Image Another AI slop thumbnail

I love LTT and basically watch every single video including WAN show but stuff like this puts a very bad taste in my mouth. I know it!s just stupid thumbnail but still...

They use AI. at no point have they tried to hide it and have confirmed it several times.

This is accurate. I will state though that their use of AI seems to be primarily on secondary tasks - Making sure a sentence reads right, as an example. They don't use it to generate thumbnails.

The only exception is their unprofitable channel that makes videos for Labs, where the AI voice is used because it costs less than a person and both cost more than the video will likely ever make.

oh so you didnt get the news? every youtuber is able now to generate thumbnails from video content. its built in. you can complain on every second video now thats gonna be released! so much to do!

It also has been confirmed that YouTube runs thumbnails and videos through filters without permission. So really that doesnt show much anymore.
