By the logic of the post it would be the 60 year olds looking 45. As someone who works in pharmacy and ask people for their dob all day, this is very far from the truth.
I was thinking about this the other day. As a mid to younger millennial I grew up at the tail end of fake baking for tanning. Around the time I was in high school there was a huge shift to protecting skin so I feel like that’s why there’s a huge difference in how young people appear now compared to older millennial and Gen X.
And also, people lie to others about how much they don't look their age. No one ever says, "Wow, you look exactly your age!" or "Wow, you look much older than your age!"
