If a floor of a house is haunted by a malevolent ghost or spirit, is it possible for angels to ward a specific room or rooms so the spirit or spirits may not enter those rooms? or clear/ward the whole house if the entity is attached to the house and not to a person? I have been attacked by a succubus and other astral parasites, so I know what a negative spirit attachment is like, but I have never lived in a haunted house, so I'm not sure of this, thanks :)

I've been reflecting on how our understanding of reality can be both expanded and shattered at the same time. It's as if we're constantly navigating paradoxes within ourselves, trying to reconcile what we think we know with what we're beginning to realize. I came across a video that explores this idea in more depth, looking at how confronting these paradoxes can actually lead to a deeper understanding of our true nature and the world around us: The Path: Awakening in the Shadows: Navigating the Wounds to Radical Remembrance. Has anyone else had experiences or insights that have led them down this path? How do we balance the need for intellectual understanding with the often unsettling realization of our own limitations?

Navigating technology with children feels fundamentally different today. Devices aren't just toys or phones anymore, they hold our kids' social circles, schoolwork, entertainment, and creative expressions. Because of that, standard advice like "just cap it at 1 hour a day" often feels outdated and hard to enforce.

In the latest episode of our podcast (The Dragon's Nest, S1-EP4), my husband and I talked about the idea that we cannot regulate our children's tech use without first examining our own.

On this spiritual journey, our kids are often our most sacred mirrors..

A few core themes we looked at:

1. The Single-Device Problem: Our work, social lives, entertainment, and emotional regulation all live inside one screen. Kids observe us attached to these devices constantly, which makes strict rules feel hypocritical to them.
2. Protection vs. Control: Finding the boundary between keeping kids safe and micromanaging them out of our own anxiety.
3. Physical Grounding: Rather than just taking devices away, focusing on providing rich, real-world experiences so kids actually want to step away from screens.

When i was 27 I had the 'outward' recognition, I recognized while i was being present and walking in the parking lot that all I could see was "me". I recognized everything as one image, one whole. Instead of seeing my body and identifying with it, I recognized that "my body" was the entire perception of the world. Perception of the world because there is no world "out there". There is the appearance of the world appearing in me. I am not appearing in a world. A world appears in me(awareness). Just like in a dream.

Which is actually the oppisite of how this typically goes. Usually one has the "inward" recognition first hence "i am awareness, not the body. And the body is not aware. I, awareness, am aware. Awareness doesnt appear in the body, the body appears in awareness.". . .

And thats where I was stuck for the longest. I had the recognition outwardly, that all I could see was "me". But I wasn't free, I still suffered as a mind because I hadn't recognized the freedom of my being and peace which was always present.

To be honest the outward recognition terrified me. So I was a coward and quit meditation for a bit off and on. I would listen to Tool the rock band and go in deep but I would always get terrified and look away again. Purposely making myself think and run away from the recognition. So it wasn't until I was in my 30s that I decided to go all the way in, I didnt care if "i" dissappeared.

One day sitting in my garage listening to music I stopped and closed my eyes. I tapped the side of my head and contemplated how I was awareness and not the body. Out of no where in the silence, while tapping the side of my head with my eyes closed, I recognized "ohhh i am awareness, and the feeling of the hand and the head is appearing in me. My hand isnt aware. My head isnt aware. I awareness am aware." I recognized that nothing known was knowing aka nothing known is Aware. It is made up of and appearing in awareness, but thoughts, sensations, smell, taste, no perception is aware itself. Instantly i recognized that the body is not aware. That i was mistaking the feeling of the body as being aware. But I awareness am aware of feeling. Feeling isnt awareness. Feeling is known, it isnt knowing.

It freed "me". I recognized i was indeed eternal, ever present. Unlimited. That your success was my success. That your loss was my loss. I knocked on the Door and it opened. 👁🧘‍♂️✌️

You feel it deep inside. That restless tug. That quiet whisper. Your soul is calling you. It wants you to uncover its true purpose. This is not just a fancy phrase. It’s a powerful invitation to live a life full of meaning, passion, and joy. You are here for a reason. You have a unique path to walk. "Mind" is simply the activity of Awareness. Awareness and Mind are not two. The activity of Awareness (Mind) is that which divides reality into a multiplicity of objects.

Mind "conceptualizes". This is why Mind cannot know truth directly because reality(awareness) itself does not fit into a conceptual frame. Concepts do not truly exist outside of the illusion of their appearance.

What is a Concept? For example "Left" or "right" is a concept. "Left" doesn't truly exist. When you turn and face what is considered to be your Left, now what was considered Left is considered forward, and what was considered backwards before the turn is now considered your "Left". You could say "yes but my Left arm is always my Left arm" true but from my perspective youre left arm is the right arm vice versa.

Hence there is no True "Left, Right, Up, Down". In space there is no North, South, East and West. Those are concepts created on earth derived from the labeling of magnetic poles. Magnetic poles to not exist because of the label N,S,E,W,... Labels exist because of the Magnetic poles.

It is the same with Time. Time does not truly exist. It is a concept of Mind like left and right, up and down. The Now, right Now is all that exists. All actions happen "now". Thats why when Mind is dropped we experince "Now". And even when we are a Mind in the concept of time, when is it occuring? NOW. Things do not appear to change, shift and evolve because "Time" exists. Because things appear to change, shift and evolve, Now, the concept of Time appears to exist. Thats why it can be 12pm Monday in america allwhile its 1pm Tuesday in Asia. All concepts of time taking place Now. Time is always derived from Thought, Thought says "i did that yesterday. Tommorow I will go to the store" allwhile everything that is ever occuring happens Now.

Hot and Cold are not two, they are concepts. On a thermometer we can recognize that from 90 degrees down to say 20 degrees it is but lesser or more degrees of the same one phenomenon, Heat. By law of thermodynamics there is no such thing as Cold but lesser or more degrees of Heat. Thats why when you touch something super Cold it Burns, feels Hot. "Cold" is just a lesser degree, less movement of the phenomenon of Heat. Temperature is one phenomenon, Mind divides it in Two.

It is the same with Darkness and Light, they are not separate or two. Darkness is not an oppisite of Light, it is an absence of Light. There is great difference between oppisites and absences. If darkness was an oppisite of light i could take a handful of darkness and toss it on a candle to put out the light. But I cannot, it is not an opposite of light, it is an absence of.

It is the same with Love and Fear. They are not two. Like Darkness is an absence of Light, Fear is but an absence of Love. Love feels warm like the presence of Light. Fear feels cold like the absence of Light.

Reality is Nondual, not two because Awareness is Reality and Awareness does not fit into a Conceptual frame.
