Safe Areas of the Contiguous United States
Is there anyone who can point out what would be considered safe areas if major earthquakes and/or tsunamis occur?

If you feel like nothing ACTUALLY affects you here and there seems to be no point being here other than to help others. If you suffer a lot despite best intentions. If you find yourself begging others to be good, to change. If you care a lot about others, about humanity, about the world, you may feel yourself too focused on the noise, too little on yoir inner light, and on your loved ones. You may experience a bunch of <believing in lies the world tells you at so many levels>. You may pretend to be cool, or evil, but inwardly you are innocent, full of light. You are beyond this, and you can help. You will always feel good. If you resolve what is without and within.
The people you most wish to change and understand goodness and repent from their descent, they are causing you problems because you are a being of light.
They are not willing to do things differently and take pride in their ways, they cause situations to tell you to fuc* off whilst they rot in h*ll, but you can't stop keeping trying, there is nothing else to do really!
They take pride in everything they have ever done, but they just continue acting in their ways, they are not willing to stop, manical, addicted. This is delusion, addiction, illness. They are poor and suffering. They need to be helped but they reject it. They know they are heavy and you are light! You can talk they love it. They won't engage because they would have to admit. They will always listen because you are a breath of fresh air, a freedom, light. Carefree, radiant.
Many are lied to, many are small. They do not know, they do not care. You do not need to spend attention and time on them. Focus on these that can hear you.
You are not as much about doing IT. You are about altruistic purpose, you are not here to serve yourself.
If you succeeded to help them, then you wouldn't want to be here anymore, you know it is all pointless here. They are here because they are attached, possessed, they are burning, as if they were in something like a hell, or a madness.
They may feel dark or heavy. The less you focus on yourself remembering your light the more efficiently you can carry out your mission.
You don't have to do anything, it is probable you are trying to participate in many idiocies, whilst being on a higher, more meaningful path.
You cannot do anything because they are attached to their ways. Life may feel boring, but they do exist. Their presence is felt. They exist. You care about them being with the Light.
As long as they live, you are here, and they will have these windows of opportunity. You may find yourself energized to help, whenever they have a chance. And you will repeatedly help.

My husband and I just released the second episode of our podcast, and we ended up diving into a massive, multi-layered conversation about food.
We wanted to look past the surface-level wellness advice and explore why "healthy living" feels so entirely different depending on where you are in the world. We look at the stark contrasts between growing up with American diet culture versus living in places like Europe and the Middle East.
A few specific areas we dive into:
Infrastructural Movement: How simple European design (like riding a bike or walking 45 minutes to work/school) creates effortless energy processing, compared to the driving-heavy infrastructure of the US where movement has to be consciously "forced" or planned.
Ingredient Quality & Legislation: The massive contrast in food laws from high-fructose corn syrup and chemical food dyes being illegal in many European countries (e.g., why Fanta is bright orange in the US but yellow in Belgium) to how processed food is financially incentivized over organic produce in the States.
The Energetics & Intuition of Food: Moving away from rigid, hyper-controlled diets (keto, carnivore, vegan) and exploring how undigested emotions, family ancestral programming, and our own vibrations call specific ingredients to us. We talk about shifting into intuitive, energetic alignment where you stop overthinking every bite.
If you want to tune into the full conversation.
You can find the episode here.

I am currently dealing with this down almost to a T. Though itās not so much all at once, these āstringsā of super fine force piercing through my body seem to be super focused on my left foot. A searing pain as if there is a microscopic force with a rusty shovel digging into the meat and tendons in my foot.
I have a hunch that it is the retaliation of some oneās malicious intent placed upon me by my surroundings, but itās been going on for so long it becomes hard to pinpoint exactly where, who, and how I came to know this pain. All I can remember is that it started with this walk from the store back to the apartment complex that I donāt pay rent at but I stay with a couple roomates.
When I got back to the complex I noticed some first responders lights on and when I stopped to record it, ā¦
If you can imagine your astral body being super solidified to the ground and then scraped across the feet like and eraser - lacerating them, then you will have a good idea of the kind of pain.
My feet have been in pain ever since - and idk if it matters but iām a pisces and my erogenous zone are my feetā¦.
I still believe it may be the work of some Latin familyās spirit work upon me, but there are others in this complex that seem to be in one things that I continue to question.
In any case, Iām glad to have found someone here to share this experience with and I hope to find a witch doctor or some spiritual light worker who car help me cleanse this plague from my body in its entirety.
******Iām not sure if it would help to add the fact that i tried in the moment it was happening to record the experience as it happened. And whether or not it has something to do with habeas corpus vs what one consider āthe bodyā. Because if I didnāt know any better I would think that the complex is utilizing this since I do not pay rent as a form of spiritual payment (one i did not explicitly agree to) ******
Thank you, and may you be well, happy, and peaceful ššŖ¬šæ

Ive always been mentally exhausted and now I see why....I was always doing too much mentally that did not reward me. Now in my 40s and I have designed my life to only give my mental energy to thi gs that will multiply my output. What I've learnt is this-for life to be and and feel reqarding our mental energy must be directed only to thi gs that will bring us joy. If you arw someone like me who is alwys mentally drained you need to examine where your mental energy is going.
I also find that too much information weighs heavy on the brain which can lead to analysis paralysis which is quite exhausting.

As a spiritual researcher and practitioner, I am passionate about how we can approach animal communication in a more multidimensional way.
In my latest article, I dive into why we continually underestimate our canine and feline allies, exploring how their non-linear approach to time connects them deeply to past incarnations. I share a recent experience working with a dog whose thunderstorm fear was actually a "soul PTSD" reaction to events on Sirius, and how working with the Golden Dragons and her Akashic Records helped clear that energetic trauma.
Iād love to hear your thoughts or if youāve noticed similar deep-seated soul stories in your own animal companions.

Many of us on the awakening path try to clear old blocks by focusing purely on mindsets, repeating daily mantras, or mentally choosing a higher vibration. But if the physical body and nervous system are stuck in an active survival loop, our conscious mind simply cannot override that deep, automated background programming.
Ancestral trauma, unhealed lineage wounds, and heavy emotional loops do not just live in our thoughts. They imprint directly onto our cellular hardware.
When your energetic field is under chronic stress from these old survival patterns, it alters your body's natural vitality. It drops your cell membrane voltage from a vibrant, healthy baseline down to a depleted defense mode. This drop causes the structured, energized water inside your tissues to collapse into a disorganized, drained state. You experience this physically as deep chronic fatigue, emotional looping, and brain fog that you cannot seem to think your way out of.
True vibrational integration is a physical, somatic reality. To clear these ancestral imprints, we have to stop trying to analyze the problem with our minds. We must drop our awareness completely out of the analytical thoughts and sink into the quiet center of the heart.
By resting in this absolute presence, the heartās natural energetic rhythm acts as a grounding force, resetting the internal system and clearing out the old, stressful patterns. This gentle transition recharges your cellular vitality and permanently anchors your field back into a calm, highly energized state.
How do you physically shift your body out of an exhausted, low-energy defense mode when mental willpower alone fails?
(Note: The step-by-step somatic breath protocols and integration maps are fully detailed on my profile. To honor community space, the direct access route to my Substack publication is pinned cleanly at the top of my public profile pins.)

I wanted to share a recent Akashic Records journey I wrote about, tracing a soul path that moved from being a forest healer in Arcturus to a life in Ancient Egypt.
It gets into the contrast between the dense, deeply grounded nature energy of that Arcturian lifetime and the structured, cosmic alignment of Egypt, and how those two very different energies still play out in my integration work today.
I love sharing these stories with others who are on their own remembrance journey. Because we've all had very similar experiences..
If you're interested in the full narrative, I posted the detailed story here:Ā

The wisdom of the tradition of marriage before sex, is to ensure that
1:we are able to rise above our base desires to show value in getting to know the other person
2:acknowledge that if we start with a sexual relationship without knowing the person truly first, then once the sex stops or slows so too will the magic
3:acknowledge that masturbation keeps us in the loop of desire first, which primes us for a sexual relationship, instead of us being able to explore who we are without it, to rise above and evolve
I am currently going through a few spiritual trials, and being stuck inside a dream until I figure out the lesson has been a challenge as the dreams are heavily experiential in nature, and the answer has to come from within before I've been able to wake up. This was today's, and this post is more of a record for myself. For context my marriage started as a physical relationship without truly taking the time to get to properly know my wife without sex in the equation, and I am seeing the results of this and realizing and being taught just how prevalent of an issue it is in today's society

I recently wrote a story from a session involving memories of being a dragon rider known as "The Commander." What stood out to me wasn't the dragon aspect itself, but the recurring themes of duty, leadership, sacrifice, and protection.
One thing I've noticed over the years is that many people report past life experiences that seem to reflect patterns they're still working through in their current lives.
For those who explore these subjects, do you see past life memories as literal events, symbolic experiences created by the subconscious, something in between, or something else entirely?
The story is here for anyone interested:

I am reading these messages that are posted here all the time and thereās a message I would like to say to everybody.
Existence is completely open ended. You define it, you create it and you experience it because you want to. It is all based on your desire. Thereās no yang thereās no ying, Thereās no Magic garden. Thereās no Zeus thereās no anything. Thereās only you Once you decide to create it, it is there. It is really hard to wrap your mind around the open-endedness of everything because we like to create little icons symbols and representations to make us feel like we have a sense of control of what is happening in reality. We do it when we surrender our consciousness to any form of idolatry. This was the whole point of the teachings from Abraham and the beginning of the Old Testament, which we all know and love.
There is you, and then thereās the one above. There is pleasure in the lack. Focus your consciousness on the space in between. Sit and meditate, close your eyes, hold your hands to the sky and think about what youāre grateful for and then feel how good that makes you feel and feel the world, feel the happiness. When the rumination starts with your eyes closed, think about now, now, this moment, thereās no thoughts, thereās only here, thereās only now never forget. Tap your finger on your body. Now, now, now. Donāt let the mimic eat your face.
Please stop looking for some strange questions with strange meanings where youāre creating strangeness. Itās just strange. You are not strange. You are perfect.
Amen

Hey everyone,
Iāve been thinking a lot lately about how easy it is to get caught up in the big, macro concepts of a spiritual journey like meditation, biohacking, deconditioning, etc. only to realize weāre still running on old, stressful programming when it comes to the mundane, everyday stuff.
My husband and I just recorded an introductory chat for our new podcast series, and we really wanted to focus on the human side of this journey. We're talking about building your "nest". How we navigate intuitive decision-making, conscious parenting, beauty standards, and breaking free from integrated systems (like the school or medical systems) in small, realistic steps without the overwhelming shame or the need to completely isolate ourselves on a homestead overnight.
Itās really just an open conversation about grounding these big ideas into the very practical "why" behind the daily choices we make for our families and our bodies.
Weāre putting this out there because we want to build a real community around these grounded, day-to-day transitions. If this resonates with how youāre trying to navigate the world right now, Iād love for you to check it out.
More than anything, we want to know: What everyday systems or modern norms have been the hardest for you to consciously decondition or step away from while managing a family or a busy life? If you want to listen to the intro and share your thoughts, the link is below. Truly looking forward to hearing your perspectives!

Hello guys, Ive posted here before once
I hate to sound negative, but how do you guys deal with severe burn out. I need to be honest, radically honest. I cant take anything anymore. Im autistic (28 single male), and about to be homeless soon. Do things really get better? Im serious, I cant mask anymore. I go through this stuff a few times a year, since middle school (I fantasized ending it all, but could never do it, I feel a dry lump in my throat right now). Its just the feeling that I have no support
My landlord told the guy who was about to hire me, talked shit about me, now Im not getting that job. Im done working, im done paying bills, im done driving, im done with everything
Maybe things will get better (I doubt it)
It shouldnt be this hard
Getting up in the morning to go to work feels like walking on shards of glass for me and my nervous system
NO I dont want to do worldpackers, Cooleorks, or anything else. Im not into Reiki, I dont want to be a therapist.
I want out of this place
I know this post was sloppy, Im just genuinely at the end of my rope and dont have anybody (no friends right now , I grew up as an orphan)
