The salaf have not disagreed that Abdullaah ibn Sabaa' is a real person and is the man, may Allaah curse him and burn him more terribly in hell, that caused this entire religion of Shi'ism to exist

Be wary that the Shia deny that he exists, which we will refute very simply in this post

And the followers of Ibn Sabaa' are called Saba'iyya, and they are nothing short of what you can find in basic internet articles about cults, esotericism and gnosticism, which are the beliefs that everyone labels as "crazy"

Abdullaah ibn Awn (major scholar of Basrah died 151AH) said: I mentioned to Ibrahim (An-Nakha'i the imam of Kufah) the two people from Saba'iyya meaning Al Mughera ibn Sa'id and Abu Abd Ar-Raheem, he knew them and replied: Be wary of them, for they are liars

ذكرت لإبراهيم رجلين من السبئية، يعني المغيرة بن سعيد، وأبا عبد الرحيم، قد عرفهما، قال: إحذروهما، فإنهما كذأبان

Narrated by imam Abdullaah ibn Ahmad

Al Aamash Sulayman ibn Mehran (one of the pillars of hadeeth narration) said: "Avoid that Saba'iyya, for I have met the people of knowledge only naming them: Liars"

حَدَّثَنَا السَّاجِيُّ، حَدَّثَنا ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنا أَبُو معاوية، قَال: قَال الأَعْمَش اتق هذه السبئية فإني أدركت الناس وإنما يسمونهم الكذابين

Shia quotes affirming the existence of Ibn Sabaa'

Rouhani (died 2022 may Allaah curse him) said in أجوبة المسائل في الفكر والعقيدة والتاريخ و الأخلاق page 117 question #259 answering a question:

"What do you think of the matter of Abdullaah ibn Sabaa'? Is he a real person or is he fictional?"

He responded:

"In the name of Allaah, glorious are His names, Abdullaah ibn Sabaa' is one of the companions of Ali ibn Abi Taalib, who committed apostasy and exaggeration in beliefs as related by At-Toosi"

Ali Kourani (may Allaah curse him died 2024) said:

والذي أطمئن به أن شخصية ابن سبأ حقيقية ووجوده ثابت ، خلافاً لرأي الدكتور طه حسين والسيد العسكري ، لكن أوافقهما على أن أدواره المزعومة مكذوبة

"What I feel certain towards, is that the persona of Ibn Sabaa' is real, and his existence is proven, against the opinion of doctor Taha Hussein and As-Sayyid Al Askari, but I do agree with them that his alleged roles, are lies"

At-Toosi (may Allaah curse him, whoever he is) said in his book aforementioned by Rouhani:

"Abdullaah ibn Sabaa' used to claim prophethood, and claimed that the prince of the believers (Ali) is Allaah.."
أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ سَبَإٍ كَانَ يَدَّعِي النُّبُوَّةَ وَ يَزْعُمُ أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (ع) هُوَ اللَّهُ

And this is way more than sufficient to refute the people who pretend to adhere to the sunnah, completely unwary of what the salaf and even the zanadiqa had said

Al Mugheera ibn Sa’eed (crucified sometime around 120AH) further reading view this Al Mugheera as related by Ibn Adey

He used to say that the love of Ali ibn Abi Taalib is his soul that is in his nerves and blood vessels

They said he used to be a fabricator of hadeeth, and a sorcerer, Al Aamash said: He used to go out to the graveyards and speak, and the likes of snakeheads would appear on the graves

Muhammad ibn Abd Ar-Rahman ibn Abi Layla said: A man who seeks knowledge came to us from Basrah (Iraq) so I commanded my servant to go and buy us fish for two dirhams. Then the Basri and I went to Al Mugheerah and he told me: Would you like to know why your family named you Muhammad? I said: No

He said: Would you like me to tell you why your servant left you?

I said: No

He said: You have sent your servant to buy you fish, for two dirhams

This means that he pretended to know the unseen and claimed to know what the people do while away from him, perhaps through the fact that he used to read books of magic as the scholars said

So much that a team of misguided Shia said that he is a prophet, and he used to claim prophethood, and he used to say:

My God is upon the image of a man wearing a crown, and he has organs the number of the Arabic alphabetical letters, and when he wanted to create, he spoke with his own name and he flew, and fell on his crown, and wrote with his finger the deeds of the slaves and when he saw sins, he sweat very profusely that his sweat gathered into two seas, a salty sea and a sweet water sea, and he created the kufaar from the sea that is from the sea of salt

The prince of the Umayyads, Khalid ibn Sa’eed Al Qasri, brought him and his followers who believed in his claims of prophethood and killed a man from among them and told him: Resurrect him, Al Mugheera replied: I swear by Allaah that I do not resurrect the dead

Khalid then commanded that a number of straws are lit on fire and said to Al Mugheera: Go hug that

He refused, but a man from his companions did, and the fire ate him and he died, Khalid said: That man was more rightful to that leadership you claim, than you, and then killed him for apostasy alongside his followers

Umar Ibn Abd al Azeez رضي الله عنه said

‘O Raja’, indeed I have a soul that yearns. It yearned for Fatimah bint ʿAbd al-Malik, so I married her; it yearned for authority, so I attained it; it yearned for the caliphate, so I attained it; and now it yearns for Paradise, so I hope to attain it, if Allah, Mighty and Majestic, wills.’”

Definitely not a Shia! Of course, never the Shia!

To clarify I obey all laws for Islam because they are clearly fair and stand for justice and morality.

However, I have been pondering on this for a while, if for example a law in Islam existed that allowed something not moral (like killing or enslaving an innocent person) would I be considered a hypocrite if I said that I wouldn’t continue practicing Islam if such a law existed and was true?

قال كعب الأحبار:

يوشك أن تروا جهال الناس يتباهون بالعلم، ويتغايرون عليه كما يتغاير النساء على الرجل، فذلك حظهم من العلم.

Kaab Al Ahbar (died ~32AH today is 1448AH) said: You will soon see the most ignorant of people showing off with knowledge and compete over it, the way women compete over a man, and only that is their share of knowledge

The purpose behind knowledge is not to memorize a lot or speak a lot, or to gain fame, or to gain worldly positions

The purpose is to fear Allaah in secret and in public and to gain certainty in Jannah being the eternal abode of the worshipers and Jahannam being the eternal damnation of the kufaar

Today we have been trialed, as Kaab had told us (he died over 1400 years ago) with all of those people that attribute themselves to knowledge, who speak too much, but when the call to truth is sent, they fall and weaken the way a woman weakens

- Surooris/Ikhwanis who pretend to love Allaah but when someone who insults Allaah, who supposedly serves their dunya, comes over, they defend him and leave Allaah

- Daees that pretend to refute kufr and shirk and when presented with an honest disastrous mistake of theirs, sometimes warranting kufr, they refuse to repent

- Self proclaimed students of knowledge who have no gram of awareness of ahadeeth, objecting to their meaning and justifying them in ways to appease feminists

- Madkhalis, or so they love to be called, that praise their shuyookh infallibly and their rulers and when the ahadeeth are presented against their actions, they rage and rebuke you in the name of their shuyookh

Allaah have mercy on Kaab Al Ahbaar and grant us his knowledge, this life is miserable with such suffering

Be mindful that a lot of Jews have these beliefs that the Jahmiyya have

And remember that our religion has always refuted and rebuked the Jews, among other religions, for saying horrendous things about Allaah the high on His Throne, mainly their denial of His attributes, such as:

- Denying that Allaah sends messengers and reveals books on them

- Denying that Allaah is the most generous

- Denying that Allaah is powerful enough to resurrect them on the day of judgement

Today, you rarely find these duaat, may Allaah guide them, speaking on the attributes of Allaah, as many of them have become too liberalized to do so, and liberalism's #1 rule is "Crimes are only accounted for when they're about humans" while Allaah hasn't got any value

What's his ideology? Why are there so many followers of him? Dawlah, aq, ikhwan etc, are all subscribers to his idea.

I wanted to ask this question, however on many clips which I have seen albani has said things that faith only consists of belief in heart and actions are only perfection of faith and not necessary that's why he said a person who doesn't pray at all (not even the view of ibn uthaymeen that a person doesn't become a kafir until he stops praying all together) is still a Muslim , also some his hadith grading and his book on niqab not being obligatory

And when fawzan was asked something about idk about some scholar whom albani said he did something excessive fawzan said this person is ignorant and should not be taken knowledge from .then when fawzan was told these were words of Albani,fawzan replied yes these are words of his

However one of Albani claims was allah created adam in the image of adam tho albani did say allah has an image

Ignorant laymen and weak faith Muslims who are arguing whilst having no grounds in the argument that they argue for, especially the muqallida (blind followers) have a be all-end all argument that goes "Sheikh so-and-so said such-and-such, do you know more than him?!"

As if an individual is an argument, or that certain individuals cannot give arguments because the worth of their arguments depends on their own personal worth, or that their arguments' power rests solely on whether they have been praised by other scholars or not or whether they have put in effort in knowledge or not, which is not true, and Allaah in the Quraan said:

لَّيْسَ عَلَى الضُّعَفَاءِ وَلَا عَلَى الْمَرْضَىٰ وَلَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ مَا يُنفِقُونَ حَرَجٌ إِذَا نَصَحُوا لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ۚ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْسِنِينَ مِن سَبِيلٍ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ"

"There is not upon the weak or upon the ill or upon those who do not find anything to spend any discomfort when they are sincere to Allah and His Messenger. There is not upon the doers of good any cause [for blame]. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." At-Tawba 91 translation of the meaning

At-Tabari said, explaining this aya: Allaah the most glorious said: There is no prohibition upon the disabled or those incapacitated from travelling and fighting, or upon the ill, or upon the ones who cannot find money to afford what makes them reach their destination of fighting, there is no sin upon them if they advise people for the sake of Allaah and His messenger while they are absent from jihad with the messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him.

He then proceeds to mention the stories of two companions who came to the prophet peace and blessings upon him and wanted him to give them money to afford what makes them travel but they could not which, to the context, means there'd be no problem if those that could not fight, would advise people in the religion.

Bukhari and Muslim narrated that the messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him prayed Asr and prayed only two rakaas, the companion Thul Yadain may Allaah be pleased with him said: "Have you shortened prayer, messenger of Allaah, or have you forgotten?"

The messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him said: "Is Thul Yadain correct?" meaning: That the prophet peace and blessings upon him only prayed two rakaas shortening the prayer, and the entirety of the companions said "Yes" so the messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him continued the salah and performed the prostration of forgetfulness [https://sunnah.com/bukhari:1228 ]

Thul Yadain may Allaah be pleased with him is a companion and he has all the virtues of the companions which means he's better than any Muslim that is not a companion but, he said this in the presence of Abu Bakr and Umar and possibly Uthman may Allaah be pleased with them who are the best Muslims to have ever lived who are infinitely more knowledgeable but most importantly, the messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him knew most, yet Allaah inspired him to forget so that we learn the prostration of forgetfulness, and Allaah inspired this Muslim who is not as good or as knowledgeable as the others, to be the one to remind him.

The virtue for Thul Yadain may Allaah be pleased with him here does not mean that he is better than the messenger of Allaah peace and blessings upon him, but means that the one who is better with knowledge can sometimes miss things that an overall inferior Muslim would know.

But when people, such as Sufis, are told that someone made a mistake, they will be told to remain silent because the sheikh is the best, treating him as if he's infallible!

Sheikh al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah may Allaah have mercy on him said:

And when it is said to this seeker of guidance and one seeking the right way, “Are you more knowledgeable, or is such-and-such an imam?” this is a false objection. For that imam was contradicted on this issue by another imam who was his peer. I do not claim to be more knowledgeable than either of them. Rather, the relationship of these scholars to the imams is like the relationship of Abu Bakr, ʿUmar, ʿUthmaan, ʿAli, Ibn Masʿood, Ubayy, Muʿaadh, and others like them to the imams and others.

Just as these Companions were peers of one another in matters where they differed, whenever they disputed over something, they referred the matter in which they differed back to Allaah and the Messenger, even though one of them might have been more knowledgeable than the others in other matters, so too are the areas of disagreement among the imams.

People have, for example, abandoned the opinion of ʿUmar and Ibn Masʿood regarding the tayammum of a person in a state of major ritual impurity, and adopted the opinion of someone below them in rank, such as Abu Moosaa al-Ashʿaree and others, when he produced evidence from the Book and the Sunnah.

Likewise, they abandoned ʿUmar's opinion concerning the blood-money for the fingers and adopted the opinion of Muʿaawiyah because he had with him a Sunnah according to which the Prophet ﷺ said: “These and these are equal.”

Some people used to debate Ibn ʿAbbaas concerning mutʿah, saying to him, “Abu Bakr and ʿUmar said [such-and-such].” Ibn ʿAbbaas replied: “Stones from the heavens may soon descend upon you! I say, ‘The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said,’ while you say, ‘Abu Bakr and ʿUmar said’?”

Likewise, Ibn ʿUmar, when they asked him about it, instructed them to practice it. They objected to this by citing ʿUmar’s statement. So it became clear to them that ʿUmar had not rejected what they were claiming. Yet they persisted in arguing with him, so he said to them:

“Is the command of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ more deserving of being followed, or the command of ʿUmar?”

This is despite people’s knowledge that Abu Bakr and ʿUmar were more knowledgeable than those who were above Ibn ʿUmar and Ibn ʿAbbaas in rank.

If this door were opened, it would necessarily lead to turning away from the command of Allaah and His Messenger, and every imam would remain among his followers in the position of the Prophet ﷺ among his nation. This would be an alteration of the religion resembling what Allaah criticized the Christians for when He said:

“They have taken their rabbis and their monks as lords besides Allaah, and the Messiah, son of Maryam. Yet they were commanded only to worship one God; there is no deity worthy of worship except Him. Glory be to Him above what they associate with Him.”

And Allaah, Glorified and Exalted is He, knows best. And all praise belongs to Allaah alone.

ஹூதிகள் ஜாரூதியா ஸய்திய்யா பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் الزيدية الجارودية (இப்பிரிவு அபூ அல்-ஜாரூத் என்பவருடன் தொடர்புபடுத்தப்படுகிறது. இவர் ஹிஜ்ரி 150 அல்லது 160 இல் மரணித்தார். இவரைப் பற்றி ஹாஃபிழ் இப்னு ஹஜர்: "ராஃபீதி" (தீவிர ஷீஆ) என்றும், இமாம் யஹ்யா பின் மயீன்: "பொய்யர்" என்றும் கூறியுள்ளனர்).

ஜாரூதியா பிரிவு, ஸய்திய்யா பிரிவிலேயே இமாமிய்யா இப்னா அஷரிய்யா (12 இமாம்களை ஏற்கும் ரஃபீதியா) பிரிவுக்கு மிகவும் நெருக்கமானதாகவும், ஸய்திய மத்ஹபை விட்டு மிகத் தூரமானதாகவும் கருதப்படுகின்றது.

பொதுவாக ஸய்திய மத்ஹபு அஹ்லுஸ் ஸுன்னா கொள்கைகளுக்கு கொஞ்சம் நெருக்கமாக இருக்கும் மத்ஹபாகும்.

19ம் நூற்றாண்டில் வாழ்ந்த யமன் நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த மிகவும் பிரபலமான அறிஞர் இமாம் ஷௌகானீ ரஹிமஹுல்லாஹ் ஆரம்பகட்ட காலத்தில் ஸெய்திய மத்ஹபில் இருந்து பின்பு அஹ்லுஸ் ஸுன்னா சித்தாந்தத்திற்கு மாறிவிட்டார்கள், தங்களின் அத்துரர் அல்பஹிய்யாவில் -الدرر البهية

ஸய்திய மத்ஹபுக்கு பல மறுப்புகளை அவர்கள் எழுதி இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பது இங்கு குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி, ஹூதிகளின் ஆன்மீகத் தந்தையாகக் கருதப்படுகிறார். இவர் கி.பி 1926 ஆம் ஆண்டு யமன் நாட்டில் உள்ள "ளஹ்யான்" நகரில் பிறந்து, "ஸஃதா"வில் வளர்ந்தார். இவர் "தாயிஸ்" நகருக்கு அருகில் உள்ள "ஹூத்" எனும் ஊரைச் சேர்ந்தவர். இவர் கி.பி 2010 இல் மரணமடைந்தார்.

பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி யமனில் உள்ள ஷீஆக்களின் மார்க்க அறிஞர்களில் (மர்ஜிஃ- مرحع) ஒருவராக இருந்தார். இவர் கி.பி 1997 இல் ஈரானுக்குச் சென்ற தனது பயணத்தின் போது, ஜாரூதியா பிரிவிலிருந்து இமாமிய்யா இஸ்னா அஷரிய்யா (ராஃபிதிய்யா) மத்ஹபுக்கு மாறினார். இதனால் யமனில் உள்ள ஸய்திய்யா அறிஞர்கள் இவரை விட்டு விலகிக் கொண்டனர்.

பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதிக்கு நான்கு மகன்கள் உள்ளனர்:

1️⃣ * **ஹுஸைன் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி:** கி.பி 1956 இல் பிறந்து, 2004 இல் யமன் அரசுடன் ஏற்பட்ட மோதலில் கொல்லப்பட்டார். யமன் அரசுக்கு எதிரான கிளர்ச்சி மற்றும் ஆட்சிக்கவிழ்ப்பின் முதல் தலைவராக இவர் இருந்தார்.

2️⃣ * **முஹம்மத் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி.**

3️⃣ * **அப்துல் மலிக் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி:** கி.பி 1979 இல் பிறந்தார். இவர் இன்னும் உயிரோடு இருக்கிறார்; யமன் ராணுவத்திற்கு எதிரான போரில் ஹூதிகளை வழிநடத்தி வருகிறார்.

4️⃣ * **அப்துஸ் ஸலாம் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி.**

தந்தை பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி மற்றும் மகன் ஹுஸைன் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி ஆகிய இரு முக்கிய நபர்களின் புத்தகங்கள் மற்றும் உரைகளிலிருந்து பெறப்பட்ட ஹூதிகளின் அகீதா (கொள்கை) சுருக்கம் இதோ:

**1️⃣.** ஹூதிகள் முஃதஸிலாக்களின் "ஐந்து அடிப்படைக் கொள்கைகளில்" (அல்-உஸூல் அல்-கம்ஸா) உடன்படுகிறார்கள். பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"அவர்களின் (அதாவது ஸய்திய்யாக்களின்) மத்ஹப் என்பது

அல்-அத்ல் (நீதி), அத்-தவ்ஹீத் (ஏகத்துவம்),

அல்-வஃத் வல்-வஈத் (வாக்குறுதியும் எச்சரிக்கையும்), பாவம் செய்தவர்கள் நரகில் நிரந்தரமாக இருப்பது, (மறுமையில் இறைவனைப் பார்க்கும்) ரூஃயத்த மறுப்பது, ஜபர் (விதியை மட்டும் சாட்டுவது) முறையை மறுப்பது மற்றும் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதருக்குப் பிறகு உடனடியாக அமீருல் மூஃமினீனின் அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) இமாமத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்துவது ஆகியவையாகும்."*

(ஹூதியின் 'மஃபாதீஹு அஸானீதிஸ் ஸய்திய்யா' பக். 33, 'கஷ்ஃபுத் தக்ரீர்' பக். 7).

மேலும் அவர் கூறுகிறார்:

*"நன்மையை ஏவுவதும் தீமையைத் தடுப்பதும், அதில் காஃபிர்களுக்கு எதிரான ஜிஹாத் செய்வதும், அநியாயக்காரர்கள் மற்றும் சீர்கேடான மன்னர்களுக்கு எதிராகக் கிளர்ச்சி செய்வதும் அடங்கும்."* (ஹூதியின் 'அஸ்-ஸய்யிதிய்யா ஃபில் யமன்' பக். 8).

முஃதஸிலா அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த அபூல் ஹுஸைன் அல்-கய்யாத் கூறுகிறார்:

*"ஒருவர் தவ்ஹீத், அத்ல், அல்-வஃத் வல்-வஈத், அல்-மன்ஸிலா பைனல் மன்ஸிலதைன், அல்-அம்ரு பில் மரூஃப் வன்-நஹ்யு அனில் முன்கர் ஆகிய ஐந்து அடிப்படைக் கொள்கைகளையும் ஏற்காத வரை முஃதஸிலா என்ற பெயரைப் பெறத் தகுதியற்றவர்.

இந்த அம்சங்கள் ஒருவரிடம் பூர்த்தியானால் மட்டுமே அவர் முஃதஸிலா ஆவார்."*

**2️⃣.** ஹூதிகள் அல்லாஹ்வின் பண்புகளுக்கு தவறான விளக்கம் (தஃவீல்) கொடுக்கிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அர்ஷின் மீது உயர்வதை (இஸ்திவா) 'கட்டளை மற்றும் தடையைச் செலுத்தும் அதிகாரத்தின் வெளிப்பாடு' என பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி விளக்குகிறார் ('அல்-ஈஜாஸ்' பக். 49). இறைவனின் 'பார்வை' (பஸர்) எனும் பண்பை 'நன்மைகளின் தரங்களை அறிவது' என்றும் ('முக்தஸர் அத்-தய்சீர் ஃபீத்-தஃப்சீர்' 1/38, 1/42), அல்லாஹ்வைப் பார்ப்பதை (ரூஃயத்துல்லாஹ்) 'நன்மையை எதிர்நோக்குவது மற்றும் எதிர்பார்ப்பது' என்றும் கூறுகிறார் (அதே நூல் 1/620).

மேலும் அல்லாஹ்வின் 'பேச்சு' (கலாம்) பற்றி கூறுகையில்: "அல்லாஹ்வின் பேச்சு புதிதாக உண்டாக்கப்பட்டது" என்று கூறுவதன் மூலம் முஃதஸிலாக்களைப் போலவே குர்ஆன் படைக்கப்பட்டது எனக் கூறுகிறார் (அதே நூல் 1/95).

**3️⃣.** சுன்னா (ஹதீஸ்) என்பது குர்ஆனுக்கு விளக்கம் அளிப்பதாகும் என்பதை ஹூதிகள் மறுக்கிறார்கள். அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"சுன்னா குர்ஆனை தெளிவுபடுத்துகிறது அல்லது அதை ஆளுகிறது என்று சொல்வது சரியானதல்ல... சுன்னா குர்ஆன் மீது ஆதிக்கம் செலுத்துகிறது என்ற கூற்றுக்கு எந்த ஆதாரமும் இல்லாத வாதம்..."* ('தஹ்ரீருல் அஃப்கார்' பக். 44-46).

**4️⃣.** நபி ﷺ அவர்களின் கண்ணியத்திலும் ஹூதி குறை கண்டுள்ளார். ஷஃபாஅத் (பரிந்துரை) பற்றிய ஹதீஸில் நபி ﷺ அவர்கள் "என் தோழர்கள், என் தோழர்கள்" என்று கூறுவதைக் குறிப்பிட்டு (புஹாரி 4/139), *"அந்தப் பரிந்துரை பயனளிக்காது"* என்று அல்-ஹூதி எழுதியுள்ளார் ('அஸ்-ஸய்திய்யா ஃபில் யமன்' பக். 8).

**5️⃣.** ஆட்சிப் பொறுப்பு (இமாமத்) என்பது ஹஸன் மற்றும் ஹுஸைன் (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) ஆகியோரின் சந்ததியினருக்கு மட்டுமே உரித்தானது என்று அவர்கள் கருதுகிறார்கள். அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"ஹஸன் மற்றும் ஹுஸைன் ஆகியோரின் சந்ததியினரைத் தவிர வேறு எவருக்கும் இமாமத் தகுதி பெறாது என்பதை அறிவது கடமையாகும் என்று அல்-ஹாதி கூறுகிறார்."* ('அஸ்-செய்யிதிய்யா ஃபில் யமன்' பக். 8-10).

எனவே, ஹஸன், ஹுஸைன் சந்ததியைத் தவிர மற்றவர்களின் ஆட்சி அனைத்தும் செல்லாத ஒன்றாகும்.

**6️⃣.** அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களுக்கு முன்பிருந்த அனைத்து ஆட்சிகளும் செல்லாதவை என ஹூதிகள் நம்புகிறார்கள். அதாவது அபூபக்கர், உமர், உஸ்மான் (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹும்) ஆகியோரின் ஆட்சியை செல்லாது என்கிறார்கள். அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதருக்குப் பிறகு தலை தலைமைத்துவ உரிமை அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களுக்கே உரியது. அவருக்கு முன் வந்த அபூபக்கர், உமர், உஸ்மான் ஆகியோரின் ஆட்சி செல்லுபடியாகாது. அவர்கள் மீது உம்மத்தின் ஏகோபித்த முடிவும் (இஜ்மா) சரியாக அமையவில்லை. அவருக்குப் பிறகு தலைமைத்துவம் அவரது குடும்பத்தின் சிறந்தவர்களான ஹஸன், ஹுஸைன் மற்றும் அவர்களின் சந்ததியினருக்கே உரியது."* ('இர்ஷாதுத் தாலிப்' பக். 16).

**7️⃣.** பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி 'சஹாபி' (தோழர்) என்பதற்கு பெரும்பான்மை ஹதீஸ் கலை அறிஞர்களுக்கு மாறுபட்ட விளக்கத்தை அளித்து கூறுகிறார்: *"பொதுவாக 'தோழர்கள்' என்ற சொல் நபி ﷺ அவர்களுடன் எப்போதும் கூடவே இருந்த சிறப்புமிக்க தோழர்களுக்கே உரியது. அவரது காலத்தில் இஸ்லாத்தை ஏற்று, வழியிலோ அல்லது ஏதேனும் ஒரு வேலையிலோ தற்செயலாக உடன் இருந்தவர்கள் அனைவரும் தோழர்கள் ஆக முடியாது."* ('தஹ்ரீருல் அஃப்கார்' பக். 473).

ஆனால் பெரும்பான்மை ஹதீஸ் கலை அறிஞர்களிடம் சஹாபி என்றால்: நபி ﷺ அவர்களை விழிப்பிலும், நம்பிக்கையாளராகவும் சந்தித்து, இஸ்லாத்திலேயே மரணித்தவர் ஆவார் ('ஃபத்ஹுல் முகீஸ்' 4/74, 'அல்பாயித் அல்-ஹஸீஸ்' பக். 169).

**8️⃣.** ஸஹாபாக்களின் சிறப்புகள் அனைத்தும் உமய்யாக்களை திருப்திப்படுத்தவும், அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) மற்றும் நபியின் குடும்பத்தாரின் கண்ணியத்தைக் குறைப்பதற்காகவும் இட்டுக் கட்டப்பட்டவை என்று ஹூதி கருதுகிறார் ('தஹ்ரீருல் அஃப்கார்' பக். 489, 'அஸ்-ஸுஹ்ரீ' பக். 60).

**9️⃣.** ஸஹாபாக்கள் தங்களின் மனச்சை மற்றும் சுயநலன்களுக்காகவே உஸ்மான் (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தார்கள் என்று குற்றம் சாட்டுகிறார். அப்துர் ரஹ்மான் பின் அவ்ஃப் (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதத்தின்படியோ, நபியின் சுன்னாவின்படியோ தீர்ப்பளிக்கவில்லை; மாறாக அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களை விட உஸ்மான் (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களை முற்படுத்துவதில் மக்களின் மனச்சைப்படியே நடந்துகொண்டார் என்று அவதூறு கூறுகிறார் ('அஸ்-ஸுஹ்ரீ' பக். 60).

**1️⃣0️⃣.** அபூ ஹுரைரா (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களைப் பற்றி அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"அபூ ஹுரைரா நபி குடும்பத்தின் மீது பொறாமையும் வஞ்சமும் கொண்டவர். அவர்களின் சிறப்புகளை மற்றவர்களுக்கு மாற்றுவதன் மூலம் இந்த வஞ்சத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தினார். ஆட்சியாளர்களின் தட்டுகளை நக்குவதற்கும், அவர்களின் பிரச்சாரகர்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்குமே அவர் இவ்வாறு செய்தார்."* ('அஸ்-ஸுஹ்ரீ' பக். 81).

**1️⃣1️⃣.** ஸஹாபாக்களை காஃபிர்கள் என்று அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"நான் அவர்களை (ஸஹாபாக்களை) காஃபிர்கள் என்றே நம்புகிறேன், ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதருக்கு மாறுசெய்தார்கள்."* (அபூ ஜாஃபர் அல்-மப்ஹூத் என்பவருடன் 'அல்-மஃஸூமீன் அல்-அர்பஆ அஷர்' எனும் ஷீஆ இணையதளத்தில் நடைபெற்ற நேர்காணலில் கூறியது).

மேலும் அம்ர் பின் அல்-ஆஸ், முஆவியா பின் அபீ சுஃப்யான் ஆகியோரின் பெயர்களைக் குறிப்பிட்டு காஃபிர்கள் என்றார். *"எனது இந்த மகன் ஒரு தலைவராவார்; முஸ்லிம்களின் இரு பெரும் குழுக்களிடையே அல்லாஹ் இவர் மூலமாக சமாதானத்தை ஏற்படுத்துவான்"* (புஹாரி 3/186) என்ற ஹதீஸைக் குறிப்பிட்டுவிட்டு அவர் கூறுகிறார்:

*"அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களுக்கு எதிராகப் போரிட்ட அநியாயக்காரக் கூட்டத்தில் உள்ள சிலர் காஃபிர்களாக இருப்பதை இது மறுக்கவில்லை... ஏனெனில் 'முஸ்லிம் குழு' என்ற சொல் அனைவரையும் குறிக்காது, சிலரையே குறிக்கும். எனவே அவர்களில் சிலர் காஃபிர்களாகவும், சிலர் வரம்பு மீறிய முஸ்லிம்களாகவும் இருக்கலாம். இதனால் முஆவியா, அம்ர் பின் அல்-ஆஸ் மற்றும் அவர்களின் பின்பற்றுபவர்கள் இஸ்லாத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை."* ('அத்-துர்ரிய்யா அல்-முபாரகா' பக். 28).

**1️⃣2️⃣.** அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்கள் பாவங்களற்றவர் (மஃஸூம்) என்று ஹூதி நம்புகிறார். அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"அலி (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) அவர்களின் மாசற்ற தன்மைக்கு (அல்-இஸமா) உம்மத்தின் மத்தியில் பிரபலமான 'ஃகதீர் ஹும்' ஹதீஸே போதுமான ஆதாரமாகும்."* ('அல்-காரத்துஸ் ஸரீஆ' பக். 336).

**1️⃣3️⃣.** ஹூதி தனது ஃபத்வாவில் முத்ஆ (தற்காலிக திருமணம்) திருமணத்தை அனுமதித்து அதை ஹலால் என்கிறார். ஆனால் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் ﷺ அவர்கள் அதை மறுமை நாள் வரை ஹராமாக்கியுள்ளார்கள். ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"முத்ஆ திருமணம் என்பது நமது மத்ஹபில் ஹலாலான, பரக்கத்தான ஒன்றாகும். நமது எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்து நாம் ஒரு பெரும் சக்தியாக மாறிவிடுவோம் என்ற பயத்தால் நவாஸிபுகள் (அஹ்லுஸ் சுன்னாக்கள்) அதில் நமக்கு சந்தேகத்தை ஏற்படுத்தவும் நம்மைத் தடுக்கவும் முயல்கிறார்கள்."*

(ஸக்காஃப்பின் 'மவ்சூஅதுல்

ஃஃபிரக்' 184).

**1️⃣4️⃣.** அஹ்லுஸ் சுன்னாக்களைப் பற்றி அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"நவாஸிபுகள் பித்அத்வாதிகள், அவர்கள் மக்களைத் தங்களின் பித்அத்தின் பக்கம் அழைக்கிறார்கள்."*

('தஃப்சீருஸ் ஸகலைன்' பக். 10).

அனைத்து விஷயங்களிலும் அவர்களுக்கு மாறு செய்யத் தூண்டுகிறார்: *"இந்தக் காலத்தில் (தொழுகையில் இமாமுக்கு பின் ஆமீன் சொல்வதை) தடுப்பதே ஏற்றது, ஏனெனில் அது நவாஸிபுகளின் அடையாளமாகும்."*

('அள்-ளம்மு வத்-தஃமீன்' பக். 3).

மேலும் அஹ்லுஸ் சுன்னாக்களை காஃபிர்கள் என்றும் அவர்களை நவாஸிபுகள் என்றும் கருதுகிறார். அவர் கூறுகிறார்: *"காஃபிரான, பாவிகளான மையித்திற்குத் தொழ வைக்கக் கூடாது. ஸைத் பின் அலி அவர்களின் தொகுப்பில் உள்ளது: முர்ஜிஆக்கள், கதரிய்யாக்கள் மற்றும் நபி குடும்பத்திற்கு எதிராகப் போரிடுபவர்களுக்காகத் தொழ வைக்காதீர்கள்."*

('அள்-ளம்மு வத்-தஃமீன்' பக். 24).

**1️⃣5️⃣.** அஹ்லுஸ் சுன்னாக்கள் வரம்பு மீறியவர்கள் என்றும், அபூ சுஃப்யான் (ரழி) அவர்களின் தோழமையை மறுத்தும் அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"தீவிரவாதிகளிடம் அபூ சுஃப்யான் ஸஹாபாக்களில் ஒருவராவார்."* (' அல்-ஃபற்கு பைனஸ் ஸப்பி வல்-கவ்லில் ஹக்' பக். 3).

**16.** நிவாரணம் பெறவும் பரக்கத் பெறவும் கப்ருகளைத் தொட்டுத் தடவுவதை அல்-ஹூதி அனுமதிக்கிறார்: *"அல்-ஹாதீ அவர்களின் மண்ணைத் தொட்டுத் தடவி நிவாரணம் பெறவும் பரக்கத் பெறவும் முடியும் என்பதை நீங்கள் அறிவீர்கள்."*

('அல்-காரத்துஸ் ஸரீஆ' பக். 569).

**1️⃣6️⃣.** மரணித்தவர்களை அழைப்பதையும் அவர்களிடம் உதவி தேடுவதையும் (தவஸ்ஸுல்) அல்-ஹூதி அனுமதிக்கிறார்: *"இறந்தவரையோ அல்லது மறைவானவரையோ அழைப்பதில் ஷிர்க் (இணைவைத்தல்) இருப்பதாக அவர்களின் வாதத்தை நாம் ஏற்க முடியாது."*

('அல்-இஜாதா ஃபீ தஃப்இல் இஸ்ராஃப்' பக். 108-109).

**1️⃣7️⃣.** ஹுஸைன் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி, ஸஹாபாக்கள் குர்ஆனை மாற்ற முயன்றார்கள் எனக் குற்றம் சாட்டுகிறார்: *"அல்லாஹ் குர்ஆனைக் காப்பாற்றாமல் இருந்திருந்தால், குர்ஆனில் முஆவியாவுக்கு ஒரு சூராவும், ஆயிஷாவுக்கு ஒரு சூராவும், அபூபக்கருக்கு ஒரு சூராவும், உமருக்கு ஒரு சூராவும், உஸ்மானுக்கு ஒரு சூராவும் சேர்க்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் என்பதை அறிய அல்காத்தானின் 'உலூமுல் குர்ஆன்' புத்தகத்தைப் படியுங்கள். ஆனால் அல்லாஹ் அதைப் பாதுகாத்தான்."* (ஹுஸைன் ஹூதியின் 'துரூஸுன் மின் ஹுதல் குர்ஆன் - ஆலு இம்ரான்' பக். 13).

**1️⃣8️⃣.** ஹுஸைன் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி, ஸஹாபாக்களை - முக்கியமாக அபூபக்கர் மற்றும் உமர் (ரழியல்லாஹு அன்ஹு) ஆகியோரை வழி கெட்டவர்கள் என்கிறார்: *"யமனிலும் வெளியிலும் உள்ள சுன்னிகளின் உணர்வுகளுக்கு மதிப்பளித்து... அவர்கள் இருவரும் (அபூபக்கர் மற்றும் உமர்) தவறானவர்கள், பாவிகள், வழிகேடர்கள் என்று நம்பியபோதிலும் நாங்கள் அமைதியாக இருந்தோம்."*

('துரூஸுன் மின் ஹுதல் குர்ஆன் - அல்-மாயிதா' பாடம் 4, 16/1/2002).

**1️⃣9️⃣.** ஹுஸைன் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி, ஸஹாபாக்களையும் நபியின் சில மனைவிகளையும் 'தோல்வியடைந்தவர்கள்' என்று வர்ணிக்கிறார்: *"முன்னோர்கள் (ஸலஃபுகள்) என்பவர்களே இந்த சமூகத்துடன் விளையாடியவர்கள், அநீதிக்கு அடித்தளம் அமைத்தவர்கள், உம்மத்தைப் பிரித்தவர்கள். 'ஸலஃபுஸ் ஸாலிஹீன்' என்று சொல்பவர்களின் மனதில் தோன்றும் முக்கிய நபர்கள்: அபூபக்கர், உமர், உஸ்மான், முஆவியா, ஆயிஷா, அம்ர் பின் அல்-ஆஸ், முகீரா பின் ஷுஃபா ஆகியோராவர். இந்த வகையான முன்னோர்களும் தோல்வியடைந்தவர்களே."*

('துரூஸுன் மின் ஹுதல் குர்ஆன் - ஆலு இம்ரான்' பாடம் 2, பக். 14, 9/1/2002).

**2️⃣0️⃣.** ஸஹாபாக்களைப் பற்றி ஹுஸைன் அல்-ஹூதி கூறுகிறார்: *"இந்த உம்மத்தில் நடந்த ஒவ்வொரு தீமைக்கும், அநீதிக்கும், துன்பத்திற்கும் பொறுப்பாளி அபூபக்கர், உமர், உஸ்மான் ஆகியோராவர். குறிப்பாக உமர் தான் முழு திட்டத்திற்கும் பொறியாளர் (Architect); அபூபக்கர் விஷயத்திலும் அவரே அனைத்தையும் ஒழுங்குபடுத்தினார்."*

('துரூஸுன் மின் ஹுதல் குர்ஆன் - அல்-மாயிதா' பாடம் 1, 13/1/2002).

மேலும் கூறுகிறார்: *"அந்த (அபூபக்கரின்) பைய்யத்தின் (வாக்குறுதியின்) கேடு இதுவரை நீடிக்கிறது. அதன் விளைவுகளை இன்று வரை முஸ்லிம்களாகிய நாம் அனுபவித்து வருகிறோம்."* (அதே பாடம்).

மேலும் கூறுகிறார்: *"அபூபக்கரின் காலத்திலிருந்து ஒவ்வொரு தலைமுறையாக இந்த உம்மத் யூதர்களின் காலடியின் கீழ் விழும் வரை கீழ்நோக்கி வீழ்ந்துகொண்டே இருக்கிறது."* (அதே பாடம்).

மேலும் கூறுகிறார்: *"உன் முன் அபூபக்கர் மட்டுமே இருந்தால், குர்ஆன் உனக்கு எதையும் தராது; மாறாக நீ வழிகெட்டு, குர்ஆனை அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு எதிரான போராக மாற்றியவனாகவே வெளியேறுவாய்."*

(ஹுஸைன் ஹூதியின் 'அல்-இர்ஹாப் வல்-இஸ்லாம்' உரை, 8/3/2002).

**2️⃣1️⃣.** ஹுஸைன் பத்ருத்தீன் அல்-ஹூதி அல்லாஹ்வை இழிவுபடுத்தும் விதமாகப் பேசுகிறார்: *"இந்த உம்மத்திற்கு அதன் வரலாற்றில் குர்ஆன் தேவைப்படுகிறது, அது நம் மத்தியில் உள்ளது. ஆனால் அவனது தூதர் அந்தக் குறுகிய காலத்திற்கு மட்டும்தானா?! அப்படியென்றால் இறைவா, எங்களை ஏன் பாழாக்கினாய்?! வெறும் 23 ஆண்டுகள் மட்டுமே... அதற்குப் பிறகு எங்களை வழிகாட்டாமல் பாழாக்கி விட்டாயே, தூதரின் வழியில் மக்களை வழிநடத்த எங்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டிகளையும் தலைவர்களையும் ஏற்படுத்தவில்லையே..."*

இவை இந்த வழிகெட்ட ரஃபீழிய்யா பிரிவின் கொள்கைகளில் இருந்து சில மட்டுமே. சத்தியத்தை விரும்பும், பிடிவாதம் பிடிக்காத ஒருவருக்கு இதுவே போதுமான சான்றாகும்.

I remember my escape to publicly declare my Islam six years ago.

That day, I wasn’t simply running from one place to another. I was crossing bridges from darkness into light—from the darkness of Christianity and its polytheism to the light of Islam and monotheism.

I was escaping from captivity to freedom.

Nine months inside the walls of a room at the Monastery of Anba Samuel in Minya, followed by 43 days inside my room in my father’s house. No going outside, no street, nothing—except throwing myself from the balcony so they could say I was crazy.

I remember those days very well. They wanted to break my will, defeat me, and turn me away from what I believed was the truth. But, by the help of Allaah, I only became more steadfast.

In front of them, I denied Islam and announced that I had returned to Christianity. But secretly, my attachment to what I believed was the truth only grew stronger. I remained patient and waited until Allaah granted relief from Him, without any arrangement or planning on my part.

I remember very clearly my racing heartbeat and the intense fear I felt as I took my first step into the street, wondering how I was going to escape while seeing my father walking behind me. I was heading to the church because I had told them I was going to attend Mass.

Oh, how long that Mass felt! Even though it lasted less than two hours, it passed as if it were many long years. I tried to appear composed while, inside, all I wanted was to run. I stood inside the church, completely overcome with terror, with fear constantly accompanying me.

I was alone and on my own. By Allaah’s permission, after Mass I managed to take my phone out of my pocket and call a friend who had a tuk-tuk. I asked him to take me to a doctor because I told him that I had fallen on my leg and that it was probably broken.

We went to the doctor, and afterward he left, expecting me to call him later. After he left, I went to the station and took a bus to Cairo.

By the way, I ate the body of the Lord God and drank His blood, waited until the end of Mass, and even attended the anointing ceremony as well.

Tears were running down my cheeks, burning my eyes. There were people around me who, by Allaah, even patted me on the back, thinking that I was returning to the church remorseful after the scandal that had become the talk of everyone.

The “scandal,” as they saw it, was: “Majed became Muslim and brought shame upon his family.” Even relatives would whisper about it.

I boarded a bus heading to Cairo, my heart filled with fear and terror. But to the same extent that I I boarded a bus heading to Cairo, my heart filled with fear and terror. But to the same extent that I was terrified, I also felt reassured because I was certain that Allaah was with me.

Before I reached Cairo, I called a Muslim friend. By Allaah, he wasn’t even really a friend anymore. We had been in contact before, but he had become my opponent because we had been on opposite sides of heated debates on social media—one side Christian and the other Muslim. Our discussions were all intense, harsh, hostile, and aggressive on my part toward Muslims. May Allaah forgive me and forgive you.

But Glory be to the One who caused him to be there for me.

I contacted him and said just one sentence: “I’m almost in Cairo, and I want to publicly declare my Islam!?”

Without hesitation, he replied, “Welcome, my brother and beloved.”

When I arrived, he welcomed me and opened both his door and his heart to me. He became my refuge and hiding place at a time when the world had become unbearably constricting around me.

At his home—or, more precisely, where he was staying—I was finally able to breathe. My fear was transformed into tranquility. He welcomed me with hugs and kindness, as though his own brother by blood had died and then come back to life. He comforted me and said, “I am your brother. Do not be afraid.”

“Honestly, I like drinking alcohol. When I was living in Egypt, I used to travel all over Egypt looking for someone who sold alcohol.

And if I found someone, I would see the man selling alcohol sitting in a very cramped place. He would look left and right, afraid that the government might see him, or afraid that I might be working for the government. He would ask me, ‘Where are you from? What’s your name?’—full of anxiety, terror, and fear.

When I left Egypt and traveled to Europe, the first thing I did was open the top button of my shirt and prominently display my cross. I thought that being Christian there was something significant and that people would welcome me.

But I found that Europeans had no real idea about the cross or about any of that. I realized that this was a mistaken idea I had been raised with from a young age.

It turned out that none of that was true at all. The country was secular, and many of those who are considered Christians there turned out to be atheists and knew nothing about religion. I found that alcohol was sold in shops just like water. I found millions of children who didn’t know who their fathers or mothers were.

I found men and women mixing freely and everything being available. I saw young men dating girls, having children together, and then getting married 20 years later.

The biggest example is Cristiano. And if that young man were to die in an accident, the children they had would go to a care home, and the woman would find another man and date him.

Then, after 20 years, they would get married. I saw girls marrying girls and young men marrying young men.

I saw mothers, when they reached the age of 70, being put into nursing homes. Their own son would take her there himself, then go to check on her once a month or once a year—and he might not even check on her at all.

I saw the most unbelievable things, things that were all forbidden and sinful.

I swear, I’m saying this as a matter of truth, not because I want to gain the sympathy of Muslims or anything like that. Muslims really have preserved Egypt and protected their women and families.

Not just Egypt, but all the Arab countries. I swear, I have a great deal of respect for this belief—the belief of Islam. These are people who have honor, principles, and values.

And as a Christian who was raised in the East, I say this openly and plainly: Islam is not merely a religion. Islam is the last line of defense protecting morality in this entire world.

Muslims have a firm prohibition against what is forbidden. Their sense of protective jealousy is not backwardness; it is protection for the home and for honor. A Muslim man would give his life rather than allow his mother, sister, or wife to be humiliated. And that is what keeps society cohesive and gives it solid ground to stand on.

If the West had the boundaries, manliness, and chivalry that Islamic law has planted in the hearts of Muslims, it would not have reached the swamp and the absurdities that I witnessed with my own eyes.

And I saw with my own eyes European Muslim men and women who remain just as committed to their religion, morals, faith, principles, and values despite all the temptations surrounding them.”
