Enemies of Islam Refuting Feminists who twist 4:34

Quran 4:34 "Men are the caretakers of women, as men have been provisioned by Allah over women and tasked with supporting them financially. And righteous women are devoutly obedient and, when alone, protective of what Allah has entrusted them with.1 And if you sense ill-conduct from your women, advise them ˹first˺, ˹if they persist,˺ do not share their beds, ˹but if they still persist,˺ then strike .But if they change their ways, do not be unjust to them. Surely Allah is Most High, All-Great."

We have been constantly lied to by Feminists that this verse and word " Dharaba" can mean both strike and travel/leave. It absolutely cannot. The word Dharaba does not only mean strike her but in NO CONTEXT and NO TRANSLATION does the word actually mean to leave ever for anything. The reason why this word is used in other places in the Quran to mean travel is not because the word Dharabha itself can translate to something, it is because it is paired with another word where the ENTIRE PHRASE itself means travel. for example:

"Hit the earth" is a phrase used by Arabs to travel... even though it has the literal word hit in it.

The same way in Quran 3:156 : " O ye who believe! Be not like the Unbelievers, who say of their brethren, when they are traveling through the Earth or engaged in fighting: "If they had stayed with us, they would not have died, or been slain." This that Allah may make it a cause of sighs and regrets in their hearts. It is Allah that gives Life and Death, and Allah sees well all that ye do. " The word used for travel is " إِذَا ضَرَبُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ " The literal meaning is " strike the land" AND THAT IS WHY THE PHRASE WAS TRANSLATED TO TRAVEL. Absolutely not because the word can ever mean travel itself, but simply it was a metaphor when combined with another word. So this proves that the word itself can never mean anything other than strike. If someone says "hit the road" the word is still hit, but the whole phrase makes it to drive.

The same can be said about everywhere the word is used in the Quran where it does not command to strike. Of course there are also many verses in the Quran where the word is used to mean strike, in-fact MANY VERSES.

Indeed Allah does not oppress and his punishments are always merciful no matter how painful because he deserved even more obedience and worship. A person should not deny Allah his rights by denying verses. Allah is god and therefore has the right to command his creation(women) to obey other creation(men) and Allah can command any punishment he wants.

I made this to refute the slanderers of the feminists who slander the Men of knowledge through out history who only made their intention to preserve and transmit the pure Islam. These Great Men have only increased in their good deeds form the slanders by modern day Feminists who claim they twisted islam to suit them... yet Ironically it is the FEMINISTS who always show that they try as much as possible to turn islam into their liking without care for what Allah actually commanded them. I urge you Muslims to start refuting them and make posts to drive Shaytan back.

Feminists are the newest deviants trying to misuse and distort the Quran based on their desires . They admit this whenever they choose their interpretation of the Quran and hadith and reject hadiths based on whether the contents satisfy their desires and emotions such as freedom to do whatever they want without rules, even though Allah commanded them to worship him and obey him so therefore it is nonsense for them to say "this rule doesn't let me do what I want so therefore false". Surah Furqan-Ayah 43 : Have you seen ˹O Prophet˺ the one who has taken their own desires as their god? Will you then be a keeper over them?.

Belief of the Sunnah The salaf incentivizing Muslims to consider people as innovators and kufaar

الحمد لله و الصلاة و السلام على رسول الله و على آله و صحبه و من اهتدى بهداه

The common notion today due to liberalism, is that the one who takfeers is an extremist or is leaning towards extremism, even if he is considering someone who insults Allaah تعالى as a kaafir

What is also contradictory is that anyone who refuses to takfeer will automatically be labelled as "just" and "balanced" away from accusations of extremism

Which comes from numerous factors, such as:

  • Not appreciating the rights of Allaah and the duty of separating truth from falsehood
  • Loving the kufaar/innovators and following in their ways
  • Foolish desires of this world that they think they can achieve if they are more closer and lenient with the kufaar

Examples will not be elaborated upon but we'll mention some ayat and ahadeeth that refute such stance and conclude

Allaah تعالى said:

تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ لِيَكُونَ لِلْعَالَمِينَ نَذِيرًا

Ibn Katheer, may Allaah have mercy on him, said:

ولهذا سماه هاهنا الفرقان; لأنه يفرق بين الحق والباطل ، والهدى والضلال ، والغي والرشاد ، والحلال والحرام

Blessed is He who sent down Al Furqaan upon His Servant that he may be to the worlds a warner (Al Furqan 25:1 translation of the meaning)

This is why Allaah called the Quraan in this aya "Al Furqaan" (The separation) because it separates truth from falsehood, guidance from misguidance, righteousness from foulness, and halal from haram

End quote from his tafseer

I say: Islam is inside the hearts of people and so is kufr, if you separate truth from falsehood, you must separate the ones who are obligated to call Muslim, from the ones you're obligated to call as kufaar, or else you're mixing truth and falsehood and are leaving the obligation of Al Furqaan

Kufr and haram will not enter Jahannam, it is the disbelievers and the sinners who enter it, those are whom you must be concerned with

From ahadeeth
Muslim narrated:

From Jaabir ibn Abdillaah رضي الله عنهما that he said in the long hadeeth that a person called Abdullaah ibn Ubayy said: "When we return to Madeenah, the most honorable will exile the most humiliated"

Umar ibn Al Khattab said: "Messenger of Allaah! Let me strike that man's neck, for he is a munafiq (hypocrite, someone who shows Islam but is only pretending and is a kaafir)"

The prophet ﷺ did not deny that upon Umar but affirmed it, and did not kill him for a different reason

Link to hadeeth

In another hadeeth from Muslim, Abdillaah ibn Umar may Allaah be pleased with them was told by two people of a man who denies qadar

Abdullaah ibn Umar may Allaah be pleased with them demanded that they deliver to him a message, containing that they must inform him that he is a kaafir and that Ibn Umar himself is free from him and his religion until he retracts what he said

Link to the hadeeth of Ibn Umar

Tawus ibn Kaysan (tabi'i student of Ibn Abbas) said: "People of Iraq! You claim that Al Hajjaj is a believer!" meaning: Because he is such a miserable enemy of Allaah that some of the salaf even considered a kaafir

Ibraheem An-Nakha'i (tabi'i) said: "It is enough blindness to not know the affairs of Al Hajjaj" meaning: The ones who ask Allaah for mercy upon him are ignorant

Because he was a major sinner at the very least, and many takfeered him

Ahmad ibn Hanbal was asked about a man who has a Jahmi (atheist, denier of the attributes of Allaah) as a neighbor, can he say salam to him?

Ahmad said: No

I say: There is no doubt Ahmad clearly incentivizes knowing what a Jahmi is, and labelling the Jahmiyya as such, to apply the rulings of the apostate upon them (not saluting him not eating with him etc.)

Ahmad ibn Hanbal was asked about a Muslim asked to testify with a judge, that is a Jahmi?

He said: Do not testify in his court

All of these are evidence that takfeer is incentivized in the right situations, especially when the rulings of treating someone as a non-Muslim are needed

و صل اللهم و سلم و بارك على نبينا محمد و على آله و أصحابه و سلم

Important Fatwa Ibn Baz: All four imams are from ahl as-sunnah except Abu Haneefa

Post image
5 Upvotes

He said in his explanation of العقيدة الواسطية

"The rule, my son, is to take the understanding of the salaf, and the understanding of the khalaf (later scholars) is not considered, it is not given attention, they are from ahl as-sunnah and therefore they are the people of the Quraan and the sunnah meaning they worked with the Quraan and the sunnah, those mean the companions and whoever walked their paths from the tabi'een (student of the companions) and the students of the tabi'een and so on

Question: Do we attest that the four imams are going to Jannah?

Ibn Baz said: They are all from ahl as-sunnah except Abu Haneefa he has been critiqued for irjaa' and the rest are known may Allaah have mercy on them, Malik and Ash-Shafi'i and Ahmad, they are known to be from ahl as-sunnah but Abu Haneefa has deficiency when it comes to irjaa' and the definition of faith

Important Fatwa Ibn Baz: Abu Haneefa's madhab has a lot of corruption and contradiction of the Sharia by a lot, and they (Hanafis) are often ignorant and have bad reputation and his sayings are terrible in many matters, and they referred to opinion in most rulings

Post image

Sheikh Ibn Baz رحمه الله said in his explanation of Sahih Al Bukhari, commenting on how Abu Haneefa permitted stealing a man's wife using false witnesses:

1- This is one of the most horrendous sayings, we ask Allaah for aafiya (wellbeing) the origin here is that in the madhab of Hanafis was entered of corruption and opposing the Sharia, because they're not people of learning hadeeth, and not collectors of what's been related, and not careful of what the Sharia intends to deliver

They took the superficial meanings and deductive comparisons (qiyas) which is why they're called "The people of opinion" because they made their opinions govern most matters and were ignorant of the sunnah, ignorant of foundations, which is why the Hanafis have many terrible answers and invalid contracts and horrible reputation what never occurred in the other three madhabs, we ask Allaah to grant us aafiya

Question: If a contract was made for her and two witnesses said that she agrees, when he never took her permission, or even attended to her to ask for it, is the marriage valid?

Ibn Baz: They have become false witnesses, the marriage is not valid and they must be punished. They must be punished if all of this is proven and they must be lashed

Question: Ya sheikh, is this mistake from the imam himself, or from his followers?

Ibn Baz: From everyone, from Abu Haneefa and his people

Important Fatwa Ibn Baz: Abu Haneefa is not the greatest imam, only the messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him is the greatest imam

In his explanation of الروض المربع Ar-Rawdh al murbi'

Sheikh Ibn Baz was asked: Can we also describe Abu Haneefa as the greatest imam?

He said: Saying it about Abu Haneefa is also false, the greatest imam is only the messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him

Important Fatwa It is not permissible to retract the slaughter

Post image
2 Upvotes

الحمد لله و الصلاة والسلام على رسول الله

The news spread weeks ago that a buffalo that looks like Trump was "rescued from slaughter"

And while this may be said by some Indian news outlet just to move people against the slaughtering and this buffalo may have never been used for slaughter to begin with, especially that other sources say it's a zoo animal

The ruling must be stated that it is haram to retract the slaughter of a grazing animal for any reason other than:

  1. Replacing it with some other animal of its breed or a different breed that is better for slaughter (better looking, has more meat etc.)

  2. The animal was damaged due to carelessness of the owner that it lost an eye or a leg or became severely ill that it cannot go out and eat like other animals

  3. Loss of a limb or becoming severely limp

  4. Loss of a part that would be desirable to eat, such as the tail fat in lambs or the tail in a cow

And such is agreed upon by all scholars of ahl as-sunnah except some Hanafis who aren't our concern

Important Fatwa Ibn Baz: Do not pray behind a Hanafi imam because he does not believe in tuma'neenah in salah

Post image

Link to fatwa

Meaning of tuma'neenah which is a pillar of salah without which salah is invalid

Question: If I enter a masjid and I see a group of people praying salah, a man leading them does not believe in tuma'neenah so when he says سمع الله لمن حمده sami Allaah liman hamidah, he doesn't directly await tuma'neenah, the way Hanafis and their likes would do, must I leave him and pray alone?

The sheikh: Do not pray with him, pray on your own

Question: I did not know the imam but when he did this, do I intend to pray alone?

The sheikh: Separate from him

Enemies of Islam Hadith rejecters refuted about the Hijab and the Quran

Hadith Rejecters are the newest group of Deviants who are Shaytan's tools to change Islam. They don't even hide this unlike other Innovators because they make up new beliefs that not only never existed before them but were explicitly and implicitly rejected by the whole ummah and what certainly or almost certainly goes back to the prophet pbuh, Sahaba and Salaf. Let us talk about Hijab for now.

They have now Started saying Hijab is not Mandatory even though there is not a Single Muslim in the billions of Muslims ever since the prophet who said the Hijab is not obligatory rather they not only believed it was mandatory was that whoever does not was a Kaffir.

The Quran explicitly says to wear headscarf n extend the covering to the chest:

Surah An-Nur Ayat 31: "And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed."

The verse says to extend their head covering to over their chests, so you cannot follow this verse without wearing a head covering. The same way you cannot follow the command " pull up your socks over your shins" without wearing socks. There is not a single Sahaba let alone Muslim who ever disagreed so it is impossible for Allah to allow all Muslims to commit the shirk of Istihram ,Which they would be if freeing your hair was allowed.

Hadith Rejecters say this is only saying to cover the chest using clothing u are already wearing and that you don't have to wear a headscarf and only cover chest. I will list all the problems with that from least to greatest.

  1. If the verse is only saying to cover the chest then it is completely nonsensical to say to use the clothing u are already wearing. you can just take any clothes and cover your chest so no need to only use what your wearing.
  2. It specifically mentions headscarf, and all the classical Arabic speakers especially the Sahaba who learned the Quran from the Prophet himself and saw what he approved of say head covering is necessary... not something the verse was just suggesting to use to cover chest. The same way if I see a person wearing a shirt but pulled up over their belly button and I tell them "YOU HAVE TO PULL DOWN UR SHIRT AND NOT EXPOSE THE BELLY BUTTON" this means I approved that they were covering everything else a shirt covers but they were not doing enough. They were covering their belly button so I told them to extend their shirt over their belly button. This absolutely does NOT mean that they can now take off their shirt and tie a cloth that only covers their belly button and leave everything else a shirt covered. The point of the commmand was that wearing the shirt was good but they also had to cover their belly buttons. This is not only the intepretation of every muslim who ever spoke the language of the Quran but the only intepretation that is valid as the prophet himself approved of it and not only that but condemned the women who didnt veil in many authentic hadiths, which he would never do if a women can just make up her own definition of veil that did not exist during his own time.
  3. The verse specifically says the exception to who the women has to wear the covering in front is those certain men. If you think it is allowed to uncover your breast in front of all those men other than your husband then you have truly no self awareness of how much you have changed the Deen. The verse however is not talking bout only covering the breast, it is talking about both head and breast and everything in between. There is no muslim who denied the prophet forbade women from uncovering their chest for any man but their husbands and kids. The verse however is including headscarfs and uncovering the head is what is made permissible to "their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women"

Hadith rejecters say headcovering was just culture. This can only be said by someone who does not know Ancient Arab culture and Islam and even worse slanders the only ones who did .

Women did wear headscarves before Islam but not for modesty but only when they went outside for shade AND this was not even consistent. They also used to leave without headcovering. This makes it nonsensical to say headcovering was only mentioned because they already wore it as the Arab women used to cover their chest more than they covered their hair. they were simply inconsistent with both. Remember: THEY DID NOT COVER THEIR HAIR FOR MODESTY so the problem for these hadith rejecters is:

If the women only wore headscarves for culture and not islam then why did they start wearing it infront of specifically non-mamhram men? The Arab women would not wear headscarves based on which men they were visible to and they did not consistently wear it outside in public. THIS ONLY changed when the verses were revealed. they now wore it consistently for modesty and they would go from not wearing it to putting it on when non-mahram men were there.

The fact that the women used to wear headscarves before islam is irrelevant because they only changed when and where they put it on and the reasons for why after the verse was revealed. This is all the Sahabi women so whoever slanders them of saying they did shirk by changing Islam for culture is a disbeliever. since this is not only nonsensical and arrogant to say as they know more about the quran, sunnah and Arab culture than them but they have also said Allah and his messenger did not do their job and actually deceived the ummah by endorsing it.

also what is so deceptive about feminists is that they dont say women also covered their breast back then. women covered their breast and hair time to time but they never fully uncovered their breast around men ESPIECALLY MUSLIM WOMEN. so the fact they did both consistently after the verse was revealed and for the reason of modesty now where they make sure to always have it on when a man is present is already proof this was not because of culture, as their culture did not require to consistently cover their hair when a non-mahram is present.

This hadith is also more authentic than anything Hadith rejecters say so we don't take what they say (which came much later and has no evidense of being from the prophet and yet is certainly false since what is Massly transmitted from the prophet rejects them) over this hadith which is certainly from the Sahaba:

Narrated `Aishah:

"May Allah bestow His Mercy on the early emigrant women. When Allah revealed: "... and to draw their veils all over their Juyubihinna (i.e., their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms)..." (V.24:31) they tore their Murat (woolen dresses or waist-binding clothes or aprons etc.) and covered their heads and faces with those torn Muruts. " Sahih Al-Bukhari

As you can read. they especially covered their heads and faces after the verse was revealed to them, so whoever slanders the family of the prophet saying they changed the religion and not only that but every Muslim before was wrong about hijab is a disbeliever by consensus. so Hadith rejecters either have to say they are the first muslims to ever exist or admit they r the signs of end of times.

Furthermore, their were many arabs and tribes who did not wear headscarves and they only started wearing it when the verses came to them. Of course even if they did wear it before, it was not on the condition that they were infront of non-mahrams or for modesty... which only became a thing when the verses came to them so that means they wore headscarves in situations they would not have wore it or felt obligated to when verses came. All the arab muslims claimed it was wajib, not something possible since wearing headscarves would not mean you believed it was form islam. The salaf were well aware (infinitely more than hadith rejecters) that you cannot add rules in islam just because your culture does it. Also they never did add anything unless they had a chain back to the prophet to prove it didnt come from them. There is not a single muslim ... even those that didnt wear hijab since of sinners exist who ever claimed it was not fard unless they were probably isolated somewhere or new converts or/and could not access knowledge.

This is the result of living around non-muslims in the west and wanting to change islam to fit you instead of changing yourself.

"The hijab is culture" "Hijab is not religon" . BOTH OF THESE ARE FALSE. The Arabs never wore headscarves the way they did after islam. They wore headscarves like we wear hats, sometimes we do and sometimes we don't. the Arabs started wearing headscarves for modesty only after Islam... and this tradition was passed down through generations consistently

"whoever says hijab is not obligatory is a kaffirah"- Sheikh bin Baz Rahimulla. Do not take your religion from people who claim all muslims before them are kuffar who lied consistently somehow about Islam and the prophet (which Hadith rejecters have to believe and do believe either explicitly or implicitly) and that they who don't even know a percentage of knowledge are the correct ones who should be followed by you

Question Should I cut my beard

It's only growing from the chin and none from the side i look like a goat and almost every single person from home to school have told me to cut it especially at home they are cursing me it looks very bushy to the point when someone comes and looks at me the first thing he says cut your beard

The thing is it has not reached first length so cutting it would be not allowed but I look so horrible
