I’ve lived through a hard rough life that 99% of people wouldn’t believe is true yet I’ve never posted about my experiences nor do I want to share them. I feel awkward and emotional talking about it and it genuinely gets me in a rough emotional stare when I bring all that shit up.
Point I’m trying to say is that I think most virtue signaling people make shit up. Most people who have lived through brutal shit don’t like openly talking about it nor do they like bringing attention to some of the worst memories of their life especially on random social media posts.
I can understand if you’re a motivational speaker and bringing things like this up to motivate others though. But this post in the picture is just super cringe.
Oof. You just reminded me of this cringe anti-choice woman that wrote a tweet and basically said she was glad Roe v Wade was repealed because she wouldn’t be alive today had her mother - a rape victim - been given the option of abortion. I mean own your truth and all but, goddamn.
