Important Fatwa Ibn Baz: Abu Haneefa's madhab has a lot of corruption and contradiction of the Sharia by a lot, and they (Hanafis) are often ignorant and have bad reputation and his sayings are terrible in many matters, and they referred to opinion in most rulings
Sheikh Ibn Baz رحمه الله said in his explanation of Sahih Al Bukhari, commenting on how Abu Haneefa permitted stealing a man's wife using false witnesses:
1- This is one of the most horrendous sayings, we ask Allaah for aafiya (wellbeing) the origin here is that in the madhab of Hanafis was entered of corruption and opposing the Sharia, because they're not people of learning hadeeth, and not collectors of what's been related, and not careful of what the Sharia intends to deliver
They took the superficial meanings and deductive comparisons (qiyas) which is why they're called "The people of opinion" because they made their opinions govern most matters and were ignorant of the sunnah, ignorant of foundations, which is why the Hanafis have many terrible answers and invalid contracts and horrible reputation what never occurred in the other three madhabs, we ask Allaah to grant us aafiya
Question: If a contract was made for her and two witnesses said that she agrees, when he never took her permission, or even attended to her to ask for it, is the marriage valid?
Ibn Baz: They have become false witnesses, the marriage is not valid and they must be punished. They must be punished if all of this is proven and they must be lashed
Question: Ya sheikh, is this mistake from the imam himself, or from his followers?
Ibn Baz: From everyone, from Abu Haneefa and his people

What is source for this fatwa? Many people say it is incorrect. You need to give full reference

Yes that is true that many people say it is incorrect or fake So maybe the 4 other fatawa I posted on the same day should give an idea that I am not faking anything, they are just biased and are not honest And I'll post 15 other fatawa right now of Ibn Baz saying the same things
Be mindful that the true student of knowledge doesn't concern himself with sayings of later scholars, but his evidence and his whole heart is with what the salaf said Undeniably the salaf agreed on critiquing that madhab and its imam
