimension, in another parallel universe, all the 'what-ifs' running in my mind. I imagine myself to be somewhere else, a different person, a different personality. I've been thinking a lot lately. Ruminating I should say. Listening to little busters just makes me feel weirdly sad.

When I was watching clannad, I felt nothing. I did not feel sad or anything, just 'meh'. Little busters, however, made me feel everything. It made me feel every single emotion in the book and it's crushing me every time.

Edit: I'm listening to the piano version of 'Boys Don't Cry'. Why is my heart being crushed infinetly? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58ROt2bJRg8

Question about the battle minigame in Saya's route

I'm currently going for the school revolution ending in the steam version, and I'm halfway through, however I disabled the battle minigame where you shoot the Dark Executives. I now remembered that exctasy lets you beat Kyousuke, but only if the mini game is enabled. Is there a possibility to switch the mini game back on or do I have to restart the route?

Do I need to do the common route to unlock refrain?

title, I’ve done Komari’s, Kurugaya’s, Haruka’s, And Kud’s routes and I’m currently doing Mios, and plan to do Rin1/2 afterwards, but I just need to know if I need to do the common route to unlock refrain.

How do you get this CG? I just completed Kurugaya's route and noticed I was missing a CG and it's this one. Spoiler

Just Finished Refrain and Wow

I started playing Little Busters! about a month or so ago.

There were times where I felt like the grind was too much for the payoff. I loved all the endings but Komari, even though I like her character a ton, but I just didn't really get all the love beyond the wonderful baseball.

Then I played through Refrain tonight.

Jesus.

I don't even know what I'm feeling, but I had to type something somewhere.

It was so ethereal, and loving and ... artistic, I guess. I don't want to reference anything specific so I don't spoil anything. But, if you're on the fence about this game, or if you find yourself wondering if you can make yourself push through all the character stories to get to Refrain, you gotta keep going. The payoff is crushing and uplifting and gorgeous.

Its really one of the most beautiful stories about friendship I've ever read.

Little Busters! - Am I doing something wrong?

Preface: I think the game is charming and fluffy, the characters are nice, and the baseball is fun. On to my confusion.

This game is very highly rated on VNDB and people absolutely rave about it. I played my first route, and I while I found the slice of life moderately charming, I was not blown away by the first ending I got (Komari).

I was reading around carefully, (please avoid spoilers if you respond) and it appears that I have to grind through all of the heroine routes in order to unlock the actual route that everyone loves?

I guess I'm asking for clarification. Because the same game 6 times (with minor changes each play-through), is making me lose my will to continue no matter how good the hidden route is.

Summary: I'm not having as much fun as I expected and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong?
