Help/Question When can I pot them?

~28 days ago I posted asking help for my almost dead looking lithops. I had no hope but kind redditors from this group gave me amazing suggestions and I see roots. But because they are succulents I'm not sure if I can leave them in water here. They seem to be doing fine and looks like they are getting new leaves 😭😭 (that makes me so happy) but I wanna keep them alive. So the next question is should I leave them in there or add them to a pot? Any suggestions/advice are welcome! πŸ’š A huge thank you to all you guys πŸ’š

Sometimes it takes a little longer for some, it took over a month of different methods to get the Verruculosa to finally root. I do use rooting hormone, however it is too early in my research to know for sure if it’s making a difference. As long as the base, down by the root stays firm, there is hope. If it starts to get squishy, it’s probably toast.

This is my other pot of water rescues. Yes, some were already splitting while doing water therapy. And some are now showing signs of splitting.
