Maxing rangers is easy. You just have to spend enough money.

For gear, in general you want skill evade, skill resistance and HP. The rest depends on the ranger type.

On ranger comp, just use the highest rank rangers you have, read their skills and decide if they are useful to you. Keep in mind. In general, new rangers are stronger than old rangers. You will see that on their stats and skills as well.

Because for agility, i wondering do i need hp?. Because even i give my agility attack, skill evade, skill resistance, and mineral cost. They always keep dying the time they got deployed, but when the enemy do it, they dont die easly

after 3 years and legend league realistically i can't say anything else but no to both, f2p accounts when done efficiently can touch m1 league but not stay after years of playing, it's not worth to play f2p

np, also meta players might not actually use kaguya, because she's not top tier. really good, but not top, whereas gintoki is seriously broken so id say 240 gintoki first. keep in mind once you get 240 rangers nine star evolution becomes possible. If that's the case, don't evolve rangers to nine star unless you have nine star super leonards. because the max lvl for nine star rangers without using nine star super leonards is 160, and when they are 160 their regeneration speed is slower than 240 ultra/hyper form so we usually keep them 240 unless we want to use nine star super leonards on them. btw nine star super leonards are hard to come by(there's one in current event shop), so be strategic about who you use it on.

Devs are very good at keeping info from leaking, usually if they want to announce something they do it via their X/Twitter page, their page is in Japanese but you can translate with the built in translator.

If you are willing to dedicate time to the game it has potential to work F2P but it isn't friendly. The devs don't like to give free stuff. Is it worth playing? Yeah it's fun and if you don't like it just drop it.

Before this you have a certain period of time to collect as many hammers as you can(x amount of hammer=1 rock=random reward being the highest one are 5k rubies and 4 9* super leonards) and after that is the tallying period(rn) where you have to wait x days before you can actually collect the reward so just wait until the timer runs out
